When you say she didnt get coins or products, you are talking about the bonus chest? We have seen you need to reload the game to get the correct amount of fish in storage.

she wasnt getting anything for fish. she didnt get coins, or products. others have reported in game chat that they have gotten a little bit of coin, but not what they usually get while working for others. example- they have worked a previous friend's farm, not neighbor, and received 30 million in coin for the fish. last night they received 12 mill for the fish. they would receive some bonus, but not the same amount as before.

Just noticed the amount of x-points showing on my neighbors its the same for the higher levels they are all at 2B 147M.. when I know at least one of them is over the 3 billion extra points mark.. are you guys playing with that too? :)

Post-Release Updates - June 22th, 6:20PM

- The main issues with fishing with the Turbo Boat should be solved now, this includes granting the correct amount of coins and bonus while fishing and as part of the job completion bonus, and also when working by yourself or as an employee.

- These recent bugs in the fishing functionality were a consequence of several optimizations performed recently, as a result of those optimizations server responses while using the Turbo Boat are much faster, specially when fishing heavy loaded farms with water items, the feedback on coins/fish is shown faster and when working as an employee you don't have to wait much for all the feedback to finish and to be able to navigate to the next farm.

This will also allow the release of more Turbo Boats N x N that will allow you to fish faster several water items with one click.

Known Issues

- There are still some fishing bugs that will be fixed next Monday:

a) When fishing you will find some extra duplicated (Large) fish in your storage, these will go away on the next game reload
b) When moving water items using the Free Style Designer hands, they always default to the original rotation, in the meantime, use the Rotate option from the item menu
c) Some users are finding rivers and lakes in their harvest storage, if you reload the game these should go away as well

I have just loaded my factories and facilities and was able to post hire requests for service facilities but the button to post for factories has disappeared. Hope this can be fixed soon as we have just started the new neighbourhood quests and it's disappointing to not be able to post the available work. I have cleared memcache and browser but still not fixed.

I really don't want to go through 10 of my neighbors that have more than the 2 Billion 147 Million to change their scores for me.. and I have noticed too my points counter is very, very slow and sometimes does not give me the correct points.. I am back on server WF4.. thanks

We have noticed that and that is also limited in the info in the neighbours tab. It's not a new thing, it's been happening for quite a while is i understand. We will let the devs know.

Thanks for the suggestion about the rotate function in the menu. It does not help when overlapping bodies of water, but at least their orientation can be kept.

As for the mouse wheel generating random clicks in full screen, it appears to be happening in other browsers using the Chromium kernel (such as Opera) and also in other games!

When I'm fishing my farms, I get the message "Caught 2x## fish" and about every 10 water features, I get the message "Nicki Jones has just added 2 (fish) to your storage." I think I'm getting the right number of fish added to my storage, but the message about me adding 2 fish to my storage is a bit confusing.

Otherwise, everything is working great. :)

PS:please develop a "not owned" function for everything in the store. Time consuming to scroll through everything always, to not miss some news not entered in end of section (for instance the carwash in previous release was in the middle even when it was new).

We are looking into this. In the meantime what you can try, doesn't always work, is hit the ESC button on your keyboard, to close the window and try again, or if there is something else you want to do on your farms instead of reloading.

Same here. I needed to see what uses I had for an ingredient and all I got was a white box. I had to refresh the game to get rid of it. It's happened to me in Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge, and Facebook Arcade. It only happens periodically. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Please tell your friends to run memcache

They will see a list of unsettings, they have to close that window and their farms if they have them open. Then ask them to work your facilities again.

If they still cant work your facilities and they are receiving the same message, then ask them to post by themselves on the forum, telling us how many facebook friends they have and if they are getting the same message when trying to work their friends facilities. Thank you:)

1- Even if you use the Rotate option from the drop down menu, it doesn't really do us any good when designing since we cannot use the Green Freestyle Hand...
2- Hopefully this will be fixed soon... I just bought a Big Sea Coast and realized I cannot place it where I want... I intend to buy more but need your assurance that we will be able to utilize the Green Hand...

