Neighbors, Super Neighbors, & Buddies

I have a number of people who have quit playing for whatever reason and one that I have blocked on FB. I went through the removing myself, removing them and yet they are still showing up. I have 2 people that have never played the game showing up (I'm close friends with them personally) and yet they are showing as tho they played at some point. Is there something I can do to minimize these non-players? They are showing up as ppl to send gifts, etc. to also. Thanks. I should add, too, there are 3-4 of them that are 2nd accounts (have no idea who they belong to). Thanks again!!

Which list are you looking in?

If you are looking at the Facebook Friends List section of Famers List, it shows the friends you had that played at some point in the last year prior to leaving Facebook that still had you as their neighbour or buddy.

You can't remove anyone from showing up on the Facebook Friends List and that list can no longer update with any changes you made since we left Facebook. That section may well be removed at a later date or the ability to delete added in the future.

On the 2 people that you say have never played the game, what Active date are you seeing showing for them? Could they have ever send you a gift or ingredients in the past year when the game was still on Facebook?

I moved your post to the thread about neighbors. As long as you have removed them as neighbors and yourself as their neighbor that is all you can do.

If you are seeing them only in the Facebook friends list, since the deactivation from Facebook there isn't any way for Farm Town to update that list. You can't remove anyone from showing up on the Facebook Friends List and that list can no longer update with any changes you made since we left Facebook. What you are describing that is on their farm is the very basics you start out with. The crops will have died if they didn't go as far as setting up the avatar and then harvesting the few crops that were there. Those that did not register to play on the website won't be able to play it.

When it comes to sending gifts you can if you wish use the other filters other than All Farmers to send to specific types of farmers. I really wouldn't worry about the few that you have that aren't playing getting gifts as those gifts will automatically get deleted as they reach 60 days old.

The whole point of the Facebook Friends list was to help with those who had not made the connections in game with friends as a neighbour or buddy yet and it was encouraged for many months prior to leaving FB to get this done as soon as possible while things like first names and profile pictures could still be matched to Facebook friends at that time. It does not take into account who may or may not have registered to play on the website and could not, as far too many left it far too late to register and start playing there. However the list may well have included anyone that was invited to play as well.

Those that left it very late to register or may not have been playing on the website until they could no longer play on FB may still need those lists for now while they get used to the differences between what was possible on FB and what is different on the website.

If you are talking about the Bonus Chest, that is only for strangers hired at market. Neighbors, buddies and Super Neighbors do not receive it.

The only way for a Super Neighbor to get cash is by plowing and/or Planting your farms. They get xp for those jobs so they can level up their own accounts and get cash for every level they got.

For harvested crops, they do not get xp, they get 25% of the selling price of that crop and 10% of the crop they harvested.

The problem is that THEY have YOU as a neighbor or buddy, so they are sending you gifts.

I learned that the "Manage" is a new link that allows you to add them if you'd like.

But, unless you send them messages directly to TELL THEM that you don't want any gifts from them, you can't stop them from sending stuff TO you. Just because we delete people as neighbors doesn't mean they deleted us, and it's also very possible to be someone's buddy but they are not yours.

You CAN always Block them, also. I think that will stop them from having you as a neighbor/buddy or sending you stuff.

As far as we know the limit for superneighbors has not changed, you can have about 20 according to their id number lengh.

Could it be that you have both acounts open at the same time so they are not updated correctly?

ran the memcache, log out, logged back in,, it is still incorrect, worried that if an account that is mine is wrong that others wrong too and i do not want to drop someone from my neighbors or buddies for inactivity if they are not really inactive .... is this a fixable problem ..... I do see another one not mine but i know the person it belongs to also in that case says inactive since 8-20 yet she just posted her facilities the other day and I get gifts from her nearly daily ...... i even check the browser too but it across browsers and accounts they all have me not active since 8-5 .... gulp help .....

Please check if your time (hour, minutes, AM/PM) and date (day, month, year) are correct in your computer.

Im sorry but I couldnt reproduce your issue, I have switched between my account and my husband account and all is updated for neighbors/buddies.

Is she coming back asa neighbor/buddy or just showing up still in the friends list?
If it is just she is in the friends list that li8st will not update since we have left Facebook and there isn't any way for it to be updated. That list will eventually be removed.

Please try the memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and logout of the site. Then login again.

After that, click in your Farmer Lists icon and see if that farmer is still showing up as your Buddy.

