Hi Rhondajackson,
Raul just updated the first post so they just released another version, so that may be what happened to you. Please try clearing your browser cache, close the broswer and reload you farms to see if they are back.

I am copying your post to the closed thread for the developers to see if they can find a solution for this.


We have asked you repeatedly what is the last Checkpoint you see. The Checkpoint B is only the first one. Please add that to your post if you want help.


We have also asked you to try the following steps and you have never responded with any indication you have done so.


Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

How do i download webgl

Hi Taz, I haven't been using gameroom and been going into Facebook to access farm town as it's the only way I can get in just not sure what to do to get all my farms to show up.

First let me say Facebook is discontinuing Gameroom in a short while. For this reason the developers will not have done anything to work with Gameroom and probably will not in the future.
You need to log into Facebook and then go to your farms from the shortcut in the left column of your home page. As you have been able to get into your farms through Gameroom you should not have any problems getting in that way. Going in that way and see if all 24 farms of yours show up.

Hi Taz, I have solved the issue thanks again I have been Facebook to access farm town I cleaned the cache in google now working sorry for being a pain.

You dont have to downdoad anything, just log into facebook as usual and on the left column in your home page, click in the Farmtown logo to load the game.

If you cant load the game then please try the following:

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

If you can't open the FT Console watch the "U" number in the upper right corner of your farms for the last number shown.
