HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

User ID 698553428, green screen, U75. My farms do not load correctly; if I move the cursor around each farm the facilities, trees, etc. will only show one at a time. My poor 73 year old brain just can't figure this out; any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

I moved your post to the thread about the HTML version for the developers to see this.

Please try the steps given in the following thread. You first need to try all of them for FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.

Hi Jan,
Please be patient while the developers work through all the problems and come up with some solutions. This is not going to be an instant fix.

You do not need to keep posting about this. The developers need time to work through all the problems and come up with solutions.

I'm only reporting, not complaining and it isn't a big deal, just an fyi. When moving facilities with the purple or green hand, some of them duplicate but disappear when I reload the farm. I have to reload multiple times when moving several facilities around. I was locating all of my animal sheds so I could harvest them manually. For example, I am able to move say, 10 facs then no more will highlight except the ones already moved that aren't even in the spot I'm selecting. I have to reload in order to move more. It's a minor inconvenience in comparison to everything else. I also want to say, thank you all so much for not giving up on this game! I don't mind the issues when you could have just quit on us. I've been playing since FT started and even limited, this is much easier than it was at the start. Thanks again!!!!

My farmtown won’t load it comes to a black page with on cube on it shows a bar that looks 3/4 loaded but that’s it. Hope I can get some help

If those dont help you, then go ahead and try the 3 steps for PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES, and post the information in a new post.
