HELLO! :)
I have post several post in the "best...december contest" - and dont know how to delete them... :( I struggled to get the picture in, and when I finaly get it - I saw I have 3 post before... Sorry! Never done this before - and my english is not so good so I did spend some time to TRY understand what to do :)

I just deleted all your posts including your photo. I sent you an ingame message asking you to take the photo again but using the Small size, if you use the Regular or Large sizes, the pic is too big for the forum.

Once you take the pic again using the correct size, I will be able to fix it into your post. Thank you!:)

We begin judging the farms after the monthly contest is closed and it takes some days.

You cant have dead crops, but they can be ready to harvest or growing and they can be any crop.:)

. You will be able to harvest any crops, trees etc. Crops must be in place at the close of the competition, and can be any crop, but they either must be growing or fully grown and not wasted. This also applies to trees and flowers. You can chop/harvest trees and flowers, but they will need to be at full growth, by the time the competition closes.

There are many barns in the store you can purchase. In the search box put barn and that will show you all of them.

I'm sorry but you have to follow the instructions on how to post a photo into the forum and you must set your photo to Public in your facebook profile.

I cant fix anything as the link you are providing doesnt work.

Please, take the photo using the small size and set it to Public in your facebook profile. To set the photo to Public, please open your Farm town album, and click in your photo. You will see the photo and on the right you will see your name and the date, besides the date you can see who are able to see that photo. Click there and set it to Public.

Then follow the instructions given in the following thread to post that photo in the contest thread:

No you do not need to use crops. The rule is only IF you use them they must be either growing or fully grown and not wasted.

If I understand what you are trying to say, open the instructions and the farm in 2 tabs in your browser. That way you can refer to the instructions while on your farm to get link and picture.

The little message you see below your username means you dont have the link to your farm in your signature, so you have to add it manually.

If you want to have a permanent link showing up in your posts, then please follow the instructions given in the followig thread under Putting your link in your "Signature":

No, it doesnt affect your entry at all. We dont judge by the photos, all judges visit every farm to be able to vote. :)

Hi GeeKeeper :)

You have 2 different buttons, the url link from your picture has to be paste in the yellow icon like a mountain.

You can use the icon with the chain to paste your farm link or you can post it directly into your post. :)

A tradional design is when you mostly use the items for what they were created. For example, you use flowers to decorate the garden.

But if you use flowers to create other design, let say, a girl, then it is a picture design.

I'm giving you the link to Winners for March contest, all farms for Novice category and Second place for Advanced category are Traditional designs. First and Third places for Advanced category are Picture designs.

Your first question is just above your second post in this thread. If you cant find your posts on the forum, please click in your username in the upper right corner and then click in Statistics button. Then click in "Find all posts by ribbonsmom" and you will be able to see all your posts :)

About your picture, yes, it must show up in Preview.
When you click in the Insert image icon (similar to a mountain) and the box with the http:// appears, just right click in your mouse and then click in Paste.
If you first click in the left button of your mouse and then in the right one to paste, the picture will not show up.

I'm not sure which is the problem, I just tried to post your pic and it is showing up in Preview.

The only thing you could change for your picture is the audience as only your friends are able to see it. Please change it to Public.

Please try to post the picture again, if it is not showing up, go ahead and post it anyway and I will fix it for you. Dont forget to add the link to the farm you are entering, so we can visit it :)

The hide rule means that when you take your photo for the contest, you must have a check mark for: Show crops, show trees, show flowers, show ponds, show seasonal items, show decorations, show buildings, show tools, show facilities and show ships, in your preferences, the wrench.

For example, if you have factories and you hide them using other items, like clouds, mountains, etc. it is ok, but when you take the photo, "Show facilities" must have the check mark, no matter they are not visible in the photo.

I'm sorry that happened to you, but hope they will be fully grown when we close the contest on August 31st, at midnight GMT, and also there is no way to only allow administrators to visit your contest farm.

You can design the frame you want, using one or more frames for your design and they may be any shape, colours and size you desire. You are able to use paths or decors but trees and flowers are not allowed to design the frames.

Dont worry as we are aware about some decorations disappear specially when you set them at the corner or they look to the opposite direction you placed them.

Sadly we cant fix it.
