Is that card the only one you have listed for them? If so you should be able to add the new bank card as well and then can remove the old card.

But I notice in your postings about Farm Cash that you will be accepting PayPal or Stripe (when you get it set up). Well, I don't know what these are and I have neither one, so does this mean I will not be able to buy and Farm Cash going forward?

Hi Comeback Farmer,
I moved your post to the thread about Farm Cash.

Both are payment services. With Paypal you have to set up an account with them tied to your bank account, or credit/debit card. Many do use that for more than just payment for the game.
Stripe is a also a payment service that will be very much like what you currently use through Facebook where you can use credit/debit cards directly without having to set up an account.

Hello, I accidently purchased an item with FC. I have sent numerous emails using the support option but have not received any acknowledgement that my emails were received. I would like to get a refund for this accidental purchase.

Hi Windcaller,
The only way you can get a refund is through Siupport. We can not do refunds through the forums. When did you send the ticket to Supprt and what item did you accidently buy?


Edit: They have answered you. Please check your spam folder for your comcast.net email. You need to delete the item from your farms and then reply to the ticket.

According to Support you used a comcast.net email to send the ticket to them. Is that the email you are checking for their reply in the inbox and spam folder?
They are sending you a private message here in the forums so look for that.

Just I FYI. I won't be using either of the purchase venues. I only use VISA. If there is no other option, I will not be purchasing FT Cash.
Disappointed.
