Hi Chrissycoo,
I moved your post to the subject thread about HTML/WebGL loading problens.
Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.



Also there are steps you can try in the first post on the first page of this thread.

I (602895328) have not gotten any errors in nearly a month, but I have gotten this incredibly long one since upgrading my computer to a Ryzen 3600 with 32 gigabytes of 3600 MHz memory...

Close and reopen your browser and see if the error doesnt show up again.

Be sure your browser is up to date and also check if you have any update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

I'm having issues trying to access the game, it shows the requests but when I select play I get a black screen the game never progresses to the areas of the game. I've reset my computer numerous times and it still does the same thing.

Please check if your browser is up to date. Also be sure if there is an update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.
If there is any update, be sure to restart your computer.

If those are correct, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.
