This thread is for reporting problems with animals.
Please read the following information BEFORE posting in this thread. Thank you.


Before posting a general question please check the Game Guide : Chapter 12 - Animals (https://r1.slashkey.com/forum/showthread.php?t=314886)

NEW - Camels can now be harvested using Stables.
These are stored in Stables, when harvested they give Camel Milk needed in the new Camel Goods Factory.




Animals on display can be a huge drain on resources so don't place a lot of them on your farm. If you are buying animals to put into animal sheds we suggest you don't buy more than 100 of any one animal at a time, before storing them, especially if you have an older computer as those will have more problems loading animals on display. It’s always best to place the animals into their relevant buildings wherever possible. You will need animals in your animal sheds to harvest the animals for their products to sell at market or to use in your facilities.

To open your game preferences, click on the wrench icon top right of your game screen.


Add a check the box next to Freeze Animals option.


To help when hired to work, you can also remove the check mark for Show Animals when Not At Home option.

When making changes to your preferences please remember to click on the green check mark at the bottom of the preferences window to save your changes.



You can have 300 animals of each kind in their respective regular buildings or 600 of each kind in the super buildings.

You can have only ONE of each type of regular animal building OR super animal building on each of your farms NOT both of them.


Animals can also be gained from unloading trains with the Long cattle car on them or from boosting other farmers trains are placed in your Item storage.
From Item Storage you can place them directly into their buildings using the move button on them in your Item storage. Animals in storage do not use up your Item capacity space, you can keep them for another time when you may have more farms or need for more animals or you can sell them at market directly from your Item storage. You can change the behavior of whether the animated animals are free to move around the farm or are static.
To change the setting go to the farm then click on the name of that farm at the top of your screen and you will be able to select either Always Freeze Animals on this Farm OR Never Freeze Animals on this Farm. Please remember that a considerable amount of animals on a farm that are not in animal buildings can make that farm slow to load.


Options to try for problems moving/storing animals or other items:


https://r1.slashkey.com/images/gameguide/toolbox/yellow hand.png If you are trying to highlight an animal to move it or store it and it won't highlight, it could be due to being too close to other items, on top of paths, on top of growing crops that are visible. Try removing the check marks for all Show items in your preferences then refresh your farm. Try moving them with the yellow edit hand. If you wanting to store it, try moving it to a clear spot then try again.

Open your yellow toolbox and click on the magnifying glass.
Type in the name of the animal, then choose the option Hide Non-matching Items
Everything except the animal you are searching for will now be hidden.
You can then either click on the animals to add them to your buildings or try the Add Animal to Building Tool again.
Once you are done click on Show Items bottom right of your game screen to bring the other items back into view or you can refresh the farm or reload the game.

If you are in full screen mode, return to normal screen. Zoom in as close as possible to the animal before trying to move.


Try clicking on the animal/item even if it is not highlighted - most times you will activate the menu to move it.


If you have opted to Freeze Animals in your Preferences, try adding the check marks back, save the change. Then refresh the farm or reload the game.
Allow the animals to move to other places on your farms where it could be easier to highlight. Remember to change the Preference setting back when you are done.


Close Farm Town, update browsers and clear the browsers cache, then try again.

When did you add the rabbit hutch and white rabbits? When you first buy the rabbit hutch it will tell you "ready to harvest" until the first time you can harvest them and after that will show the time. The rabbit hutch can only be harvested every 2 days.

hello. thanks, that is probably what it is. i wouldn't have made a post but i needed the fur for a quest and it was holding things up. not sure what day i bought it but i will wait until weekend and see what happens. thanks as usual. :)

In my facility manager it has the image of Super Stable on Farms 1 and 36 but but on the farms they are on 31, and 17, but none say Super Stable. I bought the one on 31 years ago and never realized it was malfunctioning until today. The one on 17 I bought in the last week or so, and I fear it may stop at 250 too.
Can anyone offer assistance in this matter?

I'm sorry there was no one here to be able to answer you.

I'm glad you found the information but let me clarify something for you.

You dont own a Super Stable. Your data shows you have Regular stables, one of them costs 25 farmcash and the other costs 28 farmcash. The Super Stable costs 50 farmcash.

Both regular stables can be filled with 250 horses and 250 Clydesdale. The Super Stables double that amount of animals and can be harvested in 8 hours instead of 2 days.

