Where are you located?

It looks like Facebook is now possibly charging sales tax on those purchases if your state requires it. You should be able to find an explanation in your receipt from Facebook or in your settings in the Facebook payment section.

I have bought farm cash before with google play cards and now it wont let me. I have fifty dollars worth of google play cards that I cant use now. Please fix this so I can play farm town and purchase more farm cash. THanki you.

We used to be able to use them and now all of a sudden we cant. Please fix this problem because I have fifty dollars worth that is worthless now if I cant use them for farm town. Thanks for the help.

I have moved your post to the Help & Support section subject thread about Farm Cash to answer you.
Farm Town has no control over what you pay for Farm Cash with. You purchase Farm Cash through Facebook and they are the ones who control what you can use to make the purchases.

Go to your Facebook settings and then to the Facebook Pay in the left column. On that page is where you can choose what you use for payments.

Not letting me buy any FT Cash....keeps giving me this error saying Slashkey embedded something or another.

Hi Dana,
I just bought Farm Cash with no problem. As that is controlled by Facebook and not Slashkey I doubt that Slashkey has embedded anything. Can you take a snap of the error message and post it here?


Only other thing I can think of would be a cookie that isn't allowed. You may need to go through those and make sure all are accepted on that page.
