You would need to contact Support team and explain your problem with quests.

To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Thanks for the great update, devs! I am in agreement about item 6. Genius!

The difficulty I am having currently is with some product production. The two new factories have significantly impacted my ability to keep up with several products including Red and Yellow Ink, Plastic Granules, Ebony Lumber, and Leather Rolls. This is in addition to my other products that have shortfalls (Polyester Fiber, Petrochemical Barrels, Asphalt Barrels, Oak and Maple Lumber, Textile Rolls, Kevlar Fiber, and just about everything in the Semi-Trailer Truck)

On Saturday Feb 14 the new Coin Facility Reading Accessories Factory said (Coming Next Tuesday) and the first post now says they applied updates today but still no Reading Accessories Factory? ... Is it next next Tuesday? aka Tuesday Feb 24th? I'm hoping it will get released later today as I was really looking forward to the new facility

We don't have that information yet. There were some problems with the game that had to be fixed so it just might be delayed. You never know Tuesday isn't over yet

Something wrong with the Regular Quests counter, today I am supposed to collect on 8 quests, well now I have 9, 20 min ago the counter told me to wait another 18 min.. well now I go and it tells me I don't have enough quests and I have 9 on 7 days... I am going to loose 2 were done on last Tuesday.. what is going on?

Never mind, I started going from the co-op quest to the regular one and hitting buttons and it catch up and gave me my 2 fc..
