Yes, Facebook has made some kind of change and it is affecting everyone, hoping that they change it back soon, from what I have read it also affects other games that have a link like that.

Hi! if you are talking about Show Farm Town wall requests link, that change was made by Facebook and is affecting all games which have similar links.

For the first few months that the game was first online the maximum level was 42 - just like the answer to the Universe And Everything! :p We were also restricted to one farm for what seemed an eternity to some. They changed how the diamonds to move from one farm to another worked - or at least made them smaller - many updates ago in order to make room for any future additional farms. We've been getting additional farms every few updates lately, but as has been stated by other forum farmers only the developers know for sure if we are going to get more farms or any other updates.

It's been a while. So it would not surprise me if I've forgotten what the max was when we started getting itchy all those epochs ago! (It seems that long ago. Yeah. I know epoch is an exaggeration.) After all even though my stroke was relatively small I can still plead brain damage. :p

depending on how you choose the filter so see whats in storage, you will see different amounts...set to Trees, and in the next box, under A - Z, choose Ingredient Importance to me...if you just choose Stored Amount, you may freak out at only seeing small numbers of things stored...:)

In storage I have my A-Z set to Alphabetical, that way it is easier for me to find items I am looking for.

Thank you dev's for the change to the storage it makes moving the giftable trees a lot easier now since you can store 4 gifted trees in 1 space and that the FC items doesn't take up space.

When is farmtown going to get the wall request issue fixed? I cant see any of my neighbors posts due to all the other posts on my farmtown wall request page. When is farmtown going to find another venue besides Facebook? I am at one of the upper levels and am so disgusted with all of the changes that I may walk away from Farmtown and facebook because of all the changes made here. agree I have probably spend hundreds of dollars on facilities and tools and would be pretty annoyed if i had to start from scratch has taken me over 4 years to get to 25 million XP and over 2 billion coins

When working other peoples farms loading user does not work correctly so you are unable to leave that farm; to get out of farm you have to close fb and ft! This has happened to me on two different computers so I know its not my computer.

A lot of good people lost all there farms, when myspace changed there platform.
It was lot of screaming and crying and at the end nothing has happened.
Slashkey should have learned from that incident and changed things so people could transfer there accounts if a need arise. People who bought everything have spent over a grand.

There isn't any way for them to transfer the accounts. They did try to see if it was possible when Myspace cut off all games, but there wasn't any way for them to do it.

Try unchecking (hiding) trees, flowers and decorations in your prewferences before going to try to work other's posts. That should help with the loading and make it easier to move between farms.

Try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that and your farm, then clear your browser cache and close your browser. Reopen and try again.
Also you could try restarting your router as that can cause problems with loading too.

Hi I had an extra AZ arrow Icon next to the one we always have had in the Facility Manager for a couple days or so an now it is gone again!

It showed each facility an what was needed to fill them, It is a different an NEW option from the ones in the past. I read about it in the last upgrade.

Do I have to have ALL my farms up to at least 34 x 34 to get this option back again??? WHY? if I had it an then it disappeared.....I have been wanting to see this feature for a long time to be able to keep track of what I need to plant for facilities. It is a lot better than the options we have had. I don't have facilities on all my farms either. I only have them on Farms 4 through 10 that neighbors can visit an use an then service ones are all on 12. SO do I need to expand just those farms or do I have to expand ALL 20 to get that feature back again???

You are mixing your tools information. In the Facility manager you have a clipboard icon next to the magnifier. That is the Ingredient Planner that will tell you what you need to fill your facilites. It does not need the farms expanded to use it.

And I just went thorough an counted mine twicee an I only can see I need 9 farms to reach the 34 x 34. It appears I have one farm that is still only 30 x30 an the rest are at 32 x 32.

Can I CHOOSE what 10 farms to expand to get the ALL PRODUCTS even if they don't have facilities on them??? I want to get that option but don't want to waste FC on a farm I don't have to do at the moment if possible.

Several people that I know of have received a refund yet for some reason all my messages have gone by without any reply or response at all. This I find very rude and totally unfair.

When will I get the same treatment as others and get a refund on all the trains I have now in storage due to the train 'fix'???

Hi! when you contact support team you need to wait for an answer at least 2 weeks before contacting them again. If you send multiple tickets, as you have done, only get your problems go back to the bottom of the list.

Messages sent on 5th 15th 17th 19th 20th 21st 23rd 25th December and 2nd January. How many times do you suggest I write??
It does do any good for you to copy your response to Support here in the forums as they are not going to see it here. Nor does it do any good to constantly send them tickets as that will not get you a quicker response. Why some you have talked to have gotten refunds and you haven't I don't know, but I am sure it wasn't because of the change in the way trains could be used.
As Marymarcel stated you need to be patient as it can take a few weeks for Support to respond depending on how many ticket are ahead of yours. And with the change in the trains I am sure they were flooded with tickets. Sending multiple tickets just compounds the problem and doesn't speed up any response to yours. The Christmas/New Years holidays will have also been a factor in the slowness.
Any refund you get is up to them and no amount of complaining here in the forums is going to make any difference in their decision.

Before you end this conversation, I wanted to say thank you for the new updates, and the extra FC. I don't have a problem with any of the new updates. Thanks for all you do to keep this game interesting

What I am telling you is Support does not read the forums. The forums are for helping with game problems, getting information on the new releases, discussions on aspects of the games and to make suggestions for improving the game. There isn't anything that can be done for your apparent problem with Support from the forums. It is up to them to make the decision whether you get a refund or not for anything. There is nothing anyone here with the forums can do about it.

estimate a new release on or about Jan 9th, next Thursday.

Any opinions on what it might include, like

- expansion of farms 16-20

- one food, and one production facility

- perhaps a new tree or two

- perhaps a larger tree harvester

- introduction of another (airplane?) mode of product increase/transportation

IS it just a rumor that we may be getting Farm 21 on the next upgrade? Someone in the market said they worked on someones farm that appeared to have it already...or were they seeing things? I haven't heard anything until they mentioned it tonight myself.

I was thinking they surely weren't going to add one more, just maybe increase the size of the ones we already have. It is hard now to get on some farms cause of the way people are loading them up with lots of stuff, I can't imagine having 21 like that!

I realize that but thought maybe I missed seeing something already an it hadn't shown up yet for me. At times things show sooner for some than others. At least other games tend to do that I know so just thought I would make sure .... :)
