I've taken a look at your game settings and the language set for the game is not set to English which is probably what the problem is.

http://r1.slashkey.com/images/gameguide/preferences/Preference Bar - Preferences Icon.jpg Please click on the preferences icon top right of your game screen, scroll down to language and change it to English (US) then please remember to click the green check mark to save the change. When you have done that please reload the game and see if that setting stays set to English. If it has then please try the markets again and see if you can now see farmers there.

Which quest is it that requires pink roses?

I am only seeing 2 quests for you that are not completed, those are Make Cold Cream and Load Dublin Lawyer, neither of them require pink roses.

The cold cream needs the Iris flower, is it showing you a pink rose instead of an iris? If it is that one, make sure you are harvesting those on your own farms yourself as it won't count if you are hiring others to work your flowers or when working for others unless you have the relevant lifeline for that quest.

after the update on 4-20, my farm 40 won't keep planted, it just goes to harvested plots, plant it and it looks planted and then come back and it show just harvested. so now I can't send gifts, can't ask for boosts for my trains and a farm that won't stay planted. i am not sure how many of my friends play farmtown, but I do have about 1000 friends. my browser is allowing pop up and etc. I had checked that before I messaged about this problem.

I know that I have less than I had before the changes, as some have stopped playing. but the problem isn't because I had too many friends, never was a problem before. This problem has happened in the past and then they fixed it.

Are you using the purple sprinkler to irrigate your crops?

Are you irrigating one farm at a time after planting it or you click in the sprinkler and then in All button and then in the green tick?
If you use the last method (All) do you see if any of your farms are greyed out?

After using the sprinkler, do the crops shows the I and if you hover the mouse on the grid do the rectangles for the farms show the I ?

Please also check if your date (day, month, year) and time (hour, minutes AM/PM) are correct in your computer.

For your farm 40 that keeps reverting to harvested plots, it may be accidently layered. To fix this you will need to delete all the plots, restart your farms and see if any come back. If they do then delete again and restart, repeating until none show up again. then you can replow and plant and they should be ok.
For the lists not showing for sending gifts and boosting trains, the developers are still looking at this, but it is something that Faceboook changed causing this to happen. There may not being anything the developers can do until Facebook fixes the issue. Just because something worked before does not mean it will work forever. Facebook has changed the amount of data they would send to Farm Town before lowering how many friends you could have and get all the information sent. You will just have to wait and see if the developers can come up with a solution to this or Facebook to change back whatever they have done.

What do you mean that the farms are shutting down? Do you mean that the game locks up after working some fishing jobs?

Were the farms wall to wall waters, could there have also been other items on the farms under the waters as well? If so, those kind of farms are a big demand on memory and some will have difficulties working those types of farms. Have a look at the hardware and software requirements that would provide optimal game play in the HTML/WebGL thread and compare it to what you have on your computer. I'm going to copy your report over the relevant thread for the devs to see. The devs will want more information if possible so I will list some questions, if you can answer them that would be great.

Did this problem only start today? If not, do you recall which day this started happening?

Did you notice a massive increase in the memory information at the bottom of the game screen when this happens and are there any errors in the FT console? If you can see an error please list the one you see. You may want try using CTRL+A to copy that information rather than trying to highlight it to copy it, if you can.

Is it only this persons farms you have problems with? Do you SN for anyone else that has similar farms without problems?

Does the farm owner have any problems doing those farms as well since this happened?

If possible could you ask your friend for their user ID and let us know which of the farms this happens on please.

No this has just been a recent problem - roughly 2 weeks - the SN reports that he can fish his farm without any problem.

Didnt see any change in Memory info - it just slows down to a halt .

I do have another SN but her farm doesnt have a lot of fish - mainly crops -trees and flowers - Not had a problem on that one at all.
Will not get a chance to ask for his ID

For some reason after the last update My Neighbors bar only goes down to the P"s. Frustrating as there is a friend that I need to send a neighbor request to that is further down. I have cleared my cache etc. to no avail. Can you find the problem for me. Thank you.

This specifically concerns my Farms 42 and 43.

When I am tending/replanting/harvesting my crops on these farms, my entire monitor screen intermittently will go black (both the part where my facebook appears AND the rest of my monitor screen -- this only happens when I am playing Farm Town -- none of my other internet games or programs are affected). Sometimes my screen returns to the farm in about a minute or so and I can continue my working the farm. Other times, I have to take my mouse to the far right fringe of my monitor (my Facebook frame doesn't extend that far) and click once -- that brings my game back and I can continue to play. This is an annoyance, and I know how to work around it. If you think it's necessary, please take a look at this. Otherwise I can just continue with my work-around procedure. Thanks.

