I love the new "store all" feature for gifts and animals! However, I've noticed that the animals stored by the old method are separated from the animals stored with the "store all" option. Can this be fixed so that the animals are all shown as one group inside their buildings? And, as I've seen asked in other posts, how does this affect the total animals allowed in one shed? If I have 100 stored by conventional means and then add another 100 with the store all option, can I now have 200 animals in my sheds?

As opposed to the other unmentionable "gaming" "company" on Facebook, Slashkey seems more than capable of making good decisions about how to implement the features they want in the game.

I'm a little wary about some things, as the game is still in development, but I am overall pleased as punch with this game and will continue to financially contribute when I can. The devs so far have shown to be really pro.

The combine tools didn't work in layerd farm if there are still crops under it.

it should work, but if it does and plos the fields as it harvests the farmer will loose the fields under the 1 being worked.

from what I read I don't think you ask for anything, I believe you earn different belts based on the amount of a crop you harvest. and it is not just 1 time. It is the total harvest amount for the crop.


copied from page 1 of the update."A new Belt for a product can be achieved by harvesting that product a number of times.

The current Belt achieved for a product is shown in the store. If you mouse over the product icon you will see how many harvests are required to reach the next Belt.

Every time you or an employee harvest in your farm the counter for the harvested product is incremented by one. ***The employee counters are not incremented***.

When you reach a new Belt there will be more chances that in future harvests for that product you get an extra product box. Below are the available Belts and the benefits you get:"

I dont think so. I'm not 100% sure, but the first post said The rules and benefits for you and your friends are the same as in the regular facilities. So i would think you get 20% of the products like you do with the regular facilities. As it's not a request for ingredients, i dont think that those limits apply.

I'm glad we can finally "help" (aka refer clients) on our neighbors' service facilities, but I don't understand why helping in service facilities should be separate from helping in production facilities. It takes long enough to make a pass through a neighbor's farms to work on their regular facilities; why shouldn't we be able to help on service facilities at the same time, rather than have to go back to Facebook and start all over on the same farms? It just doesn't make sense to me.

I know it was said coin and fc outfits, but I do not see a price for the coin ones and I am not charged any coins for the non fc outfits. I wonder if this is a glitch or it they should be classified as fc and free outfits. If it is a glitch and we should be charged coins I have a feeling it will be like the land covers and be so little coin cost that it really doesn't matter if we can keep them or have to buy them again like we do with the land covers.

Very grateful for all new items but, because I am very greedy and have got everything and lots of multiples, to keep everything serviced I need another farm (or 2) to grow crops.
I do not need any magic buttons to do everything for me because I am retired so please Devs humour this old lady and bring out no 10 & perhaps 11 soon while we oldies are still compus mentis :-)

LOL! I have blocked that application, so I don't receive needles & pins (or nails & bricks) etc, in my gifts. Guess my farms are still standing in there, though, so my friends can "count" them in.

Sunny, anything that is a "Use" item like decorations, trees, flowers except for animals will not work with the store all button. The Store all is only for animals to go in buildings and supplies that you get as gifts.

Hi, love the new update. ANd I am really looking forward to the belts. I love challenging myself and this is a way to keep the game interesting to me. Please, if you don't like the idea of the belts just don't pay attention to them. I want them and I am sure there are others who do as well.

I wonder if the people have devolped this game realise that since their last update of items that many people have loading issues and missing content off their farms.I am one of these people who for the last 3-4 days now have experienced no end of problems with loading farmtown all together and missing buildings once on my farm after 5-10 minutes of loading.PLEASE FARMTOWN can you sort it quick so that i along with others can experience these new updates without and loading or missing items issues Thanks :(

Have you tried clearing your cache? That might help with both problems.

If you want us to take a look for the missing stuff, you could link your farm and give us a list. You can also Private Message me if you wish :)

Did you try clearing your cache to see if that helped your xp? And to be clear, you're not talking about the white bar moving, you're talking about the xp adding up ? (only pertains to level 210 if that's what you are, otherwise disregard lol) :)

The service facilities are available in the normal facilities tab in the store, each service facility will be marked with text saying something like (Provides xxxx services) to load them up, they require some finished products that you would have previously sold in the market. Putting them in the service facilities gains you even more coins.