If she is, then click in the yellow bulldozer to remove her. When you click in it you will see a pop asking you if you want to remove that farmer and also if you want to be removed from her buddy list. Click in the green check mark.

Then reload the game and see if she is still showing up as your buddy.

As she is showing Manage under her picture in various areas then you have removed her correctly from being one of your own Neighbours and own Buddies.

What is likely happening is that in her own Farmers List in the Facebook Friends section she has you listed, which would have happened before the game was no longer on Facebook. That means she is able to add you back as her neighbour or buddy via there, as you were Facebook friends.

Have a look in your own Farmers List, in the Facebook Friends section and see if you can also see her there. That section can no longer update when you make changes to your Facebook friends as the game no longer gets updated information about who they are from Facebook.

It is not possible at this time to remove anyone from showing up in the Facebook Friends section yet. That may be added at a later date, but we do not have a specific date that we can give you.

Are they on your neighbors or buddy or Facebook friends lists? If they are on your Facebook friends list in the Farmer Lists then there is nothing you can do about that right now as that list is not being updated since we left Facebook.

I have moved your post to the thread about Neighbours.

If you also want to remove yourself from being their Neighbour or Buddy you should do that first by visiting their farm and using the Visitor toolbox bottom left when you arrive. Open the toolbox and click on both the blue and green silhouettes with a red X on them to remove yourself in case you one or both of their lists.

You can still remove Neighbours using your Neighbours bar. Click on them and then click on Remove Neighbour. You can also use the bulldozer in your Famers list to remove a Neighbour or Buddy.

However, if they were your Facebook friend before the game left Facebook they will still be showing up in the Facebook Friends section of Farmers Lists and at this time you can not remove them from that list. They can not remove you if they have you on their own list. Changes are being worked on over the next few weeks to be able to remove Facebook friends.

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

We cant check on this as we do not have the id number for your superneighbor.

But you can contact them and ask if their tools are in storage. If tools are on a farm then you will not be able to work their farms.

Also, if they set some farms as Private or Disable Super neighbor Farming, then you will not able to work those.

All boxes are checked appropriately, there are no farms designated as private or to prevent SN access. However, when she goes to the farm - no tools appear for her except the watering ones. We have both cleared meme cache. Rebooted. I even removed her as an SN, cleared meme again, added her back as an SN and it is still not working. Also, she is unable to access Farm 3 for some reason. The account ID# 1000930170 (for the main account who made her an SN). What should I try next?

Hi Early Girl,
I just loaded those farms and went to farm 3 and loaded it just fine. That farm is layered with flowers over crops over waters. It may be that your SN does not have a computer able to handle all of that. Have them try turning off all in the show preferences and then go there.
All the tools are in storage, so the only reason they may not see the tools could be there is nothing ready on the farm.

It sounds like you were deleted as a neighbour by mistake which would be why you are no longer her SN so when you go to her farm you wouldn't get the tools to use as when the neighbour connection is broken their end it also removes the SN permissions.

If you are not on her buddy list either then that also explains why she can't send you gifts etc.

She will have to add you as a neighbour again.

As you can see her in your neighbours bar, you can send her a message. She can either use the icons in that message to send you a request or use the green man on the message to get to your farm and send one via the toolbox bottom left. Then when you have accepted it, she will need to reload the game and then add the SN permissions for you again.

See if that also fixes the port deleted issue.

For the email to register she needs to check her spam/junk folder of the email she used to see if the email went there instead of her inbox.

I added a new FB friend a few days ago. When I try to work her posts it tells me, they're only for friends. I also can't find her in my farm list, where it shows your neighbors and buddies.

She unfriended me to see if that would work but it didn't.

I added a new FB friend a few days ago. When I try to work her posts it tells me, they're only for friends. I also can't find her in my farm list, where it shows your neighbors and buddies.

She unfriended me to see if that would work but it didn't.

What else can I/we try?

If you added her only in Facebook, that doesnt change anything in the game.

You can readd in Facebook and then you could send your farms links through chat.
When you both meet on a farm then add as neighbors, reload the game and see if she is showing up in your neighbors list.

Hi Early Girl,

Please check with her if she was sure it was a neighbour she removed and not a buddy by mistake.

After you both ran memcache, did you both reload the game before trying again? If not please try that.

