You can increase the size by increasing the zoom in your browser for that tab. The browser will remember the zoom level you set for that tab. I have mine set to 120% and it is plenty big enough.

The developers have never made any special programming for playing on Ipads, tablets, or phones and do not support those. That said some have been able to play on those, but they need to be newer devices that support the Unity in their browsers.

I just checked my neighbor's bar in both versions and all avatars are showing up.
Are they only neighbors or also superneighbors?
Be sure your browser and operation system is up to date.

Something bizarre seems to be going on. I try to maintain at least a 6 month supply of the crops I need in my regular facilities. Yesterday when I checked, the only crop I did not have at least a 6 month supply of was pineapples. Today when I checked, there are 8 other crops listed for which I don't have a six month supply. I don't know if it was wrong before, or whether some change that has been made makes today's numbers wrong, but it's definitely one or the other. I don't know what numbers to trust now.

Also, it may have my level listed incorrectly. It says I'm at 1072, but previously I had my level listed as 1089 (possibly higher) - my mistake, or the programs?

About your crops, it depends on how many factories you have using them and how many times you post.
Anyway, I would go to marketplace and then have a look to those crops you are short and see if they have a check mark to be sold.

About your level, it is correct.

However, I check day to day and I even have a spreadsheet to keep track of things, and what it showed regarding how many crops I need for 6 months changed from yesterday to today, even though I have not started production in factories in between and do not post my facilities to be worked. I guess there won't be any explanation (unless others start reporting this problem), but I'm going to start taking daily screenshots to track this. It's just weird.

Here's another new issue - when I go to sell Non Ingredients for Me, absolutely NO items are checked (NOT the way it used to be). Is this part of the shortcuts and other recent glitch? Any chance this (i.e. which items are checked) can be restored to what it was? Geez, it's going to take me hours if I have to go through and check all the ones (that's most of them) that I want to sell. Aargh!

Im sorry earlgray but that is something you need to redo yourself.

The first time we had the issue, all mine were resetted and I had to redo all of them including shortcuts. When you start adding the shortcuts then you should see the extra spaces.

There are no check marks in the facility manager to deselct animal buildings and has never been so.
The only way to set animal buildings to not be harvested by the tools is to set the farm where they are located as a quest farm. That way any animal sheds on that farm will not be harvested by the tools and will have to be harvested by clicking on each in the facility manager or going to that farm to harvest from the building.
To set a farm as a quest farm you click on the farm name when on that farm.

I have to click off to the side after that for the windows to close . It is not happening on my main acct which I play on the same computers. I play both on two different computers and two different browsers for the acct having the issue. I tried running memcache but it did not fix the issue. Oddly enough it is not doing this on the Facebook version.
I am playing on the new site. Love it by the way. As long as the windows do close eventually it is not a huge issue but just a bit weird.

There have been issues in the past when using other than 100% zoom with some like the quests not displaying everything correctly. Those were in Facebook because we didn't have the website then, but could be the same thing. The game is designed for normal zoom size and not for over or under percentage. Try it at 100% and see if that corrects it.

I've not had any troubles before this but I did a little experiment on the 2nd acct and its doing it in full screen Out of full screen it works fine. At 100% zoom, on full screen it does it but out of full screen it does not. But even at full screen, if I click the red X, and nothing happens all I have to do is click off the wndow to the side and it closes. So its not something that is locking up play. Just a weird little glitch.

That is something you would have to try to see if it works as it is not normal to be doing. I don't think they will sync immediately as not everything will update instantly. Some things only update when you have closed and reopened your farms.

Can you PLEASE rewrite the game code to allow us to decide if we want the in game popups or not. Frequently I'll be doing something inside the game and a popup will happen and cause me to make a mistake or have to redo something that costs me coins. Every single time I load the game there's multiple in game popups that keep me from playing till they've appeared and frequently I have very little time to play before I have to go onto something else.

since i lost 2 spots in my shortcuts i have an idea to get 2 more spots open..you could combine the too box and maps into one spot and also gifts and storage..that would free up 2 spaces..i'm really missing the 2 spots i lost,,those shortcuts make it so much easier/faster playing the game..thanks..

