Hi anothersuzie,
There should be a Restore Purchase button showing if she goes back to the Bank. Have her try that first.
If that isn't there she can use the following link:

I moved your post to the thread about farm cash.
I just checked and you bought 2 minutes ago and it has been added to your farms. You had 391 and with the added you now have 641. If you are not seeing that then restart your farms.

Hi Northernangel,
I moved your post to the thread about farm cash. Open the bank again for purchasing and look in the bottom right corner for a blue button for Restore Purchases and click on that. Then close that pop up and see if it has shown up.
If not then try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

If those don't work then please contact Support as we don't have any way to add your farm cash through the forums. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. why is Farm Town Cash only in American Dollars? On Facebook it always was in Euros.