If that didn't help and you are still getting the message that her neighbours list is full, it sounds like removing the old neighbour either didn't work or the user id for that removed neighbour may have been shorter than your own user id and she still may not have enough room to add you, so she may need to try removing one more.

They are not hackers. They are people who have you as a neighbor but you don't have them as a neighbor which is why they do not show in your neighbor list. Probably ones you had in the past as neighbors but have since removed as them on your end.

You might check the Farmer Lists /Facebook Friends list and see if they show up there. If so you can visit their farms and in the toolbox on the left side remove yourself as their neighbor. You can then remove them from the Facebook friends list to keep them from adding you back.

It is true that you only see them if you choose to set the sending gifts and train boost requests to Farmers that have you as a Neighbor and Farmers that have you as a Buddy.

You could try to send them a gift and see if they send one back to you or better, a train boost request.

Then you should see them in the panel below the game screen as Manage.

You could add them as buddy so that way you could go to their farms and delete yourself as neighbor and buddy.

It is not easy nor quick but it is an option for those who still play at least from time to time.

If they are not playing anymore, then there is no way to delete yourself as neighbor or buddy currently.
We do not know what or when developers could add to the game for these settings.

No Sns do not have capability to move or start ships. They also can not do facility filling or posting.

The only way you would see someone in your My Requests would have to be that they are your neighbor or buddy or you are their's. Either you added them at some point or let them add you.

Look in the Gifts manager and change the filter for the list when you go to send a gift to the heading Farmers that have you as a neighbor and see if they are listed there. Also change to the heading Farmers that have you as a buddy and look there for them.


If they are there, then try to send them a gift and see if they send one back to you or better, a train boost request.

Then you should see them in the panel below the game screen as Manage.

You could add them as buddy so that way you could go to their farms and delete yourself as neighbor and buddy.

He will be getting everything he should be earning, he just can't always see that happen immediately. Instead of trying to check so often he could finish his work and then just reload the game and he should see everything update.

The devs can not make absolutely everything update immediately, if they did do that everyone would be experiencing a lot of slow downs which no-one likes or wants.

No, I'm sorry but a super neighbour working them has never prevented farms from being archived. There is no specific amount of time when that will be done. When the devs decide to archive farms it can happen with farms where the farm owner has not played for months as well as those that have not played for a much longer time.

Restoring farms requires the farm owner to load the game.

As a Super Neighbour or as a Visitor, if a set of farms does get archived they should see the that farms are blank, no crops, trees decor etc are showing up. They should also see a message telling them that the farms have been archived and what would be required to restore them.

You should not be able to access their storage to plant any trees or use anything else that they have in there. You should be seeing your own storage when you open it and look in Item Storage.

Are you using a saved bookmark in your browser to load the game?
Please try closing the game where it is open in your browser and then use the Play in Farmtown button at the top of the forum to load the game and see if you still have access to use Items in their Item storage.

A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload and see if that corrects it.

If she stored the trees then as her Super Neighbour, you should not be able to open her storage and put them back on the farm for her. Only the farm owner should be able to see what they have in storage and get those back out. Not the Super Neighbour.

What wrong is two issues:

I did as you asked and ran the clear cache again, now I was able to use MY purchase tool to complete the top row of trees.

There isn't a menu for the green hand.
There is only 1 on the purple hand. You are correct that you can use that to get to their item storage. But that will only let you use 1 item at a time from their storage. You can not use the multi-planter from that, because you are holding the purple hand which can only use 1 item at a time.
That is the only way you can use items from their storage.
If you click on a multiplanter it takes you to the store. There isn't a way for that tool type to take you to their storage.

When you accept a neighbor request then you are added to their neighbor list, but they are not added to yours until you send them a request to be your neighbor. The neighbor adding is a two way street you have to accept their requests and you have to send them a request.

If you look in your Farmers Lists and look in the tab for Reverse Neighbors you will find them all there. From that list you can add them as your neighbor by clicking on the blue Add Neighbor symbol.

Your neighbor you are trying to work for would have to fix this with the settings for you as their super neighbor by allowing you to use their tools. There isn't any way for you to fix it.

We do not get any data for when you work as a Super Neighbor. You would only get XP for plowing and planting. When you harvest crops, trees, flowers or fish ponds you do not get Xp as you get a percentage of the crop.

One thing you can do is to use the facebook chat and send your farm link to them or ask them for their farm link and when you both meet on a farm, then you can use the avatar menu to add each other as neighbors.