To get others to work them, is almost the same as for regular facilities. Goto the "whats in Stock tab, and click "get more clients"

Some of the facilities, like the Movie Theater for instance, are service facilities, not normal facilities. They are labelled as that in the store. Once you've bought one of these, you fill it up with things you've already produced, like hot dogs. You cash out from these service facilities and you are selling your items for more than if you just sold them normally.

Did you post a request for cypress trees form one you got as a gift? You know the clicking on the tree then clicking request as a gift. If so there seems to be a glitch with that and it is what you have described it has been reported and hopefully will be fixed soon.

This is a glitch since this last update. It only effects items you have requested more of and not regular gifts. Read the top of the first post in this thread for more information.

What about adding LIME and GRAPEFRUIT trees so we could have lemon lime soda (like 7 UP), key lime pies, and more drinks in the bar like Tequilla sumrise. Might have to add cactus to get the tequilla. But lines could dress a lot of the drinks. Lime juice and grapefruit juice could also add to the beverage options. Just a thought!

Larg pine gives you the same as a regular pine.

I am not at all pleased with the new belt interruptions; I'm trying to fish and get 12 interruptions; that is 2 for each belt, since there is no red x on the original pop-up so you can get rid of it, have to wait till the post window comes up; so 2 interruptions per; then I find out that only one of the 6 posts will result in my getting anything anyway, so was interrupted 11 times for nothing! Not at all happy at the moment, most things about this game I have loved, and that's why I've spent money on it, but this is NOT one of those things, and the more irritated I get the less I spend! Next thing you know they will add quests, and the people I know that play this game rather than the other farm game do so because they aren't interrupted every minute and have to do quests. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Thank you for the new upgrade, however the belt notifications that pop up every time you earn a new belt forces you to go to the post screen which automatically takes you out of full screen and is very distracting and annoying! I hope you're able to fix this very soon. An easy fix would be to give us the option to "post" or "not to post" on the very first notification box.

we just launched the belt ranking for crops, trees and flowers. Also, we fixed these bugs:

- request as gift should work as expected, should not appear as a request for ingredients anymore
- gifts received this way can now be place on farms and deleted from gift box
- you can now send all tuscan trees, tree with red ribbon and a couple of implements like the hole driller using farmer and facebook friend list tabs
- store all button now work with empty buildings
- placing big pines from gift box into farms now don’t chop the pine automatically, instead it appears fully grown ready to chop

we just released a new version of the game with the following features and bug fixes:

1. New gifts and items in lower levels:

-10 trees added to the gift section, some with different sizes to create better landscapes. The big pine can be chopped.
-18 vehicles now have a view in the opposite direction in the motion section.
-blueberry,pineapple,grapes,peas,onion and raspberry buckets, 4 wild grass (small and large), milk keg, wooden flower bed in the farming section.
-3 farmer markets and a rabbit hutch (to store your bunnies) in the buildings section.
-red brick fences in the fences section.
-some gifts were moved to the store.

2. Avatar clothes: each sex have 6 different types of clothes (including the default overall), each type has 3 different color versions. Here are the clothes available:

-overall, street, cowboy (coins)
-overall-pro, casual, tuxedo/dress (fc)

once you buy farmcash clothes you unlock them forever so you can take it off and on anytime, but it doesn't go to storage.

3. Seeder 5 x 5 (fc): if you already own the seeder 4 x 4, then you can buy this new seeder to plant up to 25 fields at a time.

4. Store all gifts in one click: the store all button in the gift window allows you to store all storable items at once. Notice that it will only store animals in the animals buildings located in the current selected farm.

5. Flower harvester 8 x 8 (fc): if you already own the flower harvester 8 x 4, then you can buy this new flower harvester to harvest up to 64 flowers.

6. Request for help in your service facilities: if you click the 'get more clients!' button in your service facilities (what's in stock section) your friends will be able to refer clients to your service facilities so you can cashout more coins faster and restock more often. The rules and benefits for you and your friends are the same as in the regular facilities.

7. Belt ranks in crops, trees and flowers (to be launched sometime next week): you can now achieve different belts ranks (like in judo) on every product in those categories. The belts have different colors for each rank.

A new belt for a product can be achieved by harvesting that product a number of times.

The current belt achieved for a product is shown in the store. If you mouse over the product icon you will see how many harvests are required to reach the next belt.