There isn't any way for the game to black out your entire screen except if your video card is running out of memory when you are working on those farms or there is a problem with the video card. The optimal requirements would be a video card with 512MB of video memory. That is separate from the main memory. Anything else you are doing may not be taxing the video memory as much.

This is a known problem for some. The developers are aware of it and looking into it, but this appears to be a change Facebook has made that is effecting some. Most of those effected have large amounts of friends.
Unfortunately you will have to wait until the developers can find a work around for this or Facebook fixes the problem.

I uncheck crops when before planting.
I get a message saying the crops will be hidden when planted, but that doesn't happen. I still seed the seeds.
It isn't until all the plots have been planted that the crops are then hidden. The same thing happens when I am planting on my on farm.
It would be appreciated if this glitch can be corrected so that the crops/seeds are hidden when they are planted. I believe that was the way it was prior to the new format.

The seeds will not be hidden until you drop the tool. That is the way it works currently. The developers know about this, but we don't know when or if they will be fixing this as it is a minor issue.

Have you been able to play before this since the version changeover?
If you have then first make sure your browser is up to date. Then try closing the browser and reopen your farms. You may need to restart your computer as well.
If that doesn't work try clearing your browser cache, close the browser, and then reopen your farms. When you do this it will be slower loading the first time as it needs to download all the graphics again.

My question is this: In the Cabaret Supplies Factory, there are two items requiring Ostrich feathers. I did not know Ostriches had been added to the animal products. Animals selection in the Store is not accessible now. I checked for their availability in Gifts and not listed. Is this accurate? Ostriches are now included?

Yes ostriches are included and have been since the Cabaret facilities were added in June of last year. Ostriches can only be bought in the animal section of the store, so you will have to wait until the developers re add the animated animals and open that part of the store.

To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

If you have already checked that your browser is up to date and that cookies and pop ups are still allowed in your browser and this also happens in other browsers you use then it sounds like you have the same problem others are having. Facebook have been making changes recently which has been causing problems for some users not everyone. The developers are aware of this and are researching what the problem is.

Could you please confirm that you have done the browser checks and let us know roughly how many friends you have and if you also get the same problem with sending gifts from the send gifts page as well.

Morning.. I was checking what I need to harvest this morning and found my Blackberries are missing.. on my Farm3 where I have all my 2 day crops planted.
My user number 1303461736. I am on HPEnvy with Edge browser. So far seems to be the only thing MISSING.
Though I was also wondering why I cannot harvest with just Scythe my trees that need to be chopped. The only to harvest them is to use the chainsaw. Didn't they used to be able to be harvested with the scythe? Not a biggie, just wondering.

I visited your farm 3 and there is an empty square but I cant say for sure there were blackberries there. I also noticed you have rice planted twice.

You dont have superneighbors who could have harvested them, and if a friend needed blackberries for a quest, you should have hired them to harvest them.

I cant tell you what happened there, but maybe that crop didnt save after planting. Please, next time you plant them, refresh the farm to be sure all was planted and stayed.

Please run memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and the farm if it was open in another tab. Then reopen your farm

Check if you are able to plow and then plant.

If you are not able, then delete the plots which can not be plowed and refresh the farm. You have to see the green field. If you see another thing, then delete and refresh the farm again till you only get green field.
Then you should be able to plow again.

If you are getting a spinning circle when trying to open your lists, then it could mean a temporary issue retrieving the list from Facebook or can be caused by having a considerable amount of friends that play so there's too many to load.

Roughly how many friends do you have?


It seems this problem is affecting accounts with many friends and we have let the developers know.

My neighbour list is full and I have roughly 350 farming Facebook friends the circle just keeps going round and round since the last up date everything was with trains and gifts before then

From what I see in your account data you have 97,753,515,908. Unless this is a different account for you. If so please provide the ID for that account.
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check again.

Regular quests are not working correctly for me today. All was good yesterday. I tried to open a new quest - another one popped open below it - I now have 4 new ones. Did another FT memcache - all 4 new ones are gone - the last step I had started in the first one is no longer going as I had started that one. My quests are saying they are expired. This may be related to what's happening with Quests. It's possible that everyone has been given a version they were not meant to have just yet where that's not working correctly.