Taz is not available at this moment.

You are friends in facebook so for example you can send them your farm link using the facebook chat so you can meet there.

Once you both are on your farm, you or your friend can click in the other avatar and use the Add as Neighbor option.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about neighbors as this has nothing to do with the current release.
As long as he is registered to play on the website, you should both be able to meet at your farm or his and then click on the avatar menu and send requests to be neighbors or buddies. You can send them a link to your farms if you create one by the method in the following link:

I am not sure what the developers did that you think is silly. The Facebook Friends List was only so you could add those on that list as neighbors or buddies. That is the only use for it and removing someone from that list does not remove them from the other lists. Also removing from that list in the game does not remove them from your Facebook as friends there.

Please click en the Farmer List icon and then in Facebook friends.

See if that person is showing up there. If so, then remove them from your list. The pop up will show you that you will also be removed from their Facebook list.

If they are able to send you gifts, then you are in their lists, as facebook friend, neighbor or buddy.

If you still have their farm link, please go to that farm, click in the little tool box on the lower left corner and then click in both red X for Neighbor and buddy to be sure you are not their neighbor or buddy. Please remember that the X in the little tool box doesnt mean you are not neighbor or buddy, it only allows you to click and remove yourself in case you are their neighbor or buddy.

If nothing works, then please contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

First you have 10 minutes to idle in the forums and will log you out if you have not posted or moved in the forums. The forum program sees you as idle when you are filling out your post because you are not moving around the forums. This is designed into the forum program and we can not change that.
Be sure to check the Super Neighbor individual settings as well as the Super Neighbor manager to see if those settings are turned off for them. If they are and they were still allowed to harvest & plow then please report this to Support for them to check on this. We will also test this within the moderators.
If the shaker was not dropped then it is still seeing some trees that need working. It may be that you possible have some trees accidently stacked on top of others that you can't see. You should be able to see this in the farm stats where it should show trees still ready on that farm. Is this happening on only one farm or on multiple farms?


EDIT: We have tested the SN settings for crops. What we found is if I am reading you right and you unchecked just the plowing and planting then they were actually handed the harvester which is similar to the icon for the combine. If they look in the toolbox the combines are greyed out, but the harvesters are not which would be correct for those settings.

I have the exact same issue with a former neighbor. Have posted on this same forum thread about it and also contacted support oh at least 2 weeks ago and am not getting needed help. Sure wish I could solve this on my own. Goodness knows I have tried.

If they are still able to send you trains, gifts then you are in their lists.

Please click in the Friends lists icon and check if are showing up there in any of the lists.
If you still can go to their farms then click in the little tool box and check if you were removed from their lists.

Other than that, you need to contact Support. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Please contact Support again as they were the ones helping you with your previous issue which it seems it is the same like the one you have now.

If you have a gift or something from them, please do not delete it so they can check what is happening.

Tell other farmers how long you are going to be unavailable in the game: There is a new 'Set Unavailable Status' option in your avatar menu that will allow you to set how many days you will be unavailable. When you are unavailable, others will see your picture on a red background in their neighbour bars, ship itinerary, farmer lists and when sending you gifts and train boosts.

Also, when they mouse over your picture, they will see how many days until you return to the game."

Also, with this upgrade , when are we going to be able to have more super-neighbors? I have been maxed on them for years. The possibility to have up to 500 farming friends is a combination of both Neighbours AND Buddies.
You can have more buddies than you can Neighbours.
If your neighbour list is full at 139 then you can look at adding more Buddies as currently you don't have very many of them. Then when they on either list, you can also switch Neighbours to Buddies and Vise Versa according to your needs, as to who would benefit you more by being a Neighbour or a Buddy.

Manage when seen means you have no connection to that farmer yet so they are either not on YOUR Neighbour List or not on YOUR Buddy list.
To be able to interact with them like send them gifts, work their facilities and for other features of the game, you need to add those that have Manage showing to one of your Lists, as a Neighbour or as a Buddy.

The Facebook Friends list section can no longer update no we have left Facebook so if any of your friends are on that list and you sill need them make sure that they are either on your Neighbour list or your Buddy list as that section is likely to be removed in the future.

Click on Manage and it will show you options to add as Neighbour or add as Buddy. Remember that as your Neighbour List is currently full you will not be able to add them as a Neighbour unless you make room for them so what you can do is add them as a Buddy for now then decide later which of your farming friends are better for you as a Neighbour or as a Buddy.

