Hi, try clearing your memory cache and deleting your macromedia files. There is information on doing this in the blue link below.

Hi there. It says facebook or farmtown is not working? Just clarifying so we don't miss something Does the same thing happen when you are using a browser other than IE? Could you please uninstall your flashplayer, reboot and then redownload it to see if maybe this is flash related?

I am also having the storage problems. It won't load and crashes. I tried to sell in the marketplace and had the same problem. I tried uninstalling and installing Adobe Flash, but it didn't help. Any other suggestions?

Hello,

Delete your browser cache and also the macomedia file for FT. Close browser, reload the game. Dont open your storage yet. Go back to the adobe site and instead of deleting the FT file, increase the storage to 1MB. Reload the game again, when it's loaded , open your storage while you are on your own farm. Allow it to fully load, then change the filter to "non ingredients". Then go to market to sell. Sell the non ingredients then change the filter to another setting if you want to sell other items.

Remember, with the amount of facilities that we have now, there will be a lot of products that are were previously "non-ingredients" and are now used in the newer facilities. If you dont own all the facilities and are not planning on getting them in the near future, check your storage with the filter set to "from facilities" and see if there is anything in there that you either dont need or can "sell half" of, try selling those so that there is less in storage for you to load.

All the sugar I have harvested (8 farms now) in the last 3 days as well as gifted sugar, never shows up in my storage, and when I attempt to process products containing sugar, I am informed that I have none. I have repeatedly reloaded farm town and cleared my cache with no result. This may just be the final straw if it is not fixed soon. It's beyond frustrating.

What you harvest from the farm is Sugarcane, not sugar. Sugarcane has to be processed in the Sugar Refinery to become sugar.