You are right about how they show in the Facility Manager and on the farm.

If you have the regular stable which costs 25 cash on the farm then the Facility manager will show up the regular stable which costs 28 farmcash and viceversa.

The graphics for the animated animals have not beemn added in the game yet. When they are your animals will come back.

I have been harvesting animals on Farm one since I found we could. I did not see anything that said they were being harvested. I checked my stable this morning writing down the amount I had. I harvested it but nothing showed again. When I checked to see if anything went into storage it had not. Same amount of horse feathers as I wrote down. Please let me know what to do to fix this. I have done the FT memcache several times. I am sure I am getting nothing. Same on the hen and wool - have not located the dairy yet. tty so much!!!

I moved your posts to the thread about Animals.

We are aware of the animal sheds on farm 1, but they are harvested and the products are added to storage.

The only thing is you are not getting the message showing you how many products were sent to storage as you get in the other farms.

If you refresh the farm, you will see that the sheds on farm 1 shows up the time you have to wait to harvest them again.

About the products sent to your storage: take note of the amount in your storage before harvesting sheds on farm 1.
Then after harvesting them, reload the game and check your storage again and you will see they all were added.

If so did you click to open the menu and harvest them? If so refresh the farm and see if they still say ready to harvest?


Are you sure it is farm 2? The ones on your farm 1 will harvest but there isn't any message showing how much you received. They do harvest and the products are added to your storage.

I have moved your post to the thread about animals.

If you have gone to every farm and are unable to store them in any of your animal buildings, to be able to sell them from the gift box at this time, you need to do the following:

Open your Harvest and Products section of Storage, mouse over any item showing, doesn't matter what crop or other product it is, and Go To Market to Sell will appear.

Click on it and then the storage window changes to the window you would normally see if you were able to go to market to sell. You can then click on the Gifts tab to sell what is showing in your Gift box.

Some of the super sheds have shorter times but not all of them. The only shed that is 8 hours is the dairy shed and super dairy shed. Those are both 8 hours, the super shed just holds more animals. The times are showing fine on those for me.

This is a known issue and will be fixed. The sheds are harvesting but you do not see the floating information about how many of what you got.

If you dont have space in any of your chicken coop to store the henS, then open your storage and click in Go to Market to Sell button in any of your products.

When you arrive into market, click in the Gifts button, you will be able to Sell All for your hens.

Are you trying to harvest them through the facility manager? Make sure you have the Animal buildings checked in the funnel filter there.

Since you put the Super Stable on the farm before putting the horses in to storage then they automatically transferred when you removed the regular stable.

I am sorry, but we don't see what happened to your pigs in the account data. I do see there are no pigs on those 2 farms in the pigstys. Unfortunately we have no way to replace those pigs. As they are gift only then the only thing I can tell you is you will have to get more from gifts. Even though you can not see the animals in the Gift box or in the My Requests you can still collect them from gifts and then go to the farms you need them on and transfer them directly to the pigstys on those farm up until they are full (250).

You have to be on the farm with the pigsty that is empty or at least has less than the capacity. Then you can transfer them directly to the pigsty. When moving them from gifts they do not go directly to storage. They will only go into your pigstys. You will have to check them in the facility manager as you can not open the animal sheds to see animals.

You won't be able to harvest the pigs for pig manure until you also own the Manure Spreader as that's where it gets stored and is the tool needed to fertilize farms.

You don't need many pigs either, when you own the manure spreader you will be able to harvest the pigsty every 12 hours. 50 manure will be used per farm and fertilization lasts for 3 days. You can't sell excess manure either so it's up to you if you want to get continue getting more pigsties and pigs.

You can have one pigsty per farm.

Do you have a pigsty in the farm? Then when you click store from the gift box, the pigs are sent to the pigsty in that farm if it is not full.

The fences didn't always keep them in when using Flash either. The only way to make sure they stay in the fences is to freeze them.

Do you mean the Snowy Pig or the Holiday pig? I'm not seeing anything called a Christmas pig in your data.

Which farm is it on?

Instead of having room in the chicken coop for 250 hens, 250 turkeys, 250 peacocks, 250 geese, and 250 ostriches I would like to have 1250 hens or 625 hens/625 turkeys. Same for the dairy barn and the horse stables. It would be great to have 500 horses in a stable, instead of 250 horses and 5 Clydesdale.