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the display.
You have not lost the 2 spots in your shortcuts. Go to the shortcuts manager (bent arrow up in top right) and you can add those back in. You only lost them at that time because the preferences database had to be expanded which set the shortcuts back to default settings. You need to edit your shortcuts to include those 2 spots back in.

Hi Taz I cleared everything as per your suggestion and restarted the computer. I still cannot click on preferences on the full screen

Also try a differwent browser and see if it works in full screen for preferences. I can't duplicate this.

Sometimes it shows on the first one but not subsequent ones. As there will be no posts in Facebook for you to copy your posts to then you will not be able to copy posts to those groups. Everything will work within the game itself. When you post facilities, for example, those will show in the My Requests tab for Show Facility Wall Requests where all your neighbors and buddies will see them.

I just tried going to another farm and clicking the Play button and it took me to my default farm. Are you using a saved bookmark to reload instead of clicking the Play button? If you are then your bookmarked link may have changed.

The game tries to put your avatar in the center area of the farm. If there is something in the way other than ground items then it will shift your position. It is approxiamte and not an exact position.

Hi, it seem to me that the game frame has been reduced. Is it only an illusion or if it is a sort of bug??

I moved your post to the thread about display issues. As far a s I know we do not have any place where she could read about the ghost people as it is not that common. Ask her to restart her farms and they (you) will be gone. Only other thing I can suggest is ignore her messages as at some point she will restart her farms and they will be gone.

There is something that will cause that which isn't the game doing it and it was introduced to a lot of common browsers years ago. I am not sure if since then they have introduced that to more browsers. See if it could be this doing it:

If you middle click in roughly in the center of a webpage you would see the mouse pointer change to something like a double arrow and then if you move your mouse up or down the page scrolls in that direction. If that's what it's doing, when you see the mouse pointer has changed just click again to turn it back off.

You might want to check for a mouse setting on your computer for autoscoll and see if you can tun it off.

The only other things I can think of right now would be to check your mouse for things like making sure it's charged or if it uses batteries change those as low power or even a faulty mouse can also cause this kind of thing.

The Show Farm Stats will show you some of what you want in that it will show you the production on each farm either growing, ready, or wasted. It will not tell you how many of the seacoasts or rivers, but will show each of the fish. There isn't any way to show exactly what you are wanting.

I have moved your post to display issues.

Have you kept up with your computer and browser update and clearing? If not please make sure that you do them and make sure that cookies are not blocked in your browser.

If you have not already done so can you also try logging out of the website and back in and see if that helps at all but if it does not you may have to wait it out.

Profile Pictures are being worked on so there will be some missing for some farmers and more may go missing in the meantime. This was expected to happen once we left Facebook so it does take time to get the pictures that were able to be saved over to the website. Please note that any farmer that may have deleted Facebook accounts, lost access to Facebook accounts etc may not have profile pictures until the ability to upload one is enabled and then they can upload one if they wish.

There is nothing we can look into. Some player's profile photos were not imported from Facebook. When the option in the Account section is added to allow them to add their photo then they can add one.

For unhiding something make sure the Show item (in this case decorations) is checked in your preferences. If it is then all you have to do is reload your farms and they will appear.
If your tablet is telling you invalid password then you are typing something in wrong. There is nothing in the forums that prevents any devices from logging in.

This is frustrating, as that is how I play the game and plant my fields, as well as decide on what facilities I need and/or to bring up my utilization of the "feeder" facility. I can understand the constant changing of the game, but it would be nice to know in advance of a major change!

Hi Nettie,
I'm not sure why it happened to you, but you do not want your zoom that large. Are you looking at the farms itself not being as big or the whole farm window? The browser zoom is only to adjust the whole game window size. If it i jut the farm inside the window that is too small then you can use the zoom levels in the game to make it bigger.



