OFFICIAL Issues with Registering your Email to your FarmTown Account

So yesterday my wife and I both did the new registration thing. I used the same email address that they told us we would need a few months ago when they came back from Facebook jail. Today it is asking for the email and password again and when entered correctly it says email invalid. we both are using the correct email and password. I am just trying to see if any one else is having this issue. Thank you farmer friends!

You are driving me crazy asking me repeatedly to verify my credentials. Once a day would be annoying, but every time we press play????? Stop it, please!!!!!

Hi Tmoulder,
I moved your post to the thread about the registration.
At the most today you should only have seen this twice. That happened because the developers corrected an error in this and then reset the verification.

Hi Jerry,
When you get the pop up next time, look for the red letters that say Update Your Registration.

Click on that and you will get the first pop up again. Then enter the email and password you want to use again. That will replace anything you previously had entered.

You will then get the verification pop up and enter the same information in it. If you have it correct in both then you will get a small pop up saying it is verified.

I know you dont like people doing this but my game wont load on my pc been playing for years on my phone and tablet wont allow me to type in password in box. I see the white box with black background it just wont load please im begging help me

I have moved your post to the thread about registration.

Not being able to use a keyboard is one of the problems that can happen with using mobile devices and tablets.

Click on this link and make sure that you have tried everything there in case you have missed anything that might help to able to load your farm on your computer:

If you still can't load it on your computer after trying those, it may be worth you asking any family or close friends that have a computer that can load your game if you can use it briefly just to get your registration done.

You can contact the support team if you wish and see if they have any other ideas that may help if you can't do either of those.

once we registered 5 times will we get a notice that registration is complete?

is the first registration enough to transfer the account and the other 4 just for us to remember what we used, or is it 100% necessary do it 5 times?

Hi JNelson,
As we haven't any of us completed the 5 days yet then we don't know if there will be a pop up saying the registration is complete. If you miss a day by not playing then it should still show for you the next time you play until you complete the 5 times total.