Otherwise, as always, love the update, love this game and appreciate all that the FT Team does for our enjoyment/entertainment...

Try uninstalling your flash player, do not use the windows add/remove as it will not delete all the flash files properly, instead use the uninstaller provided my Adobe. Please use the following link for the uninstaller.

Then reinstall flash using the following link... remember to do this from the browser you intend on using flash on as there are several versions.

There may be a corrupt file being left in Flash if you only update from one version to the next. By using the uninstaller and not the Windows uninstaller that removes all of the files and allows the new version to reload all new files.

It did not default before, this is new. And if I rotate, it won't stay that way, it turns around again. This restricts the big pond, for instance to only be able to hang off the right side of a property, and no longer go to the left side. This may be an intentional change, but I have farms now that show that it did stay rotated to the other side and hang off the left side.

All of the browsers you mention are based upon the same open source kernel. I've had issues with other games as well that are worse than those in Farm Town and it may be changes to that kernel in addition to Adobe Flash. I would suggest trying Internet Explorer (it's still available even though MS would like us to think Edge is better) to see if it corrects the issue since it is not based on Chromium.

When Facebook caused the problem with too many friends, I went to the time and trouble to try to alleviate some of this problem since it did affect me. No names would show on the My Neighbor tab unless they were neighbors. I sorted them by activity and by trial and error found hundreds of non player that I did unfriend. I had to match profile pictures. Took forever. It has now been weeks since I did this and they are still on My Neighbor tab. If I bring them up they are definitely not friends anymore but still clutter up My Neighbor tab. I did realize that FT to catch up may be a few days but it has been almost 3 weeks. How can this be fixed? And why isn't it automatic?

Technically 4 weeks is not until Friday July 1st. The developers are still currently working on problems, so it may not be exactly 4 weeks when the next release comes out.

However for a small percentage of us other Chromium based browsers such as Opera and Maxthon have always been more reliable than Google Chrome and we are experiencing the same issues because they are from the kernel and not necessarily just Google's update. Often the updates to Maxthon and Opera are a few days apart from Google Chrome and I began to experience the mouse wheel issue before Opera's latest update.

Except for on the accounts of a couple friends who have trusted me with their log in information because they want me to be able to benefit from their farms though they no longer play, I have not played Farm Town using Google's version in nearly 3 years. And 3 of my friends have not used it in even longer. (I only use it to keep from losing the info and to log in as my friends on the opposite side of the world once in a while to be sure they do not run out of coins to pay me for the work!) :D

This is an issue that Google and those who use the Chrome kernel will have to fix. There is nothing that Farm Town can do about it.

I cannot plant trees from the store either singular or with the multi planter, I get the same message, "you can only plant trees on grass" when the area in question is clear!!!

I can't remove a facility from storage onto my farm. I've tried to load it onto different farms and have tried to add other items back from storage but keep getting the message "item can only be placed on empty grass". I've checked all my settings and tried different browsers to no avail.. Any ideas?

I am also having problems with trying to move things from storage to farm - facs and trees. I have done everything suggested in previous posts but to no avail. One can only hope that someone gets this all sorted soon. It's so irritating as I have been away for nearly 3 weeks and was looking forward to getting back and sorting my farms out. Now it will just have to wait and in the meantime I can't harvest the trees in storage so will be without those crops.

Is anyone having an issue when they purchase a new facility and cannot see it to be placed?

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Also make sure you have all items in the preferences checked and then make sure you have an area larger than the item you want to set down to place it in.

I have gone Today to Request Sugar for the Quest but it has not come up i have requested another item hasn't come up i have requested a third item to be told you have used your 5 and wait 12 hours as i have used 1 then where did my other 4 go?