Open your other farms and then see what your browser zoom is set to for it, since you said it was correct for that set.

Also it may be a browser problem if you are using a different browser for each set. You might want to see if there is an update for that browser.

Go to the Account tab above your farms. There you can set your avatar name and add your real first name. Be sure you click on the change button to save the changes you have made.

I moved your post to the thread about the display. I use a split screen (2 browser windows open and do not have any problem seeing the icons on the right side. Maybe you have your zoom for the farms page set too high and it is going off the edge.

First thing is the second memcache clearing link you mentioned would not do anything since the game is no longer on Facebook.
For moving your farms around try only switching 2 farms, then click the green check. Then close the manager and check to see if they switched. You may need to restart your game with the Play to see the change.
If that works you may be trying to move too many at the same time.

Pick up a smaller tool (non EX), then look in the lower right corner for the eye icon. Click on it until the eye turns red. Then you can pick up the larger tools and it should hide other items not workable by that tool.

The only way you would be going back to the Wall Request whi;le planting would be you are hitting the My Requests button up at top of farms or you have a side button on your mouse that is set to go back.

The Farm Stats does not update immediately. It takes time for that data to be updated. After you cleared the caches did you retsart your farms?
Are you sure there are not some plots that possible have gotten accidently layered as those would still show as needing plowing. Is this only 1 farm? If so then that would be a strong indication that there may be hidden plots.

I don't ever layer crops. I disconnected and went to that farm repeatedly and all that shows are my planted crops. Don't know how to "see" potential "hidden" crops?

Hi John,
I didn't say you layered crops, but it can happen accidently. If it has been days then yes this is probably some plots are hidden underneath on that farm.
The only way to correct this is to harvest the crops you have growing now. Then delete all the plots on that farm, click save, then refresh that farm. Look again to see if there are any plots showing up again. If so repeat deleting them and saving. Continue doing that until no plots show. Then you can replow and replant.

That is a browser zoom problem not a game zoom problem. If you have the broswer oom set too high then it can cause part of the screen to be off the screen. Try changing the browser zoom down slightly and see if that helps.

The plus/minus are working fine on mine, though I normally use the mouse whhel to change the zoom levels. I can't duplicate the problem you are having. The picture size is not supposed to be changed by the zoom in the game. It is only for changing the farm size. If you are getting part of the tool bar/neighbor bar off the screen then that is a browser issue as that has a specific size for each display level (normal and full screen.
This could be an issue with your mouse if you are seeing it in different browsers.

First of all check your browser zoom for the game page.
Try to set it to 100%

Then open your yellow tool box and see if the arrows for each row of tools are showing up at the top and the bottom.

Did you check to make sure your browser and computer were updated? Those can cause this type of problem. We have not been able to duplicate this.

I moved your post to the thread about your problem.

Are you trying to change more than one at a time, such as switching 3 around? If so try just switching 2 and then save and restart your farms. Then you can go back and switch the next set.

Try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen.

After you have done that, go switch the 2 farms, Click the green check at the bottom, then close the manager, click the Save (top right), then restart your farms. See if that keep s the change.

No Farm Town is not trying to hack you. However when you play the game there are more than one server that holds different parts of the game so it may be switching servers which could be interpreted as switching to third party servers when they all belong to Farm Town/Slashkey.

Im not sure, but it usually shows up when you click in the wheel instead of just move it.
Just click in the left side of the mouse or click in the wheel again and you will get the arrow back.

I checked this and yes there is a flash of a white box when you click on the crop you want to plant but it is so fast you hardly see it. If it is staying longer for you then it may just be the fact that with the release lots af players are on checking out the new release. As things go back to normal I am sure the time for that will go back to normal.

When you harvest/plow/plant, fish, etc. the avatar doesnt move till you stop working.

If you are designing, well yes, it moves when you place an item from the store as it has to be updated in your data.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about display issues. You may be trying to put too many items on that farm. There is a limit to how many items can be added to a farm. With the 60x60 size it may look like you have more space and should be able to add more, but the database file for that farm is full.