If that isn't possible, I would really like to have the option to sell the animals from the storage.

I copied your post to the Help & Support section thread about animals to be able to answer the second part of your post.
You can sell the animals in your storage in the trading market. Go to the market and open to sell. Then click on the tab for Item storage and set the filter to Animals. Then you can sell them.

Hi Joolz,
It is because you have the wrong ones in that shed. You have the bunny and those are only decorations. You need to have the white rabbits.

When you say you cant get into any buildings to work, do you mean you cant harvest animals buildings or you cant fill your own facilities or you cant work your friends facilities?

If you are on a farm with a Pigsty and you click in Store Animals button in your Gift box, then the pigs go to the Pigsty if it still have room for them. They do not go to your item storage.

Before doing the following, be sure the animals are inside the section rounded with stone fences.

Please click in your Preferences, the wrench, and put a check mark to Freeze Animals option. Then click en the green check mark to save changes.

I moved your post to the thread about Animals.

Check that you have an large empty space on the farm to place the animals you are buying.
If you cant highlight them, click in your preferences, the wrench, and unselect the option for Freeze Animals. That way the animals will go to other part of the farm and maybe you will be able to click on them easily.

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it is open in another farm. Then reload your farm and see if you can purchase llamas and you can select them.

If that doesnt work and you still have problems, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the farm after the clearing, it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

I visited your farms and there are no animal sheds on your farm 30. Are you sure you purchased them? Asking this as Stables is a farmcash item and there is no data for a purchase today.

I have too many horses. I am positively drowning in horses and they won't stop coming from my trains, but I don't find them that useful and the fact that their facility requires cash makes it unattractive. Can I turn off the horses? Or does someone have any tips for horse management? LOL

Horse hair is used in several factories, please check this link from our Game guide to see if you have them in order to determine how much horse hair you need:

Please remember that having many animals on your farms instead of their sheds, could produce many problems with loading the farm or even crash your browser.

You also receive horses when you boost your friends trains which have the Long cattle car.

If you have many horses in your storage, then you can sell them at market.

To sell animals that are in your Item Storage.. .

Go to the market.
In the pop up click on "I want to sell my harvests or gifts",
then click "OK show me your prices".
Your Storage will open,
then click the Items tab, change the filter top right to "Animals" then click on "Sell" or "Sell Half" in the box next to each of the animals you want to sell.

Hi DonnaFarrell,

The stables you have on farm 3 is not the correct one to put horses in. That one is just a decoration. The only ones that you put them in are the facilities section of the store and they all cost Farm Cash to buy.

Your chicken coop does have some hens in and is showing it will be ready to harvest in 19.6 hours. The chickens that you put in it will not give you any eggs those are just decorative ones. Hens and Leghorn Hens will give you hen eggs.

When you buy a new animal building and put working animals in it, you have to wait for it to become ready to harvest. Buying a new one sometimes shows a false ready to harvest button on them in the Facility Manger, so instead of looking in the Facility Manager when you buy new ones, mouseover the building on the farm and that should show you the correct time on it. Then when it is ready to harvest and you harvest them the Facility Manger should show the correct time from that point onwards.

Sheep and white rabbits are not gifts. They need to bought from the game. They are in the Animals section of the store.

If you can't see them in that section of the store in the game and are using a saved bookmark in your browser, try loading the game from the Facebook link for Farm Town at the left side of your News Feed or use the Play Farm Town button at the top of the forum.

Hi frfrump,

Working Animals that are not in their animal buildings will be harvested at the same time as you harvest the the animal buildings on that farm. You can not harvest them individually by clicking on the animal.

If you have the animal harvester tools and think that you are not getting the correct amount when using the Harvest All at the top of the Facility Manager, make sure that the Facility Manager is set to All Facilities, All Farms and temporarily remove the check marks for Regular Facilities and Service Facilities and then click the green check mark to save that change. Then scroll down all the animal buildings and see if any animal buildings have not been harvested or have a time showing until they can be done. If any are not showing harvested, go to those farms and see if you made them a Quest Farm. If you did then that's why they were not harvested, you will either need to change the setting if you no longer want to save any animals from being harvested for Quest purposes. If you do want to save those for Quest purposes you will need to harvest those animal buildings one at a time.

