You do not get the Bonus chest if you are hired by a neighbor, a friend or a buddy.

To get the bonus chest, you need to be hired at marketplace by a stanger.

If you were hired let say by a buddy, then you will not get the bonus chest.

They are not facebook friends or neighbors, but they are your buddies or you are their buddy.

Also, your data shows that you have been working almost every day and you were getting the bonus chest. You were hired from the realtor office not marketplace. So do you have a problem is you are hired from marketplace?
If so, which market place were you hired from?

I've done 2 jobs at the market today and I didn't get the bonus chest for either of them. I check if we're facebook friends/neighbours and we're not. Their names are Sonia and Mary if that will help getting the coins that I've earnt today

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the hiring and bonus chest as this has nothing to do with the current release. Please only post things in that thread that are about items in the release announcement.
Having their avatar names will not do any good as there could be many who use those same names. There isn't any way we could give you the coins even if it was valid.
You could be on their buddy list in which case you do not get the bonus chest. Even if they are not your buddy you could be theirs which would prevent you from getting the bonus. Neighbors and buddies do not earn the bonus. Friends who are not either of those can earn the bonus.

I am sorry, but there isn't any way to check as it does not show up in the data. One of the conditions has to apply for you not to get the bonuses or you didn't complete all the work hired for, like missing a tree or something hidden.

If you wish you can contact Support, but they will tell you the same thing. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

That farmer has to register on the forum and then post their problem so we can check their data.

There is nothing we can do through your own data.