I have a temporary work around for not seeing the factories from the store. choose the fac, with it in hand, change farms, change back to original farm and drop on ground, wah lah it's there. I am helping a friend, in his account with redesigning and cannot see them as soon as I select them from the store. I came in to see if others had posted, and sure enough, they have. Ok, hope this helps ya'll out until the devs get this one little issue sorted. As for the lakes and ponds, I reported it to Rob T yesterday, each time I click on one to rotate it, place on ground, it is situated. Once I pick it up with design (green glove) to layer it, it changes direction to the direction that I do not wish. So for now, am just placing those waters on outside of farm and will come back and design those after that bug is lined out.

Temporary Fix for Getting things on farm from Store if you cannot see them. (not storage, it is not working from storage, am trying different methods - nothing is working yet).

Open Store > buy item, in my case, buying a few extra coin facilities. I cannot see them, but I know they are in my hand. How you ask? When I change farms, I see the item in my hand, I return to original farm and it is there, now I can see it, while on the original farm, in my hand, therefore, I drop it and can work with it.

I can now grab trees from my storage with the multi planter. ;) yay Maybe a temporary fix but better than nothing.

Ty will check CR's pond rotation issue now. Ponds are not seen coming out of storage, even changing farms, they will not come out of storage at all, I tossed a fac in storage and could not remove it. So it seems I can buy and see facs/clients from the store using above method and now can get trees out of storage using above mentioned method. Hope it helps someone get by until they get this fixed.

I cannot plant trees from the store either singular or with the multi planter, I get the same message, "you can only plant trees on grass" when the area in question is clear!!!

Hi Grumpdad, give this a try, I just bought a facility, it was not appearing so I changed farms going to the one to the right of me. I remember this from years ago, I could see the item that I was trying to buy in the store after i changed farms, it was still in my hand, so I returned to the original farm, dropped the coffee fac.

Next I wanted to check storage.

I grabbed the muli planting tool and planted star trees that were in my storage, testing it to see if it would allow me. It did. Now I hit play to see if it would hold and it did. I planted Flowers from my storage now. What I see is that Trees, Flowers, fences and paths will come out of storage, but facilities and the other categories will not. You can use your multi planter. I hope this helps you.

Firstly thanks for the info and hard work testing things out.
Just a note of caution with regard to storing facilities/buying invisible items - I personally would double-check what this weeks Neighbourhood Chains facilities are before storing any facility and be wary off buying anything 'invisible' that costs FC until we have more details from the Devs.

Re your non-rotating lake - that is one of the known fishing bugs that the Devs are hoping to have fixed by Monday .

This may have something to do with the error buying the facilty, It may be linked to the problem buying from the store as sometimes if you navigate to another farm the facilty will appear and let you set it down. If it did this then it will have thought you have moved a contest faciltiy, which removes you from the contest.

I am not sure that support can do anything about it but it's worth letting them know. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I mentioned this in the Decorations thread, but I'm having problems getting some newly purchased items to show on my farm - getting the message that they must be placed on open grass, when that's exactly where I'm trying to place them. It's happening with patches of sand, snow, and mud, ponds (but not rivers) and sea coasts. It isn't quite the same as trying to move things from storage since these are attempted new purchases, but it's the same effect. I was told in that thread it may be the same problem as the issue with moving stuff from storage so I thought I'd mention it here too.

Fixes have just been released for rotating items on the farm and for placing items from the store and storage on the farms.

If you are not getting this still please try reloading your farms.

I'm not able to buy certain things in the store,,It looks like only the items that has a choice of angles(two) to choose from (like a building or hill for example). Any items that has no angles to choose from can be bought. Anyway, here is what happens,,,I go to store and choose for example a house to buy, then 2 angle shots show up of the item and i pick one (tried both angles too) I then go to my farm to place the item on it and the item don't show up, it's like I never bought it(this started last night, 6/29/16). I have done all the clean up things on here to see if that helped, it did not. I use Chrome browser. Just thought I'd let you know what's going on my farm town.

