Okay,,,there is now a semi for transporting goods...my question is what goods and where do we transport them to and for what purpose??

So far the only goods that can be transported is ham and pepperoni, but that will be added to latter with other meats. "Transported from where" well that is the question isn't it. :D The tuck never moves or leaves your farm it really is just a way to order meat and then you wait for an hour for a batch to arrive at your farm. I kinda of look at it this way. There are players (myself included) who would like to have a slaughter house to process the meat in, but other that do not like that idea at all. The truck lets us order the meat from the slaughter house and have it delivered to our farms with out having to kill any animals ourselves. Kinda of giving both sides of the fence what they want.

The Semi is for ordering Pepperoni and Ham for the Pizza facility. You order by clicking on the truck and it will cost you coins for each batch you order. It also uses fuel for transporting each batch to your farm. Delivery of each batch is in 1 hr. You simply click on what's in transit and store the items from there to your storage unit to use in your Pizza facility. Pretty simple to use and very handy to not have to ask your neighbors for pepperoni and ham. I really like using mine.

Granny King...guess you are one of those who always blame FT developers before knowing what really happened.

Right on this forum, it was posted that the error was caused by FaceBook and FT developers had nothing to do with it. If you had my experience all your neighbors are back!

Seems to me a lot of folks still need pacifiers, only a child would place blame before getting the facts! I believe you owe the developers an apology

dayBarb...I believe that was the first post I have ever made, so no I am not among those who always blame FT developers before knowing what really happened.
I believed, considering how the FaceBook problem affected the huge number of players of this game, it was safe to assume the Devs would be doing something from their side to prevent that kind of FaceBook issue from ever affecting the game again.
And, later we were told they are indeed working on some codes to do just that. I was simply suggesting that a little clearer communication would help those who were impatiently waiting for what we were told was coming--my adult disabled daughter, for whom this game is one of her windows to the world, being among them.
Frankly, I find your comment about pacifers and the suggestion that I am a baby quite rude. I was only asking for clearer communication--not laying blame. That appears to be your role.

You buy ham and pepperoni to make pizza with. Then the truck delivers it. You pay coins for the product, then fuel for the truck to deliver it. They are done at the same time.

I have a slew of coffee beans but no ground coffee at the moment and you cannot make coffee icecream without ground coffee.

Please make accommodation for us to be able to grind our coffee beans! Why have it, if we can't use it!:confused:

In the "Juice Factory" we can produce Cranberry Juice but here lies the problem... have you ever seen a 'cranberry tree'? No, cranberries are grown on the ground hence we should have cranberry seeds available not cranberry trees. Help us out guys.........

Actually there are such things as cranberry trees, actually more like a low level shrub which can grow tall - Viburnum opulus.
But yes, most people when thinking of cranberries think of the bog method of farming them where they are low lying to the ground and flooded.

hi i have 12 out of 42 neighbors in the high xp 80's so I started a 80's club they are all Great they love the game and help the new ones that come in, and answer many questions. they are skilled and kind. I learned form 2or 3 of them. soo now we are in a friendly competition to see who gets the highest xp 80 of the day. We have a afternoon neighborhood party where we come to one off the big 3 filed farms and race to clear and plow. laugh and chat. I gave out a Tag to all the 80xp's and posted it on my profile. Its been fun for all. one of my neighbors not only in the the 80s but has the last trophy as well! that well get a special tag
and posted. p.s. is their away to move cows from lot to lot they really made loading my page Slow! lol you for you help 8*)

Nope. You can't moooooooove the cows from farm to farm. Or other animals. Your group sounds good, I'd join but apparently I'm a level 1 *choke*

Go to the wrench and make sure you have show buildings checked. As for the neighbors that was caused by a facebook problem which has been fix but the only way to get the neighbors back is to reinvite them to be your neighbor.

Missing items are rarely, if ever, anything to do with server issues.

I just loaded your farm with no problems at all. Have you tried the suggestions from the first post in the 'loading' thread over in the Help and Support forum? You might find something there that will solve your problems.

If not. please feel free to post in that thread and we'll try to help. :)

For those having a slow time loading, go to Adobe Flash Player (type that in Google) and go to the Adobe help page. Make sure you have version 10 player, but then read the thread on slow or no loading. There are some files within your control panel that I never knew were there. I was having trouble with a lot of the games, but I followed all the suggestions there on Adobe and it really made the difference.

The upgrades are always welcome, but not when other issues are created. Goat Cheese cannot be made in the dairy facility. The start production button doesn't "start" production. There is no sense in having new facilities if we defeat the production of the existing facilities. Perhaps, you can find some time soon to correct this issue.

Read what Raul posted: 2. We had to limit the amount of products you can have producing at the same time on each facility.

The risk of inflation is too high which could impact the game dynamics significantly. The general rule is, you can only have 15 days of continuos production pending for each recipe.

I know what inflation is and how it works in real life. But can someone explain to he in words of one syllable or less so I can understand how you have inflation in a game?

Without limits on production/profits, you get a runaway effect where you end up amassing coins/XP faster and faster the higher your level gets. I haven't looked at the new sandwiches and stuff but will use pizza as an example. They changed it so you can't get the pizza materials anymore as gifts (mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, etcc.) But lets go back to when you could. Let's assume you had 50 friends. They each sent you materials to make pizzas. Then you set up your farms at maxed out sizes (all 3 of mine are maxed sizes but not max plowed) so that you harvest every single day enough to make pizzas.
With the profit markup on the products and then the additional markup on the pizzas, it becomes an exponential growth where you amass so many coins so fast that one of two things happen.
1) You get totally bored with the game and quit because its too easy.
2) You get so many coins that they have to raise the price of everything to reflect the higher ranked players coins but that isn't fair to the lower players.

Somewhere, you have to have controls or things get way out of hand. Right now, my coin counter on the game itself shows just over 130 million coins. Last night I added up my storage and its above 80 million. I have over 200 million coins, what in the world will I ever spend them on? Nothing.

To add to what JustHikk said. People where planting like 2800 pineapples and loading them all into the juice factory at one time. Then getting friends to help and it only taking a day to produce all that juice. Well here is the math on the juice.

2800 fields of pineapples = 560 batches of juice with the juice you make 960 coins per field of pineapples so you would make 2,688,000 just off of that alone. Not bad for 4 days worth of work. It is that reason they have limited the production. This doesn't even take into account people helping this friend and getting free juice to sell.

You are really only limited to what you can put in at one time, not what you can do in 15 days. Once a batch has been produced you can add another batch to replace it. If you have friends help produce that 15 days worth of stuff in one day then the next day you can put 15 more days worth in and get help with that. It will slow some people down a little but if they have a lot of friends helping it will not slow them down that much.

JAS, its not a daily limit, its a semi-temp limit until its produced. You can max out a facility and if you have enough friends, you can run it again and again until you either run out of friends or product to produce.

I find that I am always running out of hot dog sausage. I would really like to see the option of ordering bigger quantities, even if it cost most fuel, such as double the amount of hot dogs for double the amount of fuel and of course double the amount of coins. I now keep my truck running continually, and I still run out.
