OFFICIAL Crops, Trees, Buildings, Other Items Missing

Hi,
I just bought a new combine harvest-plant just now and I couldn't find it. I am also missing some buildings in my farm 9. I already sent you an email regarding this but it seems like you're not taking any actions about this.
Please do something about this.

Hello,

Try clearing your caches, close browser then reload. Check again for the missing tool and facilities. If you placed the tool into storage, make sure the filter is set to "all" when you look for it.
If you have already tried those things, please provide a link to your farm showing in your post so someone can check your account for you.

I already did what you've said but I didn't find my missing tool nor my other facilities that were missing. It is okay if I didn't use any farmcash for buying those stuff.

There is definitely something wrong here. I put the request to get salmon from my Farmtown neighbors for my smokehouse. They responded, I know because I asked. Then I fished all my Big Lakes. I go to my smoke house and I can't smoke the salmon because I need to add one more to my inventory. What? I did the request. I got responses. There are no Salmon in my inventory. What the? Is someone working on this?

Is it possible that you're missing Salt or Oak Log Pile instead? Those two items are also needed, to start production of a batch of Smoked Salmon. When you click to start a batch, does the pop-up message tell you that you're missing one of those items... or only Salmon?

I would recommend clearing your browser's cache memory, then go back and check to see if the missing item is in your inventory. Here are instructions on clearing cache (if needed)...

I don't know if you have done something Tony but this morning I still wasn't able to load ft (green screen) just went in and checked now and it is loaded and I can see the crops that were invisible last night before clearing my cache.... this is getting really weird...

@Caren No it explicitly says I need to add one more salmon. People have sent me the items but they are not showing up in my inventory.

Fishing the 5 Big lakes I have didn't produce any salmon in the past 3 days I have fished them.

Cleared the cache I still get the same message. No salmon in inventory.

did you check your red gift box because it does not go into storage inventory it goes to your gift box
