I have the same problem when I use the website or facebook. My ingredients planner does not work for any of my facilities. My start all does not work for any of my facilities. I have the required equipment. I get the message my facility is full. I have cleared out the pending as well as the stored and completely removed them from play and then put them out again. Nothing changed - same problem. Help

Hi BattleAxe,
What settings do you have your ingredient planner? You may not have it set right to see what is needed?

If you get the message your facility is full then that means the pending is at the maximum you can start. If your ingredient planner is set to missing and the facility is showing as full then it will not show anything needed.

You can not clear the pending out without letting them complete all waiting batches. Removing the facility from a farm to storage and placing it back on the same farm will not remove the pending.

List a particular facility and how much is pending, so we can check it.

I cleared the pending by allowing it to run its coarse so there was nothing in pending. I then stored all so there was nothing there at all before I put it in storage. Thinking this would reset the facility. The ingredient planner is set to all products, 1 year, required. I just clicked on the include disabled products box and the ingredients popped up. What is a disabled product? Since I had not disabled anything it did not dawn on me to select that little box. The ingredients indicate I have 7556 stored hops with 5766 needed for a year run. I have 37800 Barley stored with 8640 required for a year run. Now I only get the Facility is Full message without the include disabled box checked. SO the issue was the little box asking to include disabled products.

Hi BattleAxe,
It sounds like you don't have any products checked in the facility then. Open the facility and make sure each product in it that you want has a check in the box.

My posts for working my facilities and factories are not showing up. I have cleared my meme caches in 4 browsers and nothing.Verified with friends they are not seeing them. Restarted computer and don't know what else to do.

If you are posting from Facebook version, then your posts should show up in Facebook news feed, your own facebook profile page and in Facility Wall requests inside your My requests tab.

If you are posting from the new Website, then your posts only show up in the Facility Wall requests inside your My Requests tab.

Hello,

I added a new neighbor about 2 -3 weeks ago, I could do her posts before, but the last 4 times I've tried when I click on her posts her farm opens, it won't give me the pop-up to start working. I've cleared the game several times but that hasn't worked.

Hi michele

When you arrive to the farm and dont get the pop up to start working, have you tried to go to other farm and see if the pop up shows up?

Also, are you working from Facebook or the website?

What do you mean by the website? I'm on FB when I see her posts or work from FB wall.

Hi Michele,
All the farms to be worked are marked in blue when you get to their farms. Did you try clicking on one of those blue farms other than the one you landed on?

When you get to the farms does it load a blank farm or does it load everything on the farm?

Have you not registered and played through the Farm Town website? For the facility work you can find those in the My Requests/Show Facility Wall Requests tab.
