HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

HI the game loaded fine the first time but as I've tried to reload it it either gets stuck on green or grey. I have cleared the cache to see if that helps and it doesn't.

I do not see any neighbors. Green user id 100001191510646. Can not use flash any more as it has been blocked in google.

I can see my farm but it is super magnified. I cannot find my avatar or use my tool box or anything to work my farm. I cannot move out the magnification. My used ID is 1680287419

User ID1176251779 still unable to load the new version. Now get that I don't have enough memory, I see do not see yellow header with download info. This is getting very frustrating. I enjoy this game, please please help.

Good morning. I have tried all week to load the new version. For some reason I can not load the game. I tried just now, and still nothing. I click to load, goes to a black screen, and a white 3d box, nothing. ( 128145197559294 ) I use Google Chrome

I can not find the ID number you require and I do not see any of my previous post to see if I can get an answer on anything. When I get on it is very very slow and then it comes up that the page is unresponsive and wants to know if I want wait or exit page. When I hit wait it comes back with a gray page with a box and sad face.
