USER ID # 1757790552. There is a problem I have encountered. When going from one 'page' of my neighbors (Neighbors Bar) to the next 'page' is not functioning properly.
Used to be, 8 neighbors are displayed, clk on the arrow (either way) and it would move 7 neighbors (Very good IMHO)! NOW when I clk on the arrow (either way) it moves to the next 'page', BUT it moves 8 + 2 more. To locate the missed neighbors I have to clk the opposite direction and then back again! This has been consistently happening.

Please include in your post which of the "order by..." options you are using. Depending on which one you use, that does change what you see, but it should not be skipping out neighbors. When you use the arrows there should be 1 neighbor showing up on the next page from the previous page you viewed. Is it going wrong when you scroll to more pages after the first page?

I've noticed a bug in the Facility Manager. When I click on my Harvest All button, the Wool Sheds and the Stables don't get harvested on any of the farms. The Dairy, Chicken, and Rabbits do get harvested on all farms as they should. I can't check on the Pigstys as I do not have that tool yet.

When the game was still based on Flash it would get stuck trying to collect the animal products in Facility Manager. Now that it is on HTML I am getting the follow error and it sticks completely causing me to have to refresh the game before clicking Harvest All again and continuing:

This is with one of my testing accounts and not my main and Raul has logged in as me and tried to correct the problem in the past. He was unable to reproduce the problem under Flash Player but I found that clicking the Harvest All button a second time unstuck the game. For ID 100002460743714 it gets stuck permanently in HTML and refreshing the game is required. Perhaps now that I have the error information to give the development team the problem can be tracked down and corrected.

Hi Joyce,

Although the Facility Manager isn't immediately showing all animal sheds harvested, you should be able to close and reopen the Facility Manger and see that it corrects. The should be showing harvested on your farms as well unless you have set any farms to Quest farms, then those animals sheds won't be harvested using Harvest All, you have to do those yourself.

I can see that you have set one farm as a Quest farm, so please check if it was only the animal sheds on that farm that did not get harvested when you viewed them on the farm rather than via the Facility Manger.

If it's not just the Quest farm sheds that did not harvest please come back and let us know which ones on which farms those are located.

Hi rposer,
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Try going to the farm and see if it will irrigate when you are on that farm.

User ID Number: 1683534420 When purchasing a lot of facilities at once, they are not defaulting to "checked" when I look in the facility manager. I have cleared meme, and refreshed after purchase of them, but still the same. I have to filter by "disabled facilities" and manually check them.

In order for me to work my friends/neighbors facilities, I am having to click up to 4 times to get the facilities to show so that I can work them. I go to the wall, click on one of my neighbors posts and it may or may not come up for me to work, usually I get a blank page. If I keep trying, after 3-4 times it may or may not come up. Hope this makes sense, kind of hard to explain what I am talking about. Thanks for all you do and thanks for your help...Benita
