Although as forum moderators we can sympathize as we have all had "Ack! I sold my mansion!!" or "Sheesh, I really didn't want two Toy Factories" moments, reimbursements and refunds are not given via the forum.
IMPORTANT - Tools once bought can NOT be refunded if you bought the wrong one. Please make sure that ALL of your tools are in your Item storage BEFORE you buy any tools and be very careful that you are sure you are buying the correct tool before you proceed with the purchase.
READ the information in the popup messages they contain information of what you are about to purchase! Check it is correct as that popup message is where you can cancel the purchase if you made a mistake.
Duplicate Farm Cash Tools should only cost you coins. If you were charged Farm Cash a second time then you can contact the support team for help with those.
To request a refund you will need to contact the Slashkey Support Staff.
To contact the support staff you must be logged into the website, then CLICK HERE (https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/settings2/support/) select the category in the window that opens and fill in a support ticket.
However, it is solely up to the support staff as to whether or not you will receive a refund and their decisions are final.
IF it is agreed upon that you will be reimbursed, be patient, it may take time for them to get back to you.
You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email.
If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
Remodelling your farm is easier than ever with the use of the bulldozers and other recent game enhancements. Unfortunately, with these enhancements, it is also easier than ever to mistakenly sell or clear an item. The developers implemented a confirmation pop-up into the game to help avoid accidentally selling the more expensive items, but please, when remodelling, take your time and hide anything you wish to keep.
The same can be said for purchasing items. It is also easier to buy something. On all the less expensive items there now is a 'buy multiple' option and neighbors are able to send Farm Cash items to one another. The developers also implemented a confirmation pop-up that will be received whenever a player attempts to purchase any Farm Cash item. Again, please take your time when making purchases to avoid accidents.
This thread was created for players that have bought, deleted or sold an item by mistake NOT for reporting when something has disappeared or is no longer visible to you.

If it's the big waterwell you bought by mistake, you will need to contact the support team to request a refund and see what they say. The decision is up to them.

Tiger, I have not got a response about accidentally buying a Bridal Shop. I have waited three days (I sent my request Friday), checked spam folder (nothing). I do not have any other email address. I also checked the link you provided for further information and it said if nothing in a couple days, go to Help and Support.

Im sorry but we do not have specifications on how to do that for every email address.
After adding them, then try to send a new ticket or you can use another email address to contact them.
Let us know if you continue having problems :)
Editing to add: We contacted Support and they have sent the responses when you sent the tickets from 2 different accounts, so please check your spam folder for those. Thanks.

It has been 5 days since I submitted a request for a refund on some duplicate purchases of 7 fc facilities.
I tried using 2 different email addresses and I changed the settings per the instructions so that any responses from slashkey would be accepted my email. I still have not seen any emails from them regarding this situation.

This has happened to me before, but I forgot all about it. I went to sell the regular/small versions of my fish and it sold them all even though I deliberately only clicked the blue box within that singular selection to sell, and nothing was checked in the 'large' box.

Hi Kathleenkelly,
You can not sell each individual type of a product that way as it will sell all types. Instead what you need to do is run the zip which will consolidate all as regular size and give you coins for the difference from the price of the large and the price of regular. Then sell less than all of the regular if you want to sell some of them.

When you cash out a service facility, you get coins which are added to your total amount. The service facility will continue working while you fill it and your friends work it.

I'm sorry you didnt get the automatic response or any news from Support. I know they have been checking your account so I'm sure they got your report but sometimes, there are problems when they respond as those replies dont go through.
I will talk to Support and they will probably use another email address to get to you, mostly a gmail address.
If it is not today then it will be tomorrow, so please check your mails from time to time. Thanks :)
Edited to Add: Support answered you twice, please be sure you are checking the correct email address. We can see you contacted Support using a different email address to the one you registered on the forum.

Staying on that farm, open your Store and then click in Path/Ground tab again.
Scroll down the page till you see the different ground covers, all of them cost 100 coins, and click in the one you want. The first one showing up is called Grass (default).

Did you remove the rabbits from iut before you deleted it? If not all you need to do is buy another one and put it on that farm and they will show back up in that hutch.
We do not have any way to replace anything back on your farms. If you want you can contact Support for a refund of the coins for the one you deleted.

Ok I have tried contacting support for my 2nd account holder. The 1st time I thought maybe I mistyped the email but this 2nd time I have not received the automated response either. In this situation, I gift that account FC and for a quest we bought a 2nd Pharmacy supply facility by mistake and wanted to return the duplicate so we could get the right one, the photography Factory facility for the quest. The account is small so we don't have duplicates of facilities like I do on this account.
You ask:

Did you get the auto response email? No
Have you checked your spam/junk folder for it? Yes
Did you also try another email address you have and have the same problem with that one as well? I have not tried from another email yet, but we don't have a 2nd email for that acct.
Should I try from this one? Tho I don't want them taking the facility that is on this main farm.

Hi Riap if you normally get the auto response when you contact from your normal account then you can try and just make sure you include the ID for the other account so they know where to look.

My Farm 44 I had two different Panda Gardens I was working on and putting ponds with them, and was getting rid of dirt by selling the dirt because I had to many, and I mistakenly hit sell on my Panda Garden instead of the dirt pile, and it was gone before I could realize what had happened! Is there anyway I can get the second Panda Garden back again. It was a total mistake, I didn't want to sell or get rid of the Panda Garden that I received in the Quest. I feel awful that it's gone, I was trying to make it look beautiful in my farm. Thanks for any help you can give me. Sandy

Hi Sandy,
I am very sorry but we can not return any deleted items to you. The Panda Gardens can not be bought from the store either. You do need to be very careful when deleting items on your farms. In the future please try to remember to go to your game preferences and hide everything in the show section that you do not need to see before you delete anything. For Farm Pass items you would need to make sure that you were not showing the Seasonal Items.

I had it on my Farm 44, and was remodeling the two Panda Gardens, to put down lakes to go with the waterfalls, and was selling dirt that I was getting rid of, and I didn't realize that I was on the Panda Garden when I hit sell. bought a new rabbit hutch filled it with 90 or so white rabbits, was clearing some fields to move the coop to, but still had the bulldozer active and deleted the coop by accident any way to retrieve it? thanks

I was selling off items that I don't need in my storage containers, specifically fish and I accidently sold several million talapia. Is there anyway the can be returned. I will never have that many again and I worked quite a few farms to acquire them. Thank you for any help yu can give me

I accidentally deleted a beautiful pink farmhouse with autumn trees that was a gift I earned in Farm Pass a while ago. I just completed 9x the fields on my farm 36. Was trying to clear some of it that was covering this farmhouse and surrounding yard and accidentally deleted the house. Can you help me get it back???

I moved your post to the thread about accidently deleting items.
According to your data you have 3 semis, but I do not see any missing. Is it possible you just hid it instead on that farm? Try refreshing the farm and see if it shows back up.
Also check your facility manager and see if all 3 show in that. If they do then you did not delete it.
EDIT: I just checked your farms and your 3 semis are on you farms 4, 11, & 12.

Guess I didn;t pay attention enough and bought the Harvester 6x6 EX,. No good to me at this time,. Is there anyway this can be corrected Farmcash credit back to me? I don't know where else to post as when I click contact us this page cones up.

Whatever you deleted was not a farm cash facility. Do a search on that farm and make sure it is missing. If it is you can buy a replacement as it is a coin facility. We do not have any way to show if any of those are missing. Nor do we have any way to replace it for you.