When you are done checking on that remember to change the Facility Manger again and put the check marks back to show your Regular Facilities and Service Facilities, then click the green check mark to save that change.

I have moved your post to the Help & Support thread about animals so I can answer you as we can not respond to posts in the Suggestions section.
You do not have to move the animals to the farm to be able to sell them in bulk.
Go to the Trade Market and open your storage as you would to sell harvests and products. Click on the Item tab, and then set the filter to Animals. You can then sell all of each animal listed there.

The times for harvesting your animals depend on the type of sheds you have on your farms not on which animals you have placed into them.


Farm Cash animals produce 30 times more than the regular animal.
If you have a Farm Cash animal in a super animal shed it will produce 60 times more.

Yes any FC animal has to go directly from farm to shed. You can not add them in bulk from storage.
If you are talking about the being able to send gifts and train boosts as some have had where they don't get the list of neighbors then yes it is still waiting for Facebook to get it corrected as far as we know.

I moved your post to the thread about animals. You are getting the animals from your neighbors trains that have the when they have the long cattle car on their train and you boost it for them. There isn't any way to stop it.
The only thing you can do with the extra animals if you don't need them is to sell them in the trade market.
You can sell them all at once, by clicking on the tab for Item storage, then set filter to animals when you have your storage open the market for selling.
The 2 stuck on your farm we can highlight, so you should be able to place them back in your storage.

If you are on a farm where you have a pigsty, then when you store the pigs from the gift box, they are sent to the pigsty ,if it has space, not to storage.

It is the same with any other animal you try to store from the gift box if you are on a farm with the correct animal shed.

I have checked your data and according to it you had 384, but are showing 118 in the game currently. You have 29 on farms somewhere, 4 in animal shed on farm 2, and 85 in your storage.

Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

We just checked your farms. Your stable says "Ready to harvest in 1.6 days". That means you have just recently harvested it. All of the sheds say they are ready to havest and tells you how long until they can be.

You can have farm cash animals and regular animals in the same shed. They are harvested at the same time as the shed is the one which determines when it can be harvested, not the animals inside.

The only difference between Farm cash animals and regular animals is that the cash ones produce more.

I visited your farm 44 and the only shed ready to harvest at this time is the Dairy shed.

Also, non of your sheds on farm 44 are overstuffed.

You can sell animals in bulk if they are in your gift box or in your Item storage. Go to the Trade market and choose to sell, then click on the Gifts or Item name at the top depending on where those animals are. If it is Item storage they are in, then set the filter to Animals. From there you can sell each type of animal all together.

Your farm 1 is set as a Quest Farm that is why the animal sheds placed there are not harvested when you use the Harvest All button at the top of the Facility manager.

When a farm is set as a Quest Farm is to prevent the animals to be harvested using the Harvest all in case you need them for your quests.

If you want to harvest those sheds same as the ones in other farms, then load farm 1 and then click in the farm's name.

You will then see that the option for "Make this a quest farm" has a tick. Remove the tick and then click in the green check mark to save changes.

If you harvest every shed one by one then only the animals inside them are harvested.

But if you have the tools to harvest all sheds in all farms by clicking Harvest All button at the top of your Facility Manager, then all animals inside the shed and on the farms are harvested.

Only one thing to take in mind is to not have lot of animals on the farms and it could be too difficult to load those farms.

What horse did you buy? If you bought it from the decorations section it will not go into the stable. All of the horses that go into the stables are gift items.

Go to your farm 44 and click on the name of the farm. See if you have that farm designated as a quest farm. If you do that is why the animals are not harvested by the Harvest All feature. If a farm is set as a quest farm that allows those animal sheds to be saved for those quests.

Another farm has a few, it says they're ready to harvest, but when I try it says they're not ready. Any idea what's going on?

Is the second rabbit hutch one you added today or yesterday? When you first add one it will say ready to harvest, but will not actually be ready for 2 days from the time you added it.

The storage doesn't update immediately. According to your data I see you have 44,975 paper rolls in your storage.
EDIT: I just checked your farm 7 and it says 15.7 hours until you can harvest it.

I moved your post from Suggestions to the Animals thread in Help & Support to be able to respond to you.

You already have this option.

You go to Trade Marketplace and click in "I want to sell my harvests or gifts" in the pop up.

