Please contact Support about this. I think it will be easier for you to work with them through that than it is here.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You have replied to Marymarcel's replies several times this morning, so you have to be seeing them. As I replied in the post just above your last one please contact Support.

I followed the thread. Opened my email, clicked on the link which has brought me to this. Guess what? NO REPLY. NO HELP. Still can't get on my farm and I have had enough of this happening nearly every other day.

I don't know how to tell you but you have been replied to every time you have posted. The posts are in linear order from oldest to the newest. So when you get the link in the email go to the last page and down to the last post.

I opened the email, there is no ticket number there. I have been on farmtown for many years. Spent lots of money. What for? you tell me? This is actually getting me down, as it's been a great help through lockdown. No more though. I am greatly distressed.

Just stuck, with no help. About to give up for good. Read email, no ticket number as you said there would be. I checked Web Gl, that's ok. Cleared browser, restarted, tried again, black screen with cube, writing underneath has no U number. I guess I'm done.

Hi Hilarious,
When you clear the browser then it has to reload all the graphics for the game. It can take a few minutes to do this, so you need to leave it up and let it run for a while before it start loading the information in the console.

I redid my password etc yesterday to get here. I am getting hung up on the green screen. U-75 shows but takes forever to load and sometimes I try play and it reloads home and have to try to get into chosen farm to work and it gets stuck again.
