Hello thanx for the help. It's a new empty email account, so the only two messages are my test ones. spam, trash,archive are all empty. I have added the two emails support/billing @slashkey.com as contacts and set filters to move them to the inbox. I have no approved senders list in ymail.

Further, the update button you mention has disappeared and it simply reads:


"To finish linking your email to your account click the link in the verification email we sent you."

So I can't change it, or even reenter the same one. Of course we're dealing with an 83yro person whom having them make a brand new email from another provider is just asking for trouble in all sorts of ways.

I had a guff time saving my email on Yahoo. It is now where it's supposed to be. And I do hope that I'm not using the wrong things.

I am not sure Ymail will work if there isn't any way to list allowed email addresses, but try adding those to your "contacts" for that email and see if that will work when you retry again.

Are you seeing your email address in the yellow box above your game screen along with an Update button, if you are and the email address is correct you you don't need to click on Update.

We can't send that email to you, if you haven't found the email yet, please check the spam/junk folder of your emails and see if it ended up there.

I was playing Farm Pass and it said I needed 3 ingredient packs from friends. I went to my gifts and took flour, tomatoes and sausage pack. The game did not accept of them as an ingredient pack. What does it see as an ingredient pack???

Hi Kathyrdr,

You need to open one of your regular facilities and click the + on product made in it and post that request to Facebook. It will also show up on Other Wall Requests for your friends to see, you won't see it there yourself.
When three different friends send you that ingredient, then you can accept those ingredients from your gift box.
They must be ingredients that you have received after requesting them, you can't exchange or accept gifts from the gift page for this goal.
