You need what I call the facility tools. These are all FC items, so it takes awhile to be able to buy them all.

belt dryers, loaders, conveyors, packing machines, workbenches, mobile utility carts, armored truck, express checkout station, manual lift truck. I also recommend the animal harvesters.