Every time you or an employee harvest in your farm the counter for the harvested product is incremented by one. ***the employee counters are not incremented***.

When you reach a new belt there will be more chances that in future harvests for that product you get an extra product box. Below are the available belts and the benefits you get:

White belt - no extra box
yellow belt - 5% chances for an extra box
orange belt - 10% chances for an extra box
green belt - 16% chances for an extra box
blue belt - 22% chances for an extra box
brown belt - 29% chances for an extra box
black belt - 36% chances for an extra box

for example, when you reach the black belt for wheat, from that point on when you harvest wheat there will be a 36% chance of getting an extra box of wheat.

In the future you as a farmer will have a belt as well based on how many belts of a specific color you have, and there will be even more chances of getting extra product boxes when harvesting.

Also in the future you will be able to reach belts for fish, animals and facility products.

8. Home supply factory (coins): produce home supplies. You can produce chandelier shades in the glass factory.

- the 'go home' button now only ask for confirmation when you are on a farm
- when you buy an item that is required by a second item, you don't need to refresh the game to by that second item.

I liked the idea of the belt thing when it was first mentioned, and I think it has potential, but its current implementation is not ideal. There will be a lot of these posts and I really liked that FT was the game that cluttered my feed up the least. That's not the case anymore. What if instead of having a box pop up to post every time you reach a new belt for each new crop (and that's a lot if you harvest all your stuff at one time), you increment the belts as you do now but the farmer has to manually click their belt to post their current rank w/ the option to get the bonus. I really like the feature to request ingredients in part because it's a manual thing that the farmer actively has to do. Does that make sense? Also, what happens when someone has reached the final rank for a given crop? Can they no longer post a bonus?

Also....it seems to me that it didn't take much to rank up. I made it to brown by harvesting half a farm's worth of corn. I assume black is the last level? I was hoping that these ranks were a way to give us a challenge...something to work towards...but the way this is set right now, I'll hit black belt on all the crops I regularly harvest in no time. Again, I like the idea of the belts, but I think there needs to be some tweaking.

I think that there is an uprising in the making. When I first heard about this "belt" system, I knew it was going to be something that people would not like. You can joke about it all you want, but it IS like the "OTHER" farming game. Everynight a friend and myself help with each others farm. We harvest 3 to 5 fields nightly. Tonight we had so much trouble that the decision was made that we don't need any more stress in our lives. We both have huge farms and lots and lots of trees. Just doing one farm we had 7 belt popups that required two click to get rid of. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Then the announcements started lagging, I am sure due to an overload on FarmTown servers. Please reconsider the idea of why we need this and at least some reprogramming to give a report after all farming is done and the opportunity to post any of it if we wanted. I, like others, that have expressed their views about this, also spend a lot of money on this game, because it IS the BEST game on FB. My friend and I are going to NOT plant anymore crops until something is done so as to avoid the stress of popups and interrupted game play. Raul and all others that make this game happen, you have listened to the masses before and made the game better for us. PLEASE LISTEN NOW!!

I was looking forward to the belts because it would give us something to work for but you have gone about it the wrong way. In my opinion it should take at least 1024 harvest of a crop to get the first belt. That is one 24x24 farm full of crops and can be easily done by anyone even a newbie. While I know a newbie doesn't have a full farm until level 25 they can reach that very quickly and shouldn't have everything handed to them the second they start playing the game. Also the higher level players all have more then one farm with crops on them and a lot of us have 9 farms. Reaching the belts is way too easy for us I was looking forward to having some goals to work for and having it take a while to get the belts. This is how I think the belts should have worked.



White Belt - 1024 harvest

Yellow Belt - 2048 harvest

Orange Belt - 3072 harvest
Green Belt - 4096 harvest
Blue Belt - 5120 harvest
Brown Belt - 6144 harvest
Black Belt - 7168 harvest


We should not harvest a full farm of a crop and get the black belt it should be something that we work for and have to really earn to get the benefits form it. This would also stop the spamming of the news feeds with all the new belts people are getting. I know you are trying to think of ways to give us more crops for facilities and to give us something to work for but if you can finish the belts in no time it is not worth the aggravation of all the pop ups. Please think about these things the next time you want to give us some goals and really make them fun.