When you get the screen from your storage, click in Items.

Then set it to Animals and you will be able to sell animals directly from your storage.

Hover your mouse on the animal box and you will see the buttons for selling them.

I am sorry but you do have to buy store animals one by one. As loose animals can cause problems with slowness and even preventing some from being able to load their farms it is better that they are bought in smaller batches and then stored before buying more.

Once bought, to store them into animal sheds that have room for them faster you would need the Herding Robot. To use the tool if you wanted to get one, you would add it to your Item storage, then open your tool box, click on the tool then click on the animal you want to store and as long as there is room in the relevant sheds on that farm they will be stored in them. That tool does not work for storing any Farm Cash animals yet.

Hello, I couldn't find a suggestion from any one else on these two ideas but here are mine. I don't know how hard this would be to do. I used to write a lot of software and I believe it could be done but getting through Facebook and their nonsense would have/may significant issues to implement.

1. To have a link or an option to do a friend's facilities on their farms directly. When logged in on your own farm underneath the main window it shows who has worked your facilities. In order to return the favour etc, you have to go searching their wall if they haven't posted on the main Farm town wall which a lot don't do and vice versa. It takes a long time to do it manually. There is the option to visit the farm but not their facilities. If an option could be made so that if you visit the farm, you also get an option to do their facilities.

2. Bulk Removal of excess daily gifted animals off the farm without having to sell/delete them one by one for people with animal pens that are full. You only have the choice to place them on the farm one by one then remove them one by one. This can very tedious.

Those are just my thoughts and they may have already been considered in the past.

Hi Dean,
I copied this part of your suggestion to the Help & Support animals thread so I could answer you about this.
You do not have to place the gift animals on the farm to get rid of them. Instead you can leave them in the gift box, then go to the Trade Market and open your storage to sell. Click on the Gifts tab and you can sell them directly from there.

You can also sell the extra animals you get from train boosts the same way by clicking on the Items tab and set the filter to animals.


I will remove the second suggestion from your post in Suggestions and move your first one to the correct thread for it.

Hi michelle jo,

If you can see it not greyed out in your toolbox, go to the farm where you have loose animals and room in the animal sheds on that farm to store them. Open your toolbox and click on the Herding Robot, then click on the animal you want to store in their animal shed, and see if it will work even though it has gone missing.

For the issue of the tool going missing, there's a couple of options for you:

Before you make any attempt to replace it, make sure that you show everything in your preferences like show crops and show tools etc and find a totally clear spot on one of your farms so that when you buy another one you can set it down and then place it into your Item storage.

To replace it:

Look for that tool in the Tools section of the store and see if when you mouseover the Herding Root tool if it is showing a brown Duplicate button. If there is a brown Duplicate button you can click on Duplicate to buy a replacement for coins instead of Farm Cash.

Do NOT click on BUY if the green BUY button is showing instead of the Duplicate button.
If there is a BUY button showing please contact the support team, do not buy another one for Farm Cash. You can also contact support before buying one if the brown Duplicate button is showing for a refund of the coins to replace the one that has gone missing.

To contact Support, click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Did you show everything on that farm to see what is there? If you are trying to place animals where something else is, then that may be why they are going missing when you buy them. That is layering as you are trying to place something on top of where something else already exists. If the farm is layered with a lot of items than that can also cause things to go missing.

If you are storing peacocks and ostriches you need to check if the hen coop on that farm is full. For example the hen coop on farm 1 is already at maximum for ostriches but still has room for peacocks.

When an animal shed is full then you can't put more in that animal shed on that farm.

If the shed is not already full and the tool isn't working then you will need to contact the support team about replacing it.

I had a look at your farm 2, it may be the amount of layered items on that farm causing the problem. For example as well as all the workable items on that farm you also have 904 snow clouds on it.

You can buy farm cash animals using the the purple hand if you own it, so you can buy multiple.

But to send them to their buildings, nothing has changed. You can add them to the buildings from the farm or from the storage one by one.

Yes the loose animals will be harvested if you have that animal shed on the farm. However, I warn you having a lot of loose animals on a farm can cause your farm to slowdown when you are trying to work on it and if you get too many on there then you may not be able to load that farm.

