HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

After the initial change over, my farms were loading and I was able to do some planting/harvesting, fishing etc. But now my farm does not load at all, it freezes at the black screen (see attached image). I have left it to load for over an hour and nothing changes.

I have tested for WebGL and it says my browser supports WebGL.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Kathy,
Your post about WebGl was copied to the closed thread for the developers to look into that. Please be patient to see if they can find a solution.

Retried all my glitches on my farm and am still having problems with all I have posted

Taz is not available at this moment.

I will add Checkpoint information to your previous post and will copy it to a closed thread in H&S which is monitored by the developers.

Just one more thing for you to try to check if it works for you, please clear your browser cache. Take in mind the first time you load the game after the clearing it will load a little slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

As I understand you have changed some flags in your settings. That is not recommended as it can cause more problems. I suggest you set those back to what they were.

Hello Taz thanks for your help So in exploring for video card drivers I did update that.. tweaked a couple items but then reset to defaults because nothing really helped. As of now I am leaning to RAM issue. after that if I still have issues I will follow up. I did find (through a google search ) a tool.. I downloaded it.. I let it do a scan.. but it wanted money but I cancelled it LOL.. but as it scanned I saw that my RAM is an issue at 3.5 GB but optimal would be at very least 4 - through 8GB lol so at this point I feel a stick of RAM would be the thing to do and after that see what happens. I would link to the tool I found but I fear to post a link that might not be appreciated heheh

Also my windows updates are current. I am not sure what flags in my settings you were referring to though. Settings for which exactly?

Please follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.
