HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Result of test I ran. Not sure what to do with this. My farm loads and can work. Can also work SN farm.

If you are able to load your farms and work them and also work your superneighbors farms, then there is not necessary to test anything.

Please check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.


After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

If you can't open the FT Console watch the "U" number in the upper right corner of your farms for the last number shown.

Thanks marymarcel. Just wasn't sure since is said WebGL2 Unanavailable.

I saw that but since you are able to load the game and play, then everything is ok

Be always sure that your browser is updated, and if you have any problems please post here again.

Slashkey is saying there is an error. Says my browser doesn't supportWebGL2.0. An error occured running the unity content on this. See your browser javascript console for more into. The error was : abort(139) at error. What do I do now??? My javascript is on. My GL2 is on.

I moved your post to the HTML5 thread.

Please be sure your browser is updated.

Also, clear your broser cache. First time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slower, it could last 5 minutes, as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Which browser are you trying to download? Which browser were you using?

Edited to add:

I sent you a private message. To read it, logged into the forum, look at the upper right corner. You will see "Your Notifications". Click there and you will see a menu. Click in "Unread Private Messages" and it will show you the private messages you received.
Just click in the message to open it so you can read it.