I was glad to see quests start up. However, this morning I harvested several things for quests but the quests did not recognize them. I have a quest that will expire before any more wheat grows now. Then I manufactured a wall toilet and that did not show up either. Not a big deal but a bit annoying,

We have not seen this nor had any other reports of this. Could have just been a 1 time glitch in the graphics.

I had another occurrence of this same issue. It is on a farm that was layered long ago before FT changes. It has 6 layers. This is not the same farm first reported. I have attached a screen print of the final occurrence. As I planted, there were the same items displaying. I thought I was capturing each one....but....just the last one. :(

As they are outside the farm and not interfering with your planting the crops I would not worry about it as it is a minor issue. This may clear up later as they get everything back in the game and have time to look into the minor display issue.

I have seen the same problem with some plots moving to outside the border. Just ignore them finish your planting and mine disappear then or if they don't just refresh the page and they will be gone. This seems to happen in a hit or miss situation.

Sometimes it stays all day, sometimes for a few farms, and occasionally for only one use, then the space on the toolbar is empty again. Please try running your memcache, link below, a new window will open with a short list of unsettings.
Close that window and your farm is it was open in another tab. Then reopen your farms.

When I start and load all my facs, this one only loads a small amount or nothing (I have 5 of them and right now they are all showing 0%). When I open it and look to see what is missing, the item I have the least of is Nylon Roll but it shows I have 396 of them in storage and only need 90 for the remaining capacity. However, when I try to start an individual batch, it tells me I am 1 short and asks if I want to ask my friends to send me the ingredients to produce the Coin Collector Album. There was a problem with them yesterday that was not saving the opened Quests, each time the Quest Manager was closed then reopened the quest just opened was gone again and it let you get another one. After the fix was released that would have allowed you to open a new one that stayed open, so if you didn't check quests again yesterday after the fix was released, then that's why the one you saw is gone and why you have a new one today.

Your wife needs to wait till her train is back, unload it and then she should be able to move it to a new empty space on the farm.

If that is not the problem, then please tell her to post her problem on the forum, providing her id number, it is the one into brackets in the message above the game screen, and letting us know in which farm her train is placed.

I visited the farms tied to that id numbers and found trains on farms 5, 6 and 15.

All trains are dispatched and in their trip. Trains on farms 5 and 6 are placed on the bottom border of the farms.

There are 2 trains on farm 15, one of them is only a decorative train, the other is dispatched. If it is that the one she wants to move, it will be back in about 4 hours.

The developers are not working on anything for tablets or mobiles at this time. They are concentrating on getting the game working on desktop and laptop computers. So you are on your own for getting it to work on the tablet. You need to have a current browser that supports WebGL and need to open to the normal computer version of Facebook instead of the mobile version.

You need to keep your tools in your storage. Then they will show in the toolbox on any farm you are trying to work on. Tools on the farm do not show in the toolbox in the HTML version.

I just looked and you have 3,078 regular boxes and 3,582 large boxes of daffodils. When you hire from the market you do not get all large boxes. You get large boxes and regular boxes. If you look directly after them working then your storage may not have updated by the time you looked.

Thanks. I actually went ahead and rebooted my PC and uninstalled Adobe Flash just in case that had anything to do with it. When I logged back in, I went straight to the Hobby Supplies Facs and individually started 2 of them. Then I started all of my facs in the Facility Manager and the others did not start any products and when I went to manually do them, it again said I didn't have enough ingredients even though it shows I do. We do not have a facility named Marine research. There is a building called a Marine Research Center, but it is not a facility. Yours is near the far right corner of your farm 20. Try using the search (magnifying glass) in your tool box and search for Marine.
For the quest carrots, did you harvest the carrots yourself on your own farms? If not then they will not count for your quest.

We know about a problem with this and have been testing it. It appears to be something with the time before going to to the realtors to buy, if I understand correctly.
Try restarting your farms and then go to the farm you want to expand and then directly to the realtor to buy the expansion.

It is annoying that you restored the fuel option. The game gets unplayable again. With overlayed farm (FOR WHICH YOU EARN MONEY -> tools RR) I cannot satisfy my fuel need although I have on every farm an oil pump and - what is more important - an oil rafenery. All your posts have been answered.

