Just to clarify, you don't need to move the seeder either, if you click the seeder whichever farm it's on, choose a seed, and then click the farm you wish to seed on, you can go seed that farm without moving the seeder itself

My account says I sent 32 gifts. 15 are listed. This happened 6 times in Sept and so far 3 time in Oct. I fear my Neighbors are being cheated and I don't know how to fix it

If you have already sent gifts once that day but didn't send to 32 people then go in later to send more gifts it will let you choose 32 names but only send it to the first x that you have left to send that day. That is probably way you only have 15 people listed.

Thanks for adding more! My husband has been telling me for quite awhile that he wants a Breakfast Restaurant! We hunted all over to where we can make Banana Splits, and now we know!

PROBLEM: I'm glad that Halloween items can be gifted, but I am not able to exchange any other gifts for the Halloween items. On purpose, or a glitch?

Yes same way. Check out the chapter on facilities in the game guide. It has that info.