The Super Neighbour limit has not been changed. Remember, that feature was intended only for those needing temporary help when away on vacation or a short illness, rather than as a permanent setting even though some like to do that. If you would like to suggest increasing that limit please post your request in the Suggestions area (https://www.slashkey.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=2) where the developers will see it to consider.

There is no way to freeze a farm while you are out, but you can set your status as Unavailable.

If you have crops that could get wasted while you are out, then you could ask a superneighbor to work those farms or let those farms plowed or with long term seeds.

First thing you need to do is fix the links you have in your signature here. Change facebook to slashkey. Then you can copy one of those links and send it to her in a Facebook messenger chat message. Using that link she can come to your farm and send you a neighbor request which you can accept and send one back to her.

We should have a way to look up a new farmer neighbor prospect and send neighbor requests from inside the Farmer list icon. Not everyone is on the Forums.I am attempting to send my neighbor my farm link so hopefully she can use it to get the new farmer to visit and I can send her a neighbor request. But its a hit or miss as to when we are both online at the same time.

There are more ways to accept and send neighbor requests besides the forums. You can send or receive an ingame message requesting it and can send them one directly in that message.

You can also send a farm link for either yours or a neighbor's in an ingame message so the recipient can go to that farm. In your example your neighbor who got a second account can send you a link to that account in a message so you can go there and become neighbors with that account.

No you don't need to be Facebook friends nor do you even have to be on line at the same time. The best way for you two would be for her to send you the link to her second account. All she has to do is click to reply to you, then click on Insert Farm Link and choose To another farmer, then select that account from the list that shows.

All of the neighbor and buddy functions are now in a Farmers List. You can find the icon for it up at the top of your farm between the farm selector and the ingame message icon.

There is nothing we can do as Support has much more they can look at that we can. They are the higher authority as we are only players with some elevated capabilities.

The only thing I can suggest is ignore those gifts and eventually they will stop. As long as you do not send them one back or contact then they will lose interest.

Please run memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen your farms. Check if the problem cleared up.

We cant tell you for sure as we cant see who they are or how many superneighbors they already have.

You said they made you their superneighbor, but then you are not theirs? If it is that way, when you check your neighbors bar below the game screen, do those neighbors have a purple dot near their pictures?
The purple dot means you are their superneighbor, if there is no purple dot, then maybe they are doing something wrong when trying to add you as superneighor.
OR they already have many superneighbors and they cant add a new one.

When you arrive to their farms, you cant work in specific farms or you cant work any of their farms?
If the problem is in only a few farms, ask them to click in those farms names and see if they have a tick for Disable superneighbor farming option.
If that option is checked, then they have to uncheck it and then click in the green check mark.

If they dont have their tools in storage then you will not be able to use theirs but at least you should see your own tools.

Click in any picture in your neighbors bar below the game screen, and then click in Order by Superneighbor option.

The ones to the left of your profile picture, have you as their superneighbor but you do not have them.

You will need to ask them to remove you as their superneighbor.

When you are in your own farm, you don't have any red dot.

You only see it if you visit a farm where that neighbor add you as superneighbor or you are superneighbors both ways.

Are you sure it is your own farm and not one of your other accounts?

Non of us have a red dot while saying in our own farm, only when visiting superneighbors both ways or neighbors who add us as their superneighbors.

When you deleted them as neighbors or buddies, did you first go to their farms and delete yourself from their lists?

In the Wall requests, you have an option to Include posts from Farmers that have you as a Neighbour or Buddy but are not your Neighbours or Buddies, you can click in Include posts and change it to Hide posts.

Then please check if they are still your facebook friends.

Click in the Farmer Lists Icon and then click in Facebook friends. You can remove them from that list but continue having them in Facebook itself.
Or you can remove them from both Facebook friends and Facebook if you wish.

Hi, I have a friend on FT and we are SNs. We are having a problem that we would like to fix and we need help. I can go to his farm and use his 3 in 1 harvester and H/P/P without any problems, when he comes to my farm he can only use the 2 in 1 harvester to H/P than use the sow seeder truck to plant. My 3 n 1 harvester is 16x16. I look at the "edit SN" and all the blocks in the top section is checked (nothing else is checked in any of the other sections) so he can use all my tools and do all the things on the farms. I have 47 farms 40x40. It has been suggested that I may have to many SNs, but I only have 4 (including my friend). He has 2, myself and 1 other neighbor. Can someone help us solved this problem please. We have tried everything we can think of and suggested to us to no avail.

