Really need to clear the log-jam at the service facilities - and moving animals around, that could be speedier. eg move all animals to farm or to barns.

for some reason i am thinking we might see one Wed or Thurs this week(would be exactly 3 weeks since the last update as of Thurs) i hope i am right, and i hope there is plenty of useful stuff that can be had for coins- like farm 10

farm 10 wont be in the next update i dont think we will see that before june at the earliest.

Developers have not said a farm 10 is coming. Just the players hoping for one.

I'm actually hoping they don't add a 10th farm at this time. I hope they're focusing on shoring up what we've got. Get the functionality of all facilities useful. Make the single item (of few items) facilities better by adding more products, etc.