Im sorry but I was not able to duplicate this.

I have a quest farm and I harvested/plowed/planted and the avatar didnt move at all.

I used a combine harvest/plant and also smaller harvester, plower and seeder without problems.
I worked my own farms and as superneighbor.

Check the Show Work in the farm selector. Is it showing the same thing?
Are you seeing any of those crops showing back up on the farms?

No, it is like it thinks I missed a plot or 3 or 10 but I didn't. I've planted all of my farms with 8 hour irrigated, then 4 hour, 2 hour, now 4 hour all today but it says a few older remnants were not done when they were.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you to fix this. There is only one way to fix it. That is to delete the plots on those farms, refresh the farm, then delete any that show again. Repeat until there are no plots showing after the refreshing. There isn't any other way to fix this.
You can as an option leave those and those crops underneath should waste. When they do that they will change to fields to plow in the farm stats that you can just ignore until you have time to redo those farms.

There isn't any bug, it is just they were just accidentally layered.

"Accidentally layered"? THAT is a BUG however you define it. It is not any action WE have done, We combine harvest/plow then seed. It is the GAME screwing up!!! My wife now has 14 farms affected similarly. Can't they CLEAR the "Ready" farm stats for us?!

The farm stats reflects what is growing, wasted, ready to harvest or plow in each of your farms.
There is no way for us to clear the farm stats as those crops or fields are on your farms.

However those items show back up visible on the farms and have to be harvested or fished again before you can plant over them. They do not hide in layers under the existing crops you have replanted.

Go to the store and click on Paths/Grounds tab. Scroll to the bottom of the list. The grounds are all located there together to buy.

The problem then is you have the browser thread set to high for your farms. Try adjusting that to 100% and see if it all shows correctly.

I changed my settings on my computer this week and now I can't use the Fullscreen button. It doesn't stay expanded when I click it.

I changed all my settings back 100%, standard fonts and sizes. I tried ctrl/0 and have read half of the posts on here.

I would clear my cache if I knew how just for the game, but couldn't find instructions to do that.

Mouse settings shouldn't affect it, right? I don't know what else to do. I have problems seeing small text and that was why I changed things.

I changed my settings on my computer this week and now I can't use the Fullscreen button. It doesn't stay expanded when I click it.

I changed all my settings back 100%, standard fonts and sizes. I tried ctrl/0 and have read half of the posts on here.

I would clear my cache if I knew how just for the game, but couldn't find instructions to do that.

Mouse settings shouldn't affect it, right? I don't know what else to do. I have problems seeing small text and that was why I changed things.

I am not sure this will help, but for Memcache clearing:

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

How high did you set your zoom for the computer and for the browser? It may be that you have one or the other set too high.

My zoom is on 100% for both windows and the browser. I don't know how to size the regular un-zoomed window but it looks right. I tried to make it smaller and larger but the zoom wouldn't hold in the full window.

I ran memcache but it didn't help anything. I don't know of anything else that needs to be changed.

I only use the fullscreen to work on others farms but I miss it. If you can think of anything else, let me know.

On the browser make sure you have your farms open and then check the zoom that it is 100% and not lower or higher. The browser zoom would be in the browser settings and onlt effects whatever tab you have open.



Other than that the only thing I can think of is to have someone locally check your computer's display settings. Since you change the computer settings there may be something that you did not get set back to what it was.

I am sorry we are so long in answering you.

I have moved your post to the thread about display as that is the first problem you posted. This sounds like you have reached the limit on how many items you can put on your farms. Even though the farms can be as large as 60x60 the amount you can put on a farm is still limited by the database size for each farm. So you can not continue layering additional just because the farm size is larger.


Which farm did you clear to try to place items on so we can check that? That farm may be corrupted.


When your Trading warehouse locks up it may be best to run memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about display problems as this has nothing to do with the new release.
This sounds like a problem with your Chrome in the settings maybe. It is not the game opening new tabs.
What exactly are you trying to do? Is it in the game or in the forums?

