I moved your post to the thread about missing items. You are missing items on that farm because you have too much on that farm. You have wall to wall waters with trees, flowers, and facilities over all the waters. There is a limit to how much can be placed on a farm. When you exceed that limit then things disappear because they can not be added to the database for that farm. I highly recommend you decrease by a lot what you have on that farm and any others you have layered this much.

To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. I just bought the Camel Goods facility and didn't have any place to put it so moved to a different farm thought it would be with me there too but it wasn't and it didn't give my farm cash back that I spent on it. So please refund my farms cash for the building or tell me where it went please.

I have checked your account and you did not complete the purchase because you tried to change farms during your attempt. You can check that no purchase was made by going to the Account tab above your farm and click on the Farm Cash Activity Log.

Hi! I am missing at least two that I know of facilities Fashion World and Appliance Service Center. These are required for a pass item, and I have had them both for years. Now they are no where to be found. They show in the store as I own one of each, but not in my storage or on my farms Please advise...... THANK you.

They have been found I changed browswers to Chrome from Firefox and they are here.
