HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

It has nothing to do with Firefox nor with Windows 10 updates. Since I updated Windows fully before coming online the other day and Firefox was a whole new installation both were up to date. It does not seem to have any actual effect on game play, but since it was a rare occurrence for me to get any errors at all I felt the need to report it anyway!

Hi Qivis,
I looked back at your origiunal post and the error message. It just looks like there was a temporary connection error and not something that needs to be reported since it did not stop your play.

As the FC Console is a temporary item while they get the game back to full function this would not even be anything seen normally. Thanks for lettiung us know, but iut ius not something to worry about.

I can't stay on farm to work I do one thing and the farm shuts down , if i am harvesting a farm before I am done the farm shuts down and I have to open up Farm Town again

Hi Joey,
I moved your post to the subject thread about HTML/WebGL loading problens.
Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.


Also there are steps you can try in the first post on the first page of this thread.

User ID 1077566757 I am using Google Chrome and I keep getting this error message.
An embedded page at 1.slashkey.com says
Your browser does not support WebGL.
This has been happening for a few days. If I reboot my computer, it seems to correct itself and as I play, the game freezes up and then I get this message. Thanks

Hi cbl,
I moved your post to the subject thread for HTML/WebGL crashes.
This error message happens when your game encounters an error and freezes. The server is not getting a repsonse back and thinks your WebGl is not working.
What were you doing before it froze and crashed?

Instead of restarting your computer try just closing your browser and then reopen and see if that will fix it.

Ever time i work for someone else the game crashes . I get back on and it won't take me to the farm i was working on!!!!
