Hi all,
We are sending this to the developers. It is probably a glitch from the recent optimization update that Raul added this afternoon. Please be patient until they can fix it.

Hi All,
The only thing I can add until we hear from the developers is to do as Petals did and run memcache (link at the bottom of your farms page) then log out and log back in. You may have to wait a few minutes for it to start working.


Developers have backed up to previous build so all should be working after you restart.

Thanks Taz. I logged out for about an hour and all was working normally upon returning.

Even though my Feed Supplent Factory produces at 100 percent continuously my Premium Fodder Factory continuously operates way less as it comes up shy of Feed Suppliment FCtory product each and every time.

Hi Littlesallysanctus,
The Feed Supplement plant is a non workable facility. It can only produce 6 batches (18) of each product per day. The Premium Fodder Factory is a workable facility, so your neighbors can work those faster than the Feed Supplement Plant can supply to start batches in the Premium Fodder Factory. It is the same with the rest of the non-workables in that it takes more than one of the non-workables to be able to keep up with the workable end factories.
I have 8 of the Feed Supplement Plants and still can not keep the Premium Feed Factory.

I have checked your account data for the farm set we have with your forum account and you do not have nor are you missing a syrup factory. If you have another farm account then please provide the ID for that account so we can check it.

Taz I previously contacted support over the syrup factory as it was underproducing strawberry syrup. The day before it disappeared from my facility manager I sent ingredient requests from it to farmers and re lived ingredients. I want the facility t reappear that I paid for.