I just went in and tried again but this time I checked to see if coins were being taken and they are not. I'm not sure if there is a glitch with the wool shed (the others are fine) but thought you and/or devs might want to check. I was also checking through the new version and there was nothing; and, again, no coins appeared to be used.

I have just checked and according to your data, you have 250 each cow, goat, hen, ostrich, peacock, and turkeys in your animal sheds or on your farm loose. No sheep and llamas in the buildings. However, you may have too many loose animals on the farm which would be why you are getting the message. Refresh the farm and see if there are any loose animals. If you can put them in the animal buildings or move them to your storage.

Thanks Taz!! Using Slashkey FT (and, not checking again the storage), I bought some more llamas and manually put them in. They showed up. I moved shed to different farm, wen to storage -- all the sheep and llamas were in there. I moved them back to 38 and all appears to be okay. Have not a clue but I do thank you for the info.

Just curious as one of my SNs wants a super wool shed but has regular wool sheds on every farm.

No. You can only have one of each type of animal shed on a farm, so only one chicken coop or a super chicken coop.

She would have to unload the animals in the wool shed to storage, move the regular wool shed to storage, place the super shed on the farm, then move the animals from storage into the super wool shed.

You can harvest each individual animal building in each farm if you wish.

You have to go from farm to farm with Animal Buildings showing up in your preferences.
If they are ready to harvest, you click in each building and then click in "Harvest......" option.

Hen eggs are used a lot in many facilities and restaurants and same as you I exchange all my gifts for them.

What you can try is uncheck some products that use hen eggs.

If you go to the following link from our Game guide you will see all the facilities and restaurants that use hen eggs:

Then you can check which products you have a lot and then if you wish, you can uncheck those for a short time so you can build up your storage with hen eggs.

I have checked your data and only show 3 hens in your super coop and 34 hens out on the farm, which would be a total of 37. I do not see any of your farms that show 214 hens. The rest of your coops all have 250 hens in them.

I went through and stopped all products that use hen eggs as cannot keep up with them. Noticed they were still going down so have had to start going through every facility to check. I am up to J and have found facilities that are not listed under hen eggs..hence why my count is going down. It seems that hen eggs cannot keep up with all the facilities as well as the new ones added even just having one of each. A lot of time to stop every product using eggs. Surely the production of hens eggs needs to be upgraded. I have super coops and coops on every farm, so should not be having this trouble. Please look into it as others have also noticed...Thank you

With the facilities you are seeing not listed as using hens eggs, are you taking into account that it won't list hens eggs when an ingredient needed is made in a different facility. For example, the Argentinian Restaurant will list eggs to make the Milanesa and Mash but it will not include the eggs required to make something like Ranch dressing that the Patagonian Lamb requires.

If it's not that, which facility and what product is not listing the hen eggs, when you look at the ingredients to make it? If there is a lot of them you can report this to support.

It is up to each individual to work out how many animal products they can harvest from their farms daily and what they may be able to get from the game with any other other methods like gifts/trading and then work out if they have enough to supply the facilities they want to own, which as you know is what the ingredient planner can help with. Then they have to take into account any extras required if they also like to refill them more than once a day.

The chicken coop can ve harvested only 0nce a day and the Super chicken coop every 12 hours.
If she is collecting every 8 hours then she has coops ready at different times and that is the only way she can do that. She would only be harvesting some of them each time.

Your farm 26 is set as Quest farm, that is why you cant harvest the animal buildings using the Harvest all button at the top of your Facility Manager.

Go to that farm and click in its name. Then uncheck the option for Make this a quest farm and then click in the green check mark to save changes.

Only thing I can suggest would be for you to buy farm 44 and add one of each of the super sheds to it. That will help some.

The animals do not take space in your Item Storage. All I know is you had 250 sheep in your storage and now they are not there so I am guessing you moved them to a barn.

Your animal harvest amounts have dropped most likely because we are on a new month for the Farm Pass and you have not gotten the reward yet for the 10% increase in animal harvest amounts.

The fences are just a decoration so if you have the animals able to move then they can possibly move outside of the fences.The only way you can keep them in it for sure is to freeze them.

Im not sure what happened to the Clydesdales.

Your data shows that you do not have them in Item storage or the My Gifts tab but you have some of them on different farms running free.

I got Clydesdales as gift, went to the farm with a Stable with space in it and they were added correctly. Im sorry but I was not able to reproduce your issue.