Some farmers are not able to get the lists to show which appears to be another Facebook change. If you have already checked that your browser is still up to date, that cookies and pop ups are still showing allowed in your browser and that there are no extensions enabled in your browser that could could be blocking something, and it's also happening in every browser you have tried, then it sounds like you have the same problem as others. If you are not sure if any extensions could be causing a problem, temporarily disable all of them, close and reopen the browser then try the trains again.

You may also find that while you have this problem, you can't get the friends lists to show up when trying to send gifts from the Send Gifts page.

The devs are looking into it, but it's not easy to find why it's happening only to some users and not everyone is getting the problem.

You can report this to support if you wish so that they have a record of how many this is affecting.

In case you are not aware, when you post on the forum, the page you are looking at does not automatically update when there has been a reply. You would need to refresh the page every now and then to see any replies after your post and if any are showing on the next page of the thread you posted in. Please run memcache again, close and reopen your farm.

Then click in your preferences, the wrench, and change your language to other one. Click the green tick and then reload the game.
Click in your preferences again and change your language to English US again if it was not automatically changed.
Then try Marketplace again.

If you still dont see anyone there, then be sure your browser is updated and also clear your browser cache.
The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Is anyone sending you multiple gifts at a time? That trick doesn't always work. When you have accepted some gifts go back to my requests and see if any that you already accepted are still showing up there, if there are then those may be stuck and will need clearing out to correct it.

Please also try clearing your FT memcache before you try the gifts again. To do that Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Please also clear your browser caches, close browser, then reload. After doing this the first time your farms are loaded, they will load slightly slower as all the graphics need to be loaded from a fresh start.

What exactly are you seeing before you harvest ready crops?
What do you see after you have harvested them?
Did you just harvest the crops or did you use a combine to harvest and plow the fields, then when you returned to the farm crops showed up wasted?

Thank you for your additional information. I will copy your post over to the devs thread for them to see.

We have been working on the quests in another version so the fix for the issue you are seeing with 2 of the same beside each other will hopefully be released next update.

I'm not able to reproduce the error with the manure spreader either. It won't allow me to try to fertilize the farm again, so that may be fixed as well. In case it isn't which manure spreader and what are the steps you are doing that reproduces the error? I will add that to your information on your issue.

There is not an option to cash out an individual item in a service facility.

You can Cash out all the items in the service facility by clicking in Cash out button for that service or you can click in Cash out All at the top of the Facility Manager to Cash out all your service facilities in one click.

You store products from the Regular (production) facilities as those products can be used for example to load into a service facility.

The only option for Service facilities is to Cash out the facility itself or Cash out All service facilities in all your farms, so you can get coins.

It happens on every post. I can only work 1 post at a time (vs. the old way I could work multiples on multiple tabs at the same time). I just tried working a post for someone I have not worked for at all this week. But this happens every single day - ooops then get numbers.

The bigger the farms then the most fuel you use to work them.

Please check if you are allowing your fuel first in case you are hiring at market and also check the fuel usage for your superneighbor.

Please note the Oil Pump can not be worked by your friends so it produces a set amount of crude oil per day. To make all products in 1 Oil refinery you will need 300 crude oil, so you need to place one oil pump on at least 10 of your farms for one fill of the Oil Refinery to 100%

You have 13 oils pumps for 13 oil refineries, so dont get enough crude oil to fill all refineries.

You were answered everytime you posted about this problem.

The developers are looking into this problem, but it's not easy to find why it's happening as only some users and not everyone is getting the problem.

If you wish you can contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. my quest - not going so well.. last issue is I started a quest today, finished it today, along with having finished the one that I had to start yesterday since it messed me up to collect 8 quests on the previous quest because of some storage issue and then time went slightly over 7 days since we had gotten messed up with quests earlier in the week and that cost me some time .. ANYWAY..
the one I started today and finished today and now tried to collect coins for the day from it since it was done.. SAYS IT HAS BEEN OVER 7 DAYS since I started the quest so it did not count .. LOL.... when this issue gets fixed for sure and not maybe, maybe you could let me know, but I am not killing myself to get 1 or 2 farm cash by getting up at all hours of the night to maybe get to collect from 8 quests and being messed over by all the issues to find out that it messed up and took like 15 minutes over time to collect that one.. then make a new one that is rigged to be something that I had to wait almost 21 hours to harvest a flower.. lol.. rigged .. and couldn't usea life line that worked correctly by allowing me to harvest someone elses or work in facilities.. and end up with less than 1/2 of needed flower ... THANKS.. for reading.. I am out for a few days at least

That quest was completed today at 09:33 eastern time and you collected 2 farmcash today at 13:57 eastern time.

