the on and off connection has decided not to work online again not sure the right spot to report it but has just happened

OFF LINE ISSUE!!

We are all experiencing the off line problem when loading the farms.
Also, there are errors in the console.

We still are able to work our farms or our Super Neighbors farms off line.

We have emailed the developers to let them know.

Reload the game folks if you still need to be online to do things like hire or trade online.
Looks like the offline issue is now resolved.

Post Release Updates - September 29th, 12:10AM

- When posting facility work, there is a check box that you can enable to share that facility work link on your Facebook profile for your friends to see.

Default suggestion for some game inclusions
Hi Raul,

Love this game but I have one little query why is there Irish, English and Scottish flags but no Welsh one. Can we please have a Welsh flag and some Welsh items as I know quite a few welsh people play the game.

- Released 12 new Halloween decorations, 1 as gift, 1 at the top of the Halloween category in the store, and 10 at the bottom.

Game is back on line now. Thank you for your patience!

Servers Down!

We are aware the servers are down right now.

The developers were doing some server optimizations and it did not work correctly. This was not planned to be a down time for the game.

Estimate for correcting this is an hour but may take longer.

Please be patient while the developers work to get this corrected and the game back on line for us.

Please note it is not necessary for everyone to post here about this.