They just release a fix for this. Please reload your farms and try again. If that doesn't work, try clearing your memcache again.

Post-Release Updates - June 30th, 4:30PM

- All these fish / Turbo Boat related bugs are now fixed:

- When fishing there were extra duplicated (Large) fish in your storage
- When moving water items using the Free Style Designer hands, they always default to the original rotation
- Some users were finding rivers and lakes in their harvest storage
- Correct amount of bonus fish ending up in the storage of the employer and employee without needing to reload the game
- When fishing for others, the text '[Object]' is showing up instead of the amount of bonus received
- When fishing by yourself the game was incorrectly showing messages like this one: "Jones has just added 2 (fish) to your storage."

I spend more time helping other people with their farms, setting them up and teaching them the game than playing my own, ask my neighbors, I don't even know why my sweet farm town family keeps me around honestly. I do help them weekly with facs and clients but I'm not a daily helper like many devoted people are.

I always look for ways to help the game improve, but I bug the devs they may not like me. I was submitting this long list of wants bi-weekly. They have enacted from my list many suggestions including: exchange all, send all gifts buttons; hide crop or specific items; freeze avatar; co-op go directly to your fac to start production button (bef we had to close co-op, open fac mngr, find fac start production on that facility for that product); and about 10 ++ more suggestions that I've asked or suggested to them. So they really do listen.

The Lookout Tower, my suggestion, and Super Neighbor probably came to life because Rob T and I talked about the many friends that I have who were either sick, or in the hospital, or on vacation. I also login to many people's accounts to help them adjust fac mngr when I see things that are off, ie: need more sawmills, ink and pigment, sugar mills, paper mills, etc. I go in and kind of look things over and suggest what they can do to help their game out to make it more productive and give them a list of what to do or adjust. I also guide them as to what type of game do they want to play, full throttle, posting, working facs clients, do they plan on doing the quests, I explain those and the advantages and some disadvantages. Explain the lifelines, groups, support. There are many even in their 30's that I am finding who are returning to the game again. Yay lol

So the new returning ones are coming in lost. I am guiding the ones I find as to what to do, how to work with the facility mngr and set it up. I wish Slashkey would set up some videos on How To on their site so I don't have to send people to youtube.com for videos. They need to learn about configuring the Preferences, what does what, the Facility Manager how to link it to all of the farms. I wish it would default to all farms but with us owning just one farm in the beginning, it links to 1 farm only. Devs if any of you reads this...I'll add this to my list, put in a switch to when the 2nd farm is added, it automatically changes the facility mngr to add in ALL farms to it from the default "Current farm". :)

Anyway with the super neighbor, now we get the xp, percentage of products, etc. It's an excellent way for us to get credit and xp for the hard work that we put in to the game.

I did ask for access to the Farm Status Manager as we visit a friends farm so we didn't have to go farm to farm looking to see what work needs to be done. They came up with the Tool Lookout Tower. Of course, I had to buy that. I think they could have given the thing to me, stemmed from my idea come on lol ;) The list goes on, but if you tell them what you want, they really do listen. It helps us all with our gaming experience and it is more enjoyable. About a month ago, each time I arrived on my own farms a tool appeared in my hands to work with, after that was done, next tool appeared, like you were hired to work your own farms. I LOVED it and Bam it's gone, over 2 weeks now. I wish they would bring that back to us. Pleaseeee that was so nice. I am having issues with my transplanter, friend(s) are not. Mine is loosing trees when I move them. Jamie's is not. So it might be just in my game and not overall gaming experience and maybe a bad SERVER issue. I want back on SERVER 2 guys. Pleaseeeee put me back on good ole Server 2 :) Get me out of the 30's pleaseee lol I want my server back lol. They know what I'm talking about. I've been bugging them about it. It's like the city in which you live. They have me living in Timbuktu right now lol
