Please report this issue to Support. When contacting them, be sure to provide details of your card, type of card, etc.

To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. just checked out the "buy farm cash" and 55fc = $9.99 USD, but for us in Australia it will be $15.49 AUD

It has always been that way even through Facebook. The exchange rate does apply still but is not shown in the website version. That would take extensive coding to add that.

I actually did this through slashkey webgame and not the facebook game, hoping the exchange rate does not increase,

But it only shows the US prices and not the price for you in your country. The exchange rate is not up to Farm Town unfortunately.

How long after making my Paypal purchase before the funds are credited to my FT account? I see the transaction on both my Paypal account and bank account but the funds haven't been credited as of yet to my FT account and it's been almost 30 minutes since I made the purchase.

I checked the Farm Cash activity log and it's not appearing there yet either. After I made the purchase a small box appeared stating "Updating Account" but nothing happened after 20 minutes so I refreshed the window but the funds still haven't appeared.