I moved your post to the thread about Superneighbors.

Please click in your yellow tool box and then click in your Superneighbor Manager.

Each rectangle represents one of your farms.

See if they are showing up None.

If so, then that is the problem. Your superneighbor can only harvest/plow but not allowed to plant.
To change that, see at the botton of the screen and click the little arrow to the right for "Set all to:"

Then click in Any.

Click in the green check mark below the screen to save changes.

If that is not the problem, then please let us know all things you and your superneighbor have tried.

I am not sure what I am suppose to do. I am doing the hiring in the job market. I like to hire farmers who need coins and xps. Most don't have the big tools, so I check the box for them to use mine. I ask why they don't use them and was told they do not see them. How do I fix it. JO

I find for those who are fairly new and don't have a lot of tools do not understand that those are available when you allow it. I have had to explain to them many times where to find those. There isn't anything you can do but be patient and try to explain to them where to find them.

The red dot for a farm when you visit them, means you have design privilages for that farm.

The farm owner can only set 1 farm at a time with design privilages.

So your superneighbor has to click in your picture in the neighbors bar below the game screen and then click in Edith Superneighbor.

Then under Permanently Hired for Design option they have to change the farm for designing purposes.
Then click in the green check mark to save changes.

When you then visit their farms, you will see the red dot for the farm you have design privilages.

The only way I do it is tell them to open the Toolbox and then I tell them what column the tool is in for them to use and what color or color it is.

I moved your post to the Help & Support section thread about neighbors. The thread you posted in is only for asking for new neighbors & buddies, not for asking questions.
The answer to your question is no you will not lose them as a neighbor or buddy in Farm Town by removing them in your Facebook. Since Farm Town is no longer associated with Facebook then you do not have to be Facebook friends to be neighbors or buddies in Farm Town.

The Neighbors and Buddy Limits are based on how many digits the database can hold, it varies because not all IDs are the same length. ID's are normally 8 to 17 characters in length, so the number of neighbours/buddies you can have can vary.

That's terrible. How are we supposed to know if a neighbour has a long or short number. So either I stick with neighbours who don't play anymore or risk losing neighbours if I remove them. This is totally wrong and unfair and the developers should make this right.

It has always been that way, nothing has changed. Now in the new website you can have more neighbors and buddies than we had when we were in facebook.

But the limit with the id numbers was always the same and that determines when your list is full. The data base has a limit for id numbers it can hold.

Please remember that our Id numbers were given to us by facebook when we opened our accounts. But they didnt use the same length for those and the game inherited that.

There is nothing else to check besides Harvesting, plowing and planting for crops. What happens if you try to plant for her?
She may need to remove you as a super neighbor, click the green check to save, then restart her farms and add you back as a super neighbor.

There is nothing else to check besides harvesting, plowing and planting for crops. What happens if you try to plant for her?
Are you using your tools or hers? Either way you and she need to make sure your tools are in storage. If they are not then you will not be able to use those tools.

She may need to remove you as a super neighbor, click the green check to save, then restart her farms and add you back as a super neighbor.

I moved your post to the thread about neighbors.
The number of neighbors you can have is limited to how many will fit in the database file which is a set length. How many you can have depends on their ID numbers which can vary from 8 to 17 digits.

Obviously you have reached the maximum you can have. You only have 6 buddies so you could add any additional you wish as a buddy instead of as a neighbor.

The red dot only shows on your own block in the neighbor bar if you are on a farm you are a super neighbor for.

If you are logged in as one of the other accounts you have or take care of tand are a super neighbor for thenm then the red dot will show in your block.

Those are the only ways for you to have a red dot. So even if you have no super neighbors on your account, someone else does have you as a super neighbor. We would not have that information to be able to tell you which one of your neighbors has you as a super neighbor.

It is possible for them to add you back after you have removed yourself from their list. Unfortunately there isn't any way to stop them from doing that.

Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

It would depend on a couple things as to what tools will show. First is there work on the farm you are on. If there isn't any work on that farm then no tools will show. Second is what does your neighbor have set up for you to do on their farms in the settings for you.

