The game got stuck while in fullscreen mode, the escape or the black box would not work. I had to restart my computer top reload game.

Just got a black screen with a white cube looking thing I could send and receive gifts but thats it.

I am only getting a green screen that says U-60 That's as far as it gets, no neighbors showing and no tools show.

you want an id number but do not know where to get this and locks up and wants to know if I want to wait or exit when I select wait I get gray screen with box and said face