The reset in the farm selector manager resets the farms back to original positions. If you had any in different locations the reset is not going to put them back as that only changes all farms to original position.

Hi. I'm having an issue with the Farmer List. When I go into the list to check on the last date that my neighbors have played, I see that one of my neighbors is listed as playing the next day. So, right now it's still April 6, at 10:00 pm in Central Time, but her account shows that the last date she played is April 7, which is still 2 hours away.
Her account shows the same for me.
I looked at another neighbor's name in the list. Her account shows the correct date. April 6.
We are all in the Central Time Zone.

Hi. I'm having an issue with the Farmer List. When I go into the list to check on the last date that my neighbors have played, I see that one of my neighbors is listed as playing the next day. Hi Karlene,
Check your computer date and time and make sure they are correct. This could affect the date you see in that list as well as other things in the game. The game is based in Eastern time though it is too early for it to change.
As it is only one neighbor it may be that their date/time is off on their computer instead of yours.

That is not what I said. I said they have not logged in since the release of the levels. If they were logged in already before they were released then it won't update until they llog out and back in.

There are 2 sound controls in your preferences. Hover your mouse over the speaker symbol in the preferences and a second one will drop down which is the one for the music. Click on that to turn it red.

I moved your post to the thread about display issues. I just tested this and it is working. Did you click the green check after changing your status back to available to accept the change?
Try reloading your farms and see if it has changed. If it still hasn't then try again to set it to available and click the green check at the bottom of the pop up.

Those trees were not ready by the time you searched for them.

The farm stats. have different options at the top of the window for you to choose/change.

The second option from the left, let you check items Ready, Growing, Wasted.
As the trees were not ready to harvest, you could change the second option from Ready to Growing and in the third option you could choose the time.

Farm stats lists the products you get from the trees.

Mulberry trees give your Silk worms, so you have to search for those.

I think it was the farm pass as it said Harvest Mulberry Trees and it never clicked with me that i was harvesting silk worms. Never mind i wont make that mistake again. And thank you.

I just checked mine and all options are showing up fine, including my superneighbor working my farms.

Please be sure that the SORT BY is set to Date and reload your farms.

You can also can run memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open.

We are not sure what exactly you were trying to do. The facility in the red and faded out looks like you were trying to set it in a location that you can't because something else is already there like the crop plots.
If you can explain what you are trying to do more then we might be able to let you know what you need to do.

I picked up the facility with the mouse and attempted to move it. As you can see from the photo, the facility appears to stay in its original place AND be picked up. I wasn't expecting/planning for it to be put down where it's "hovering" as I know there's plowed fields there. Not sure why I'm even bothering to explain it. It's probably "my computer".

Even though you had picked it up the original show as still where it is isn't a problem. It will shift to the new location when you set it down or will go back to the original position if you abandon the move.
No it is not your computer. Sometimes it happens this way in the game.

Please take one of your tools and then check the botton right corner of the game screen.

If you see a black eye icon showing up, click in it to turn it red.

When the icon is red, then only items tied to the tool you have in your hand will be visible for you.

The facility products in the Global Ingredients Planner when set to All Regular Facilities is a no show, If it's set to all facilities and set to Facility products only 7 products come up with only 4 that shows the red bracketed number underneath. It comes up alright with all categories shown but I don't want to be scrolling down loads of items again.

The Show Work doesn't update immediately. It is either 10 minutes if you don't own the Mobile Lookout Tower or 5 minutes if you do.

Please note only Super Neighbors would be able to harvest your farms and you would still get the harvest. Others can only harvest it if you hire them and you still get your crops, so I am not sure why you don't want them getting some as well as you getting all of it.

From what we can tell you may have accidently layered that farm. From the Farm Stats it shows both Corn and Sorghum ready, but the crops showing on the surface are not ready yet. The only way to correct this is to strip all the crops off that farm, delete the plots, then restart that farm. The should show you what is underneath.

I am sorry but that is the only way to fix this.