I have to agree the pop-ups are very annoying. The reason for 'leaving' the other game was the continual pop-ups. It's difficult to play the game and keep hitting the buttons. Sorting through the list of farms to help our neighbors is ridiculous because it's so many pages to find which farms have requests. Maybe if we could auto back to the last page we were on instead of having to sort through this mess would make it easier.

I love this game and have played pretty much since it began and I do buy all the premium items, not only for my farm, but also for my husbands farms so its safe to say I spend a fair bit... BUT, I just cant play this game with these pop ups all over the place and flooding not only my wall, but everyone else on my wall is going to go nuts so I refuse to post on that principle. We are now living with nothing but pop ups and such incredible interruptions every time a harvester we hire does alot of different work on our farms.. please... we need this to stop. As someone suggested.. give the option of if we want to advertise this or not. Surely all these belts can happen without us even knowing until we want to look and check up on our belt status. I am fairly certainly the small amount we might gain does not justify the aggrivation this is causing, therefore we might prefer to not receive the notifications that we have gone up in belt level or to advertise and drive all our friends crazy!! All I know is that I gain so much from my husband playing this game but he will last about 2 minutes with all these pop ups and notifications before he just shuts it off and wont come back as will alot of people I suspect :( :( :(

I just did a farm with just two crops and 2 different trees and got 8 pop ups. I am now dreading my other farms where I have one of every flower available and another with pretty much every fruit tree as well. :eek:

It does not work for seeds, and will not work again now in trees. I use Chrome or Flock for Farmtown, but it is not working for either. Are others seeing the figures on a mouse over.
Also, a list of the figures for each belt grade would be handy.

AAACCCKKKKKK..........every few minutes I receive a pop up that says, "Congratulations, you have now earned blah, blah belt in blah blah item"! Make it stop!

Then, when I exit full screen, I have multiple messages asking me if I want to share this info? The answer is no, no and NO!! Make it stop!!

I will check my progress in the store menu. It tells me what belt I have earned and how many to the next belt. I have not looked at my game page yet, but I just bet it is OVERFILLED with posts of who earned blah, blah in blah blah item. WOW!!! Make it stop!

I will have to say for the very first time, this new Congratulations on your crops to post is the worst thing you have ever done. You get two that pops up through out the harvesting of a full farm and its stops your momentum and distracks you. This new feature will cause alot of back lash even though the concept is good, you need to find another way for that to happen. I was thinking the same thing about it not working until I found out how it works. You have to mouse over the seed bag not the belt. I know one would think it would be the belt but no it is the seed bag. I didn't look at the trees or flowers that much but I would guess it is the same way you mouse over the tree or flower.

I am not going to get started on the belt thingy as others have been pretty together as a majority. But sitting here reading all this stuff made me think of something. A couple of upgrades ago (months) we were told that "in the future" there would be multiple hiring of multiple jobs (like now) and also multiple farms for same helper. Wouldn't this idea of over two months old be more receptive to the masses. And by the way, how do you guys feel about an FT garage sale where I can sell my 5way seeder, 5way plow, 5way harvester, 5way combine, 8x8 boat, 8x8 chainsaw, 8x8 tree shaker, and a few facilities back to FarmTown.

I've noticed that the earned belts only show up if you click the store icon to buy seeds. If you buy seeds by clicking your sower/seeder implement first, the ones you've earned don't display that way. Too bad, as that is the way I usually buy seeds to plant.

There has to be a better way to handle the belts than this. Annoying popups that require several clicks to get rid of in the game, and then the feed cluttered with a ton of posts from friends. Plus, when you click on the posts in the feed, you're forever getting the "only once every three hours, go away..." message. It's bad enough to have the feed cluttered with posts, but for most of those posts to be time-wasting duplicates that do nothing but scold when you click on them, that's adding insult to injury.

Hopefully it'll calm down a bit as people work their way through the belt system, but for now it's just a serious pain.

point 1. News feeds totally flooded now

point 2. it needs to be seperated from the ingredients requests limit as the 2 combined is not enough as you click on a couple of belts links and whamo your ingredient request limit is reached and you miss out on that.

point 3 i go back 24hrs on my game requests and send everyone ingredients as far back as requests go for 1 day meaning 1 player might request 3 items at once so i will send 1 then go back 3hrs later and send the next item they requested but with all these belt requests it would take a month of sundays.

