You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. Will you please consider shortening the time between loading ships, at least a couple of hours? If, due to the rude interruptions from real life, we miss sending out a ship "on time" we end up with 3 or 4 ships back in port at the same time. Then it takes many days to get back to having 5 or 6 sailing. I had 7 sailing, missed one day due to travel, and BOOM I had 4 ships arrive the next day!

I have copied your post to the Help & Support thread about Cargo ships so I can answer you.
Time between preparing ships is already at 20 hours (Farm Town day). How many ships return the same day does not effect the shortening of the preparation times because they are on the list after dispatching for 7 days exactly regardless of how fast they return.

Working ships this morning, about 4th or 5th container, my purple ships decided they wanted to make me wait 10.4 minutes instead of the 5 ish minutes the first ones did. I haven't missed a day of pushing ships since the pandemic house arrest started.

Hi Moose Mob,
I have checked your data and apparently the ship you dispatched on the 9th is not on the list, so you now only have 5 ships dispatch at this time and that is why your times went up.
You can check how many ships show on the dispatched list by clicking on the small question mark in the container you are currently loading.
I don't know why the one sent out on the 9th is not showing in the list. Only thing I can suggest is try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check again.

Not a pressing issue since I seem to have all day (all week, and likely all month)...
I do still have 4 ships out with 2,3,4,5 days remaining so it is clear on my end that I didn't miss a day.
But this could also explain the rare irrigated crop that is no longer irrigated and similar actions that no longer register? Just a game, minor issues.

It doesn't matter how many ships you have still out. The time limit is controlled by how many ships you have dispatch in the past 7 days. Even if they have returned in shorter time they still remain on the dispatched list for exactly 7 days to the second. When your time suddenly jumps up for the loading of containers then that means a ship has been removed from that list.

If I did not send a ship on the 9th, I would be seeing remaining days of 2,3,5,6 instead of 2,3,4,5. I think the more relevant issue is that this sort of thing would explain other (rare) actions that are taken and then go missing from one's history, such as irrigation (which I have suspected on occasion but never have taken detailed notes to confirm in my own mind).

As both of these problems are in totally separate parts of the program and not in any way associated, then one problem can not be contributed to the other.

Ever since the update, my ships are taking much longer to prepare. For instance, my cargo ship yellow, which used to take under 5 minutes to prepare each container, now is taking 9 minutes.
