Problems with harvesting and crop wastage 18th March

**Update 9.25am GMT 20th March**

Hi everyone,

The main servers were repaired and re-set about half an hour ago.. so anything planted from now on should be good to grow and harvest.

Problems when Harvesting/plowing

Hi all, We have advised the Developers of the problem, as this problem is not affecting everyone any additional information you can supply may help , such as :-

Which browser you are using.
Which server you are on.


To find your server number:

When you first go onto your farm, the chat box will show this message in red:

* Loading User
* Connecting to town mainframe (WF*) ...
* Connected to mainframe.
* Joining Room ...
* Entered Room.

The number following 'WF' is your server number.

I went in with the 3 in 1 tool to go over raspberries, when I finished I went back in to use water sprinkler and nothing was done. So annoyed as its advanced layered and takes a while to do. Only got 15 mins before it dies on me, and it wont reseed.

I have 7 farms ready and nothing is working, 3 in 1 not working keeps saying already done when Im trying to seed over the tops to the crops need harvesting. Harvest and plow is doing the same. Then what you have harvested reappears .

Tryed to hp of 3 different farms (diff. owners) ...tryed chopping my own farms.... all crops comes back after reloading - fields saying already done... I have cleaned my cache several times... what to do ?????

My chicken coop, milk barn, and pig sty are all ready to collect from but I am not able to. I keep getting the message There are no animals to collect from at this time. Anyone else having problems?

Yes, same here. When I try to harvest I get the message Already done. What a mess.

I was getting the same thing, had to go in and just use the plain harvester and then plow.

Well now I lost 2 farms with raspberries that is advanced layered. I cant even hire anyone, as it thinks its done. Stupid mess. Bet they dont reimburse me either. And the plain harvester and plowing says the same thing. So no good.
