Anyone know why farm town keep removing my facilities and ponds and tools all farm cash items i like many on here have spent on farm cash to buy the tools and facilities to play this game however i have currently lost in excess of 1000 farm cash items and the people who are doing this are not refunding the missing items just removing more and more of them

A little update on the work around. A few minutes ago, I had 13 posts, 4 were from an hour ago and the rest were from 2.7 days ago. It never showed me stuff that old originally!

Sounds like the first thing to do is to change your passwords. Some one has access to your account.

First time this has happened in the coop quest. pic attached. 1st one you can see it says not enough quest completed but look below and I have completed 14 in 7 days.

2nd pic shows my first quest was completed 6 days, 20 hrs and 37 min ago with showing 14 quest completed in the last 14 days. With my limited understanding I think I still have 3 hours before quest 14 drops off? What am I missing? I should be able to claim my farm cash with 14 quest completed in 7 days? Thanks for your help.

Please reload the game and try to collect your farmcash again. Sometimes this happens when you click on the collect button as soon as it turns blue.

- The tooltip containing the facility name is now showing again on the Regular and Cooperative quests steps. On the next release the Open button will be shown on the last step of the Coop quests as well.

- Removed the "Multi" button from flowers in the Harvest Storage window, this button was never supposed to appear on that window, otherwise the new planted flowers would have cost nothing. This feature is only intended for the Store, Item Storage and Gift Box.

- Released 7 new St Patricks items and last year St Patricks and Easter items. Sometime next week we will be releasing new Easter items.

Are you sure you haven't already gotten all of those? Check your belts with the tool in the toolbox to see what level you are on for walnuts.

I found a small problem Tropical Shakes Stand, I found that the Guava Shake would not start saying I had no Guavas. I opened the "?" on the Guava Shakes to see how many ingredients (Guavas) I had it said 0 but when I moved the arrow over the Guava Trees it said Guava Trees (30232 stored) I checked the storage and there are no Guava trees stored and no Guavas (fruit) stored. I have enough trees planted to supply production, this just seems that there is a small glitch. Not something I am really worried about just seems strange that it is listed this way. Could the Guavas I have been harvesting are going into the wrong place and not showing up for production? Thanks

Hi Bob, though it says stored for the trees it is not supposed to be there. I checked some of the others. Coconut tree said I owned 1. And a couple the others just identified the tree. The main thing is to look at the items and not so much where they come from. For facilities it will tell you if you own them.
And no the guavas are going to the right place. You can click on the fruit itself and see what other items you are using them in.

Your guess is good as mine. Mine said I had 7,000 and I know I don't have that many.

Just discovered something on my Farm 3. Remember we had a Halloween fence piece that kept disappearing??? It was a glitch.

On my Farm 3.... on a white fence surrounding a gazebo....right beside the Spring House....there is a missing piece of St. Pats Clover Garland. I have put a piece there three times....Everytime I come back to the farm it's gone. :(

I just looked out of curiosity. Have you tried moving the grass path(s) - I had this problem on my Farm 5 using them - they kept burying things.

Thanks, but that's the first thing I did was to move them. The banners aren't there. We had a glitch like this with one of the Halloween fence corners. You could buy hundreds of them and not one would stay in the corner. :)

I am with you on that one that it will be around Easter, just hoping it would be sooner..

Never, never loose optimism, that is what we live with.. I am still optimistic that someday we get the one click to harvest all trees and flowers at one time.. life would be easier and faster farming.. lets not loose hope...

Well I got excited when I seen your post. I went and checked mine out cause there had been nothing there. I've tried buying another one to place on a different farm but no matter what farm I go to (I've checked that there are no Semis on them) I keep getting a message that I already own a tool that's equal or better, then asks if I want to buy a duplicate for 66,000 coins.

Yes, I'm positive. I used the search feature & saw the Semi picture - that's what I tried to buy. It says DUPLICATE. Have tried several farms but no luck.

BTW, I had also cleared cache & ran the FT memcache.

The ordering station and the Turbo one would say duplicate, but the Semi-Trailer Truck is only for Buy and is 22 Farm Cash. The pictures are similar for the ordering stations and the semi-trailer truck.
It doesn't matter what farm you are on when you go to the store to buy it as it would never show Duplicate, because you can buy multiples of it, but they always cost farm cash.
Just in case you are correct I will run a deeper memcache for you, but I think you are mistaking the ordering station for the semi-trailer truck. When you see this please restart your farms to allow the memcache to work.

Yay! mine is working too, back to pretty much normal, showing a long list over the past 15 hours, even a few things I got late last night. Right clicking the link and opening in a new tab prevents anything from disappearing, just an FYI to anyone still having the problem. :)

ok, I thought I would try this, got the Duplicate message but bought it for coins.. but no semi is to be seen on my farms anywhere when everything is uncovered.. so its a glitch for sure... took my coins but no semi to be found.. lol

UPDATE... the glitch appears to be fixed, the semi is now showing as 22fc...

You didn't lose the quests you did on Sunday. They show under Saturday instead. The quests are recorded in your data correctly though, so when you collect they will be there.
