Hi Guinan,
If it froze then it probably did not transfer them to your Gift box. Acceting gift currently is not a good idea until the Gift box function is added in. Watch the first post of this thread for updates.

Id 1022449443 almost every thing in my tool box is grayed out and can not be used. only thing i can use is irrigation n water can tools. hopefully this can be fix? thank you

m browser is google chrome i did get in this morning was able to do everything harvest trees chop ,flowers and plant seeds lleft game came back 23 hours later to harvest my 2 hour crop and could not log in

Hi Skipslick,
Are your tools in your storage or on your farms? If they are on your farms thenthe toolbox can not see them.

This morningI was able to get thu #5 but 6 would not work all I got was black screen with the white diamond almost loading which is what I get now...1338879871 unfortunately I cannot find that list again?? Yes I am a ding-a ling! I am on Safari 12.1 with Mac Os sierra 10.12.16 Thanks again CBJ