With all due respect Dave, it is probably better to wait until you have worked a farm with several different trees/flowers/crops to harvest before you advise others to build a bridge. A part of a game that needs to be endured as a short lived inconvenience is not really a positive for the game is it?

Try this - chopping trees at just one farm and harvesting some fruit trees on that same farm ended up with 13 boxes to close in the middle of working the farm in full screen, then 13 publish permission boxes to close when returning to small screen. This will happen 7 times when working that farm until it stops because Black Belt is reached.

This is only what happens on a farm with small numbers of variants to harvest, and I really am dreading harvesting bulk flowers/trees on others.

This is stuff that happens IN Farm, and not even including the news feed issues. The volume we contribute to that can be managed if we are selective about what we each approve for publication.

We are pretty quick to rush in here to say thank you for updates that are good value, so how about allowing an honest reaction to what really has not been so well received.

I absolutely hate this - I am now hesitating to harvest anything because of the avalanche of popups. I ask people to work my facilities - when I choose - and I only send requests to a list of people I know are happy to get them. I can't fiddle about like that for every popup and I don't want to spam my non-playing friends.

The ones for 'you don't have enough xxxxx do you want to ask your friends to send you ingredients' - is bad enough but at least it doesn't happen constantly.

Give us the ability to ask friends for help if you want, but if you don't stop ramming this down our throats I won't stick around.

Well I can see how some of you might be peeved by the new belt pop-ups BUT I was quite pleased when I harvested my corn and got to a blue belt without trying too hard. You dont have to post all the requests - I just closed the boxes down! I dont like clogging mine and my friends wall either.
I think its a great little extra when playing - I am at the very top of the levels with so many XP I will probably skip a few by the time new levels come out so I am pleased to have something else to aim for.
Harvesting, plowing etc can be so boring - this makes it a bit more interesting IMHO!

Its all well and good the echoers of "it will only happen until you get black belts". That could take people weeks as not everyone lives on this game. Most of those people wont ever get there because they just wont play. That is all that is going to be achieved here. If everyone was going to get to black belts real quick, then what is the real aim of the Belts anyway? Lets give a thought to the people that are on much lower levels.. shock horror, yes there are people on lower levels you realise, that are going to have these notifications and pop ups for what will seem like forever!

Having said that. The Devs of this game are best bar none and this is the only thing I can see that has been negative in the years I have been playing. if this is a mistake, so be it, but I think these poor people have copped a hammering over this. Im sure they will rework the theory of the Belts and try and make everyone happy again.. a task i feel is not so enviable right now! I'm not causing the problem, because I won't post them, but I have also messaged my neighbours and asked them to stop. However, the 'opt out' should not have been in the system. We should have to 'opt in' if we want to publish, not have to click 'skip' if we don't want to.

I have just harvested a farm for my friend, and had a total of 13 pop-up on my screen which refuse to be ignored whilst working. This is ridiculous.

Whew! I think the last time we had an uproar like this was when they first released the glowy thing on fertilized crops but we couldn't turn it off. WOW, we didn't like that! And WOW! They changed it. So maybe this will be the same?

Anyway, here's my 2 cents. I don't like all the popups, either, but I actually DO like being able to click on people's posts on my feed to help them and me both. That's very cool and could be another way to get some of a crop you need but didn't have. However, what I DON'T like about that is clicking on someone's feed, only to be given the message that I can only give that friend something every 3 hours. I have my FT friends in 5 different FB friend groups. So I send to a group of friends and mostly don't pay attention to which friends were in that batch. I also look through my feed for those posts where someone wants ingredients for their factories. I like those so I click on 'em. But again, I mostly don't pay much attention to whose name I'm clicking on. Getting the "every 3 hours" post feels almost like getting my hand slapped - and typically I had no clue I had already given that person something or I wouldn't have bothered clicking.

BUT . . . by far, the most disappointing thing to me is that it's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay waaaaay WAY too easy to get black belts! I was so excited about having a whole new kind of goal to work for in FT. It renewed my energy for the game. But the way it's structured now, the belt system is just sort of this annoying thing you have to put up with and then it'll be over because you've earned all the black belts. This is probably a bigger deal to those of us who reached maximum XP's months or even a year ago. Those of us die-hard fans who keep playing anyway don't even get that goal back with Levels updates because we stay too far ahead of the game. So I was SO excited about getting all new goals - but now I'm not.