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have them open.
Then reopen your farm.

If you have a Clydesdale gift then go to the farm with the Stable. Be sure it has space by clicking in it and then in Show animales inside option. Take note of that amount.

I have checked you data for your farms and all your animals are showing as being in the animal sheds. Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check again.

You do not get 15 boxes of eggs from each hen. You get 1 box per hen. So the Leghorn produces 30 boxes of eggs or 60 boxes if you have them in a Super coop. The 15 boxes you refer to are only gotten in the gifts if you are sent that or exchange for it.
Also there is a chance to get 10% extra if you have completed enough points in the farm pass and collected that privelege.

Im sorry but I cant reproduce your issue.

I received and accepted geese twice and they all went to my chicken coop on my farm 3 where I had space to get them.

I dont know in which farm you were and also do not know how many geese you had in that specific chicken coop before you accepted them in your gifts.

Please open that chicken coop and take note of the amount of geese you have.

Then accept only 1 goose gift. Go to that farm and accept it. Your amount of geese should increse in that chicken coop.

It can be caused by trying to place it where an item is already located or on farms where there are a lot of items on the farm particularly if there is anything else on top of those in the row or column that you try to place it.
It may be that the exact spot you clicked was a little too close to any of those even if the spot itself was clear. Animals don't always like to be placed too close to other items

As you tried to place it on a farm with a lot of overlapped waters and some facilities on top, just incase that caused a problem, should you want to buy more in the future it would be best to try to find a farm with far less items on it with more clear space, show everything in preferences and don't place it near any of those items. Then it should be fine.

But the empty barn is still showing up in my factory manager. Is this a glitch or should I wait 24 hours before it vanishes?

The most likely cause of why they disappear is the fact that you have trees, flowers, some waters and facilities on top of crops planted in 9x layers. When you reach the limits for the amount that can be on a farm, then things can disappear. The animals are associated with the farm, so when you replaced the sheds the animals automatically are in them.

Please open your storage, then click in Items button.

Just a caution that you can only have up to 400 animals running loose And the more animals running loose the slower that farm will be loading.
A few loose for decoration purposes is fine though. I have one farm with a couple pigs, a couple cows and a couple horses outside in pens next to their shed and it works fine.

Pigsty is not a super shed, so after this release you can have 300 pigs.

Please take in mind that you can harvest your Pigsty every 12 hours, so twice a day and manure is not going to your storage but to your Manure Spreader to let you fertilize your farms.

Some of us don't have the money to buy the new facilities and I think having the choice to see the premiums or not should be given. Also, find a better way to increase the products needed so farmers can at least get started. You run out before you get any started and harvested.

Ingredients you clicked on and the ones you requested from the Premium Fodder factory go to your storage so you can use them to produce premium fodders in the Premium Fodder Factory.

Once they are done, when you click in Store button, the premium fodders go into the special storage into your animal sheds for you to use when the sheds are ready to harvest.

Llama's aren't common but yet they are affordable on here. 40,000 to 50,000coind for the ostrich and peacock. I will not own anymore until they go down or as a gift like they were years ago.

If you have a check mark for Make this a Quest farm, uncheck it and click in the green check mark to save changes.

When you set a farm as Quest, you cant use the Harvest all so you can have available animals products for your quests.

No, it is not possible as when you harvest your pigs and you own at least one of the Manure Spreaders, manure is stored in the tool to let you fertilize your farms.

When you have animals in your gift box and you click in Store button AND you are on a farm with animal sheds then the animals are sent into their buildings and not to your storage.

For example, if you have pigs in your gift box and you are on a farm with a Pigsty with enough space for more pigs, then when you click in Store button, the pigs go into that Pigsty.

You have to be on a farm where you have a stable to be able to buy multiple camels as they go directly into the stable.

No it is not new or a glitch. You can only buy multiples if you own the herding robot. Without it you can only buy 1 and set it on a farm. Then you can click on the one on the farm and buy multiples in the menu. From that you can buy one at a time to add to the farm. You then will need to move them to the stable.

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this as the forum is vey confusing for me. Are the camels in the store for 45,000 coins the ones we are to put in the stable? Or are you going to release an cheaper version of the camel? There is no 'question mark' in a box in the top right corner of the camel to say it goes in the stable. This is why I am thinking you are going to release a different camel.
