I have just spent ages going through all my farms and harvesting all my pine trees and when I go to the storage box there is no pine cones in there anywhere, HELP PLEASE

you must plant small pine trees. They are harvested, not chopped as the other pine trees

If I understand your question...use the axe for a single pine tree. the log truck for a bunch of trees.(Lumber type trees) the tree shaker is for fruit trees.

Thank you very much for the updates, but when I try to start production of the copper flower vase, it tells me I need more Marigolds in storage and I have over a million. What's up with that

It's the ORANGE MARIGOLD that is now used in the new Holiday Decor Factory, to make Copper Flower Vase.