One more whine and then I actually have some suggestions: this whine is that it takes too long for the mouseover popups to appear telling us how many we have left before the next belt. There's already a pretty big slowdown with screens that have a lot of items (such as the store and also the facilities tool). I get REALLY tired of waiting for things to load and the addition of these hover items is making the load time even slower.

On to suggestions! The belt thing: please, please, PLEASE make them MUCH harder to obtain. Probably the levels should incrementally get harder to obtain so that newbie farmers can enjoy earning them, too. But for us oldie farmers, we want goals, too! The belt system is just fine as a new goal - but make it more of a challenge. Now, the beauty of my suggestion ;) is that it ALSO deals with the popup issue because if you don't earn things so quickly, you also don't have as many popups. Voila. Two birds with one stone.

And some presentation suggestions: get rid of the hover thing. We don't want to have the game slow down just so we can hover and find out how many crops we still have to harvest. BUT . . . you're right, that we DO want to know what that number is. How about just writing it in text inside the seed box? And if you write it with ActionScript instead of creating the text as an image, it'll load more quickly.

And a presentation suggestion for the popups: if people click "No", the other window should NOT appear. No point in annoying people twice. BUT, if people click YES, then the other window needs to appear in full screen as well as regular screen. Otherwise, for those of us full-screeners, it's just sort of a mess when you finally quit playing and find all of these little windows you have to deal with.

So the game has to be made fool proof - much to my disgust very often, but that is just how it is. If the pop ups in game were dumped, that would be great. We can see where we are at with belts in the store if we want to know.
If we each choose not to publish an award at each and every level, then that would be great. Greater still if we only get the chance to publish at black belt level - something worth celebrating then.
In the meantime, we might need to let our neighbours know that we may need to block those who do publish each and every level they achieve, so we may not be as helpful as we used to.

The idea overall is great, but not when it it imposes so much on the playing of the game and our friends newsfeeds.

The lowest number of corps to harvest for a belt should be 1024. Make the longer crops need less harvest and the shorter crops more harvest to get a belt. This system is not a bad idea if you will put these changes in. This way people will not be getting 20 belts in one day we will get maybe one or two belts a day at most and that is not that much posted to our news feeds. I think we can all live with that.

A constructive question - when we achieve a belt we get a % chance of getting an extra box of the crop. How do we know when we have been awarded an extra box?
I would rather see the black harder to get to and get a % reduction in the growing time as a reward.

Like I have said, I have played farmtown for over 2 and 1/2 years now, since it first started and today, was the day i must say for the very first time I didnt like farmtown. I like the concept of the idea, I would like to see the crop belt to continue as I believe you guys will work it out. You have produced a game like no other and I love so much coming on here plotting away on my farms. I often remember back to what it was like when farm town first started. When you think about it, The belt was really not that bad considering how slow and time consuming farm town was in the first stages. Keep the great work up guys and to be so intuned with your players is fanstastic. How you keep improving the game shows that you have a great team who put great effort into delivery us farmtown. Even though today was a fizzer, it doesnt over rule the last 2 and 1/2 years of great success. WELL DONE!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D

I have a question regarding the Belts. If we click on someones notification and receive a bonus from them, does this mean that we cant send that person ingredients for the next 3 hours? Also, do the goodies we get from the bonus, add towards our 250,000 coin limit every 3 hours?

Well the belt idea was a nice idea but it's more frustrating than useful it seems due to the low limits set. Between the requests from neighbors for help with other goods, it's hardly beneficial to add the belts if they count against the low limits everyone has for sending and receiving. Either increase the limits, reduce the waiting time, or remove the belts. The combo doesn't work as is.

okay nice idea the belts. love the happy colors from the belts in the shop. but one serious question : why do whe need a belt system?????????????? its nice you devs want to give us bonus stuff. thanks? but belts??? because whe can find enough of bonus if whe like . when whe help out with the facilities, regular and service, whe get xp, and 20 procent of the product. some to use, some to sell. if whe work on someones elses farms, whe get xp,coins and when whe harvest 20 procent(ore how much is it?) of the crops whe harvest. so, why do whe need the belts? for the extra crops???? well whe have the ingredients stuff to send. (why dont let us give oure friends more batches? so why do whe need the belts? cant follow with this one.

