The developers are aware that some of the watermills are not showing up. It seems to be the ones that were bought a long time ago, placed in a particular rotation.

It's up to you if you want to continue to wait and see if they can be fixed or perhaps wait until when the Facility Manager is back see if it's still showing up in there and you can still use it via the FM, if it's still not showing up on your farm at that time.

If you decided not to wait and bought a new one for the farm that it is missing from, if the missing one were to then show up again on that farm and you wanted both to of them to produce goods, you'd have to move one of them to a farm that doesn't already have one on it.

I have copied your post to the closed thread about bugs for the developers to see.

The clients to cash out individually isn't working/not showing but you can cash out using the cash out button at the top of the client on the top right.

The facilities are ok and storing items individually and by using the store all on the top right.

As far as I remember we had and still have.a Store button for individual products in the Productions facilities.

But the services were cashed out totally using the Cash out button at the top of the facility. Dont think we had that option for individual items.

I'm still having trouble in my fields as at the very least every other field whether I'm harvesting, plowing, and/or planting there's a corner (square as large as the tool/farm machine I'm using) that doesn't harvest, plow, and/or plant and I have to go out of that field into another and then go back to finish that one plot(s)/square. Still happening on just about (if not) every farm!

How are players meant to cash out their clients if they don't have the facility tools? Unless everyone can click on the 'cash out' button on the top right even if they don't own the tools. I know they can't store their items if they don't have the right facility tool for that facility when clicking on store all on the top right. I have all facility tools now so it's been ages since I've individually produced or loaded my clients or even unloaded my clients as i use the buttons at the top of the facility manager now (when it will be available) or i use the button on the top right of the facility/client.
