Have just worked the first of my neighbours' facilities : while the mayor did kindly finish off the factories on each farm after I'd done one or more, he didn't kick into action after I'd done several farms (he's supposed to do the last 40% of them), I had to do every farm. Just wondering of the devs are preparing something for the trains -(polyester fiber please) for the next release (I know that only they know and that we know you don't know :) )
Anyone else having facilty/train/mayor issues?

Hi, not at the moment, but the developers did say they maybe able to add that feature in the next release if they find a simple way to do it.

You can also go to a neighbor's farm if you need her / him to work for you. That also lights everything up for a while. In the meanwhile, please be patient with the rest of us while we wait for them to correct the issue.

I think we are all being patient, we are just reporting as they want us to do so they know the problem... and in the meanwhile we keep playing in the dark with no green dots flashing... like the rest of you with this same problem...

It will stay as long as you still have at least 3 completed quests on the chart. However, remember that the chart is a moving chart and only looks at the past 7 days. If you completed a quest on the 1st day, then if you wait until the 8th day you will lose that quest.

The 'Non-Ingredients (for me)' is enabled again in the Market window, please report any issues you may have I am confused by this. The Ingredients that don't sell, I can not find any use for any of them (except the promise of maybe needing some of the new trees in the future) So for right now I use the non-ingredient and sell all. If you own ALL the facilities, then the non ingredients (for me) is exactly the same and the original non ingredients. However, you are able to checkmark anything you want to keep for future use, like those new trees.

I do own at least 1 of ALL facilities. OK it is long past winter. Any idea when they are going to catch up the seasons and replace winter stuff with spring ones Before you know it father's day and summer will be here. Nothing for graduations either. I also noticed that the pop-ups about new releases are still saying farm 21 is now released, when we already have farm 22.


It may be nearly summer here but for our farmer neighbors in the southern hemisphere like Australia and South America it's nearly winter.

I'm not sure if this is where this goes, but I've had a neighbor request that shows on the "My requests" page but only on the "Show FarmTown Wall Request" page. We are showing as neighbors already on my neighbor list.

Try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close it and your farm, then clear your browser cache and close your browser. Reopen and look again to see if it is still there.

I have done a deeper memcache cleaning on your account. Please restart your farms and check again.
If it is still there the only thing you can do is contact Support for this as there isn't anything more we can do about it through the forums. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. I am not sure what you are asking. The 2 neighbors I added the requests went to the My Requests and I accepted them there.

OK This is very very minor, but: since this latest update, I have lost the blinking cursor in my in-game message box. I can still send and receive farm messages, but I no longer have the blinking cursor.

VERY minor I know, but just putting it out there...... :)

I am not sure what you are asking. The 2 neighbors I added the requests went to the My Requests and I accepted them there.

My neighbor requests are showing on the Farm Town Wall Requests and not in My Requests and have two buttons - one accept and one ignore and neither button works

Hip hip hooray I would like to thank the developers for adding the Show Farm Town Wall Requests under My Requests. It is great and I am no longer getting 10 new friend requests or nasty notes from people who I do not add each time I post. One of the best things yet.

Sorry but no we don't know how long. This is an unscheduled maintenance so just have to be patient. Can't give a warning when it is unscheduled.

Not everyone had missing animals, but there was a lot of people, including myself. The coin or gifted animals didn't bother me as much as the FC animals I had purchased, I am glad it looks like all of them are back.

In the past if the maintenance cycle has gone on for a long time the developers have placed the rotting of crops on hold. We helpers (nor the moderators for that matter) do not know how long the cycle will be or how long it needs to be before they call a halt to wasted crops. Sorry, we're players too.

I can tell you that when I tried to log into the forum about 20 minutes ago I got the maintenance message and had to come on here in another account and I just tried again in another window and got into the game. So my advice is try, try again....

Hi!

Try the memcache link in my signature where it says AQUI to clear the game memory. You'll see a list of unsettings, close that window and the farm if it is open. Then clear your browser cache and close it. Reopen and try again.

Not sure if you are going to get the trains back but it could prevent for future trains requests.

The multiplanter for trees and flowers is totally awesome! If there isn't a way to use it for trees/flowers in storage, could you please please please add the gift trees and flowers to the store? Please? It would be so much easier to plant tree and flower farms if all trees and flowers were available from the store, and using this cool multiplanter. Please? (yes, I'm begging because I love big tree farms and it is a real pain to create them with the gift trees; I already donate a lot of $$ to the game and wish it would make a difference on getting this one request granted)

Ok, went there, it shows their coins, levels, etc.. but when I went back to my farm the bar still shows just me with the green dot and I know some of them are active and in their farms because I just posted and on their message box the green dot is there but not on the neighbors bar... maybe it will be fixed before I know it, but just thought I mention it in case other people have this problem... thanks Taz...
