The problem is the coin car you have on that train is not at the correct angle. Because of that the the longcar behind it is not lined up correctly.

In this case the short car needs to be set like the middle picture in the second row of orientation pictures.

This is on my farm 21, I wonder why this short train car is highlighted that it is connected? But I will go ahead and reposition it, hopefully that will work.

Hi Tuthfairy,
Be sure you do not use any of the hands above the yellow hand as the green and purple ones may cause the cars to falsely look like they are connected when they are not. After you try to connect the long car to it don't depend on the highlighting. Check in the Train Details/ Freight Cars and make sure it is showing with a white background.

828655084 Build No: 688 Could someone remove the phantom Turbo Engine on Farm 9. I have purchased my third Turbo Engine and freight cars but it will not let me dispatch it because of the phantom Turbo Engine on Farm 9. This happened around the migration. I have been waiting for a reply.

I moved your post to the thread about the trains.
I checked the account you listed and I do not see any Turbo Freight Locomotives in your data. Are you sure this is the right account ID?

got 2 trains that are finished but they are whited out want let me finish them . please look see if you can fix them i cannot boost trains because they not working .

I moved your post to the thread about trains since this has nothing to do with the facilities or facility manager.
What do you mean by whited out? What text are you seeing in the train manager for those trains?
What farm or farms are those trains on?

they on 18 whited out means i can not do anything sent all 4 out today they are finished but want let me do anything with them.i not going to trains on i8 went to trains to boost friends want let me boost that when i seen the 2 trains .please go in look in my train think you call it train manager. looked on everything in the foiums no where to type you.except where i typed. so sent report to support.

since i never typed right place here ..i going to just type support from now on .i be 82 next sat.played since 2009..bought a lot of cash over the years .got a lot in my farms.but think i should stop playing.since never type right in forums
