My sister, Bethy, who's USER ID number is: 1235238496 is not receiving any Train boost requests. I have access to her account as she is not able to always work her farms. Today I tried to send her 4 train boost requests, but she is not showing up in my Friend/ neighbor list to send her trains. even though she is showing as my neighbor/ and Buddy. I also have access to someone else's account and tried to do the same from her account and although Bethy is her neighbor and Buddy, she is not showing up to send trains also..
I cleaned Memcache on her account But it didn't help.. What to do? One of her Farm pass quests is to boost 26 neighbors trains but for several days she has not received any.. Which to me means she is not showing up for anyone....

Hi sdsickinger,

For some reason she has no avatar name showing. When you are logged into only her account, please go to the Account tab and then make sure that the Profile section has a blue background. Add her avatar name back in and click on Change to save that change. Then reload her game and make sure that her avatar name is showing beneath her avatar.

When you have done that, please log out of her account and back into your own account, reload the game and see if she is now showing up to send a train boost to.

Why do the colors change when helping others in trains and what do the different colors mean, if anything?

Hi Joyinlife,
I moved your post to the Help & Support section thread about the Frieght Trains. Please when you have a question find a thread that applies to your question in the Help & Support section.
The background color is normally white. It changes to yellow when your mouse pointer hovers over a train to be boosted. When you click to boost that train then the color changes back to white. Other than that the colors have no meaning.

I have three trains on two farms, each with a full complement of long cars. In the past, I've waited until all have returned and are ready before unloading. I do NOT receive any bonus. Am I correct in that I must have four trains so that there will be three ready in addition to the one being unloaded?

Hi Jeemersmom,
You only need to have 3 trains with at least 10 long cars on them to be able to get the Mayors bonus. If you only have 3 of them though be sure you unload one then dispatch it before you unload the next one. The way the game sees you have the 3 trains. If you unload all of them then dispatch them then you will get the warning and not get the bonus for the other 2.

I am a SN working for my customer. I have train management authorization.
It seems that the screen that shows when you click on the engine and select "show train details" does not highlight the cars attached to the train.
At the top of that screen, the message says, "Freight cars highlighted in white are currently coupled together, and will be dispatched with your train."
I click on the train engine and the list shows 19 train cars all white backgrounds
There are currently only 10 cars and a caboose attached to the train.
This is true whether or not the train is dispatched.
To determine what cars are actually on the train, you must hover over each car, write down the name, and use that list to determine what other cars can be added to the train and not duplicate a car.
When on the farm and I click on the engine, the entire train highlights in yellow so it would seem to indictate successful coupling.

The issue listed above is NOT TRUE when I'm on my own farm. On my own farm, the process works as described.

NEXT ISSUE ON THIS SAME SCREEN: The cost of the cars as shown when you click on the train is in COINS. When you actually go to purchase the car, it's FT$ (Farm Town Dollars) This is true both on my farms and on my SN farms.
