As Tiger stated, please contact Support about this problem and they will probably ask you to send the pic to another email address or they will be able to get it through the forum

Hi All,
Just to let you know the problem buying farm cash has been sent to the developers. We will need to be patient while they look into this and find out what it wrong. Thanks for being patient.

Default support not accepting my reply with image

I contacted support about not being able to buy FT cash, and I still can't buy any. They replied with a message to send the image pic to them...I have sent it 3 times, and it comes back Delivery Status Failere.
I am sending it [mod edit email removed]

Hi Dana1971,

I will let support know you are having difficulties send them a picture. They may not need one now. If you have already answered them about how many FC you were trying to buy when you got the error that may be enough information, but if they still need you to send a picture they will let you know.

Just for information I removed the email address from your posts as support only want that to be used when they specifically ask someone to use it.

EDIT TO ADD: Hi Dana, support have let me know that they no longer need you to send the picture.

marymarcel is not available at the moment.

Other users have reported the same problem with buying that specific amount and it cleared up in a few days, so you may just need to wait it out if you only want that specific amount.

If you haven't already tried, please check if your browser needs updating, clear your browser caches and history to make sure you don't have any old stored cookies causing a problem. Then also double check that you still have 3rd party cookies allowed in your browser.

That may not help but it's always worth doing as Facebook do change their cookies from time to time and an old one can cause a problem. If it doesn't, please also report this to support. To contact Support, click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email.
