Up until this morning I was able to boost my trains. Now I can't boost them either from the individual train or the train manager. It just keeps spinning. My trains are on farms 14 & 15. My USER ID number ( 1489104236 )

Hi Sammac17,

Roughly how many friends do you have? Have you got the same problem when trying to send gifts? In recent posts, this seems to be happening to those with a considerable amount of friends.

Can you also please double check that your browser is up to date and that cookies and popups are still allowed in your browser.

I have several hundred fT friends, but many more non FT friends. I have checked and tried both Opera and Chrome with the same results. I have a Mac that is about a year old, but i still run Mojave (10.14.6) which ai have been sdvised to do by many different tech people.
I don't use Safari, however, I will try it too.

Thanks for the additional information, so total friends would be roughly how many?

We are letting the devs know about what happening, but for some reason it's not affecting all accounts with thousands of friends, just some of them at this point, so it sounding like something has been rolled out that hasn't got round to all the Facebook accounts yet.

Please do let us know if it corrects for you as well.

And yes, I can send and receive gifts. No problem there. Just tried Safari. Same problem with trains. Just a continuous spinning circle. Total friends are about 2000.

Please remember to close and restart your browser if you did any changes.

If you are getting a spinning circle when trying to open your lists, then it could mean a temporary issue retrieving the list from Facebook or can be caused by having a considerable amount of friends that play so there's too many to load.

I am seeing the spinning circle. I have no more friends than I have for weeks. This only started yesterday. I am certain this is a facebook issue. I wanted to make you aware so that it could be reported. I have asked several other players with as many or more friends than I have, and they are not having issues.