I am going to try not to complain as i truly appreciate all the effort and hard work that the devs put into making this game so great..but this is not good! I thought the 250,000 limit was way too low to start with, but with the belt bonuses now- well:eek:

Please change this...i love this game, and i would never throw my toy out of my pram and say i am leaving...BUT i will try and wait patiently for this to improve and hopefully not get disheartened whilst doing so.

Re. the new crop belts and posts to the Facebook wall: These are self cancelling null and void. Click on a couple of these and the maximum coins value sent to store is done for the next three hours. After that the wall posts are just spamming because they are totally useless!

so,

once you get a black belt for a seed.... that's it?...a black 7 inside a belt. If you continue to plant that seed, will those who harvest get the "big" bonus or just the % chance of getting a bonus of some sort?

I can see a few, perhaps very few, who will now plant everything so that they can get a "trophy" or something for the most black belts.:eek:

Hmmmm ,.. I have 3 black belts hanging in the closet, but I really only need one of them to keep my pants up.:cool:

Maybe the devs will offer another avatar outfit with colored belts... but you can only buy one if you have so many crops which earned that color.:rolleyes:

Many people left Farmville because of the constant need to ask neighbours to click on posts for something the need to complete a project. Click on this and click on that for something in return.

Farmtown Belt system is heading the same way as Farmville.

I've quit many games or blocked many posts because my wall became an advertisement for a gaming company.

MY WALL is so I and my friends can communicate between each other.. NOT for me to search through all the unwanted posts for any missed posts from my friends and relatives ,,

I have over 30 active Farmtown players... and over 80 neighbours - just think how much junk will be posted to my wall now....

30 notification to work at their utitlies
30 notifications to get clients
30 x 3 notifications to send iingredients
at least 30 notification that someone got a belt..
and that only from my neighbours how much more will I get from their friends and other unknown players.

This is Farmtown DEV FIRST biggest mistake... ALL you done is ANNOYED you Loyal players

I for one will be hitting the skip button each time.

they have disabled the popups and posts except for the black belt.

i am still getting some odd ones that i shouldent but its not as bad as it was.

I am only getting the pop-up for the brown belt. It appears that am not being awarded black belt, although got brown for just under half the harvest for three crops, I never got notice that I had earned the black belt. Maybe it was turned off and brown belt notice left on, because that is the one I am getting. Thank you for getting on this so quickly :)

I checked the store...all but a few of the seeds listed have a white belt...how can this be possible? I would think my level 210 I would have planted and harvested enough to be higher than a "beginner" :eek:

Thank you for taking out the pop ups for the belts. I am not convinced that the belts add much to the game, unless there is more coming in future upgrades.
I agree with others that FT is the one game that lets you chose how much you send to other people, and I like that very much.

Farmtown is trying to give us a good game. We don't need to give up because we don't like something new that has come into the game. Give them some space to improve on what they have given us. This is the best game out there by far.

I agree that the belts should be harder, but I am thinking I know why they were started so low.

We will getting belts for # of belts. Like maybe we get a black belt in trees for obtaining black belts in 20 of the 27 harvest-able trees. Just a guess how it will work, but he said we will be getting belts for belts. How long would it take to get black belts in most of the seeds if each one were harder. (assuming you do not do that which must not be spoken of)
So while I do hope they will harden it a bit. maybe there was a reason for what they did.

If I get a belt, what can I use it for?

In the part where I have a lot of cups it says that I can buy something for them in the shop. But how do I do that? I have never tried. Can I exchange a cup for a thing which I would have to pay with farm town $'s? It takes me so long time to save up the farm town $'s so I can buy something. I just understand!! I refuse to use real money to buy farm town $'s for. It's all my trophyes, I mean.

I harvest alot of things at about the same time every day, and today i posted 8 different kinds of crops, i only got the bonus from two people and already reached my limit, allthough several people collected bonuses from my posts.

So for the next 3 hours i wont get any more bonuses for my posts, or posts from other peoples farms (belts/ingredients). Will the people that get my bonuses also reach the limit of their own posts faster? Because that hardly seems fair, why would people help others if they cut into the bonus they get from their own posts?

If the belt-bonus is a one time reward i dont really see why it should have a limit on it, i wont get a brown belt in the same crop several times will i?
