Ok there is definately something off about the quests and the timing. I dont care what they say, but my facilties have been worked, and ive stored 2 seperate batches of petroluem since i began the quest, and its not showing as done. If i have to wait 72 hours for the barrels on the end of the cue in that facilty to work through, then im not gonna make this quest in time..

and im not begging on my wall for friends to work to feed them through quicker..

I had that problem, and someone suggested I tried full screen view. IT WORKED I could read the whole thing then.

Strange because everything else seems only to work in standard screen mode, but so long as it worked I didn't mind.

I believe you have to wait for your green barrel to get done in the quest manager before you can move onto the next step of the quest. At least that is what it is making me do before I can move on to the next step of my quest.