Make sure you do not have them on your blocked list. Go to the Account tab above your farms and then the Blocked Users.
If they are not blocked, what is keeping you from re-adding them? What are you seeing when you go to their farms?

If you are getting their trains to boost then there is a connection with them, they need to have you as neighbor, buddy or facebook friend to be able to send you a boost request.

Have you asked them if they post their facilities?

WebGL provides very limited support for copy and paste so developers had to implement it from scratch.

If the method of using the mouse to highlight what you want to Copy/Paste/Cut and right clicking the menu options doesn't work, you can try highlighting only the word(s) you want to copy/cut or paste and then try using the following on your keyboard:

Windows users:
CTRL+C (Copy)
CTRL+X (Cut)
CTRL+V (Paste)

Mac users:
Command (or Cmd) ⌘-C (Copy)
Command (or Cmd) ⌘-X (Cut)
Command (or Cmd) ⌘-V (Paste)

I moved your post to the thread about super neighbors soince that is what you want to do. You do know that they have to be your neighbor to be a super neighbor, right?
If they are your neighbor then all you have to do is go to the neighbor bar and click on them, then in the menu choose "Set as Super Neighbor"
If they are not your neighbor you will need to do that first and all they need is a link to your farm and send neighbor requests to each other. Then set them as a super neighbor.
You don't need to go to the Inn to do this.

I just tried with one of my superneighbors and things I did in his farm where I have the design privileges worked as expected and were saved.

When you arrive to the farm where you are designing, be sure that the grid is showing a red dot for that farm. Also ask your superneighbor if she has enough coins to let you purchase items or work on that farm.
After doing a purchase or work on that farm, check the save icon. If it has red numbers then you have to wait till it turns white and click in it to save changes.

Also, check your date and time in your computer, if they are off, then this kind of problems can happen.

You can also try to run memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen your farms.

It's sounding like you might not have removed all the possible connections to you within the game, which would allow them to work your facilities.

As you have blocked them in game if you are also still not seeing them in your own Neighbours list, Buddy List and the Facebook friends list to remove them please also check the following:

1. Make sure that they are not on any ships logbook. If they are still on a logbook on any ships they can add you back when your ship arrives at their port.

2. Make sure that you are not sending train boosts to them. They could add you back using a train boost.

3. Gift Box. If you still see any gifts from them when you go to accept gifts just accept or exchange all of them then close the gift box and reopen it and check again that there are no more there. You want to make sure there are no gifts from them in your gift box before you accept gifts from other farmers and use the return to all button.

4. If all of those are fine, please also continue with the following:


Click on the account tab at the top of your game screen.
Click on the Blocked Users tab to see the farmers you blocked.
Look for the farmer you blocked, there will be a visit farm link to the right.
Click on the visit farm link to be taken to their farm.
When you arrive look bottom left of your game screen for a yellow toolbox.
Click on it to open it.

I moved your post to the thread about neighbors. We have not heard of this from anyone else and it is probably that not many would get those in the market. We have tested this and can not duplicate it. It appears it may be intermitent and that would be very difficult for the developers to find and fix the problem. The only suggestion I can make is if it doesn't work then try sending a private message with a link to your farm in it so you or they can send the request from there.

You do not get xp for harvesting crops, no matter you work as neighbor, super neighbor or hired at market.

You get xp for plowing. If you are superneighbor for someone and they allowed you to plant their farms then you also get xp for planting.

When you are hired by a stranger at marketplace, then you also get the Bonus chest if you finish all the jobs you were hired for.
This was implemented to increase the hiring at marketplace.

She has to make sure that Allow Planting is checked in the SN settings for you. She needs to make sure she does not have Disable Super Neighbor Farming under the name for the farm. And last make sure in the Super-Neighbor Manager that she does not have that farm set to None. For a quest farm that needs to be set to Any.

Hello, My farm 45 used to be a Quest only farm, and I recently changed it back to a
Regular farm, but my problem is My super neighbor cannot plant anything on that farm
even though I have unchecked all the restrictions to that farm. She can get on the farm,
but the tools are limited and the replant tools are missing.. I tried with another S/N and the same thing occurs.. Any help would be appreciated..

If a farmer made you their Superneighbor, then when you visit their farms you automatically receive the tools tied to the jobs that farmer allowed you to do.

I need to appear "offline" if I decide to come back to the game while I'm supposed to be "away". Right now it shows the red away status with the green dot showing I'm online. This needs to be changed.