That quest was included as it was completed before you collected your farmcash, it has always been that way.
Avoiding collecting coins do not work to save a quest for the next week. Once it is completed, you know that as it has a green check mark, it counts for that week.

If you want to save quests for next week, then you have to uncheck the last step in case you have the tools to start/load all through the facility manager or if you dont own those tools, then you dont have to start the last step, till at least the next day after collecting your cash.

Are you using a bookmarked link to get to your farms? That will not update to the current version. You need to use the shortcut in the left column of your Facebook home page or the Play FarmTown button at the top of the forums to get to your farms and the latest version of the game.

This is a known issue that is affecting some. The developers are looking at this to see if there is something they can do for it. This is a data transfer problem from Facebook to Farm Town as those lists come from your friends in Facebook. It appears to mainly be those who have large amounts of friends, but not always.

Make sure you are on line (plug in upper right corner is green).
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

I have noticed that the Mobile Lookout Tower tool is not working as it used to. I used to be able click on any one of the categories in the upper left corner of the dialog box and only the farms with that category would be highlighted. Now I get everything and the list at the top is not actually clickable, it just shows more information when I hover the cursor over any one of them. (fish, chopping trees, crops ready to harvest, etc.) Is this feature likely to return? I found it very useful to be able to highlight only farms that needed fishing, as an example.

You are correct. The categories don't work like they used to. The developers are aware of this and have not changed it as yet. We do not have any information about when or if any specific function will be added back in the game.

Thank you for the answer, but it doesn`t solve my issue. I have - as you saw - 14 farm. On all of them I have 1 oil pump and I bought with FC for all the oil rafeneries. As you also can see in my history I expanded many of my farms to 50x50. Originally i wanted to expand them all. That was an extremly bad I dea and I should have bought with my money rather a bluray disc instead or something else. The issue is:

In 24 hours I produce 68 fuel tanks on each farm which is 68 x 300 = 20.400 fuel units x 14 farms = 285.600

For neighbours, levels and gifts I recieve another total of 100.000-170.000 per day.

At the moment I need approx 670.000 fuel units/gallons per round.

Actually I like the game and I don`t do farmin on other frms. I like to play for myself. That is what makes me happy. But as you can see, I don`t have enough fuell and I cannot buy more land as I cannot play them without fuel. I don`t want to play only every 2-3 day. I play daily since i returned after years. As you can see I bought a lot of FC in the last months. But I won`t do it anymore, as it simply makes no sence as I cannot play the game. I will run out of fuel soon.

Either you find somekind of solution to the fuel issue soon or I will have to leave the game as I cannot play it the way I want. I`m willing to buy farmcash for a "fuel double, trippler, ...." or buy upgrates like super oil rafeneries or what so ever. But sure is one thing: I want to be able to satisfy my fuel need. I want to harvest-plow-seed 2-3 times a day (I click 1 time before going to work and 1 time after) and I want to be able to expand my existing farms to maximum (I don`t want new farms, even the last 2 were a mistake). So please do something BIG concerning fuel. No problem concerning Farmcash/paying for it. But I need to be able to play so that the game still makes fun. So I don`t need advices, all I need is a solution for more fuel. It would also be ok if you 4x the amount of fuel you get for each fuel tank (300 x 4). In any way: do something and please do it quickly.

It looks like the Request walls are not loading for facilities or product requests, and identity greyed out. last request is 2 hours ago. So cannot work or have work done on facilities at this time.

Hi everyone,

We are aware that there have been problems with the game starting a few hours ago. Other games seems to be having problems as well and some of those won't even load.

At the time of this post we are aware of the following issues:

No profile pictures in My Requests
No Accept All or Exchange All
Unable to post facility requests, which means there will be no new facility posts in Wall Requests until this is resolved.
Unable to request ingredients.
Unable to send gifts from the send gifts page.
Unable to boost trains.
You may find that while a worker is working your farms the game may lock up when you also try to do something.
Doing some of these you may find the game will lock which means you have to reload.


Your friends should be able to work your facilities using older posts posted prior to this happening today or ones you posted yesterday and send any ingredients posted prior to this issue if you have not already sent them some.

We have let the devs know about this, but it is very early for them so they may not be online and as this is also affecting other games this could be another Facebook change causing it.

For your other gift issue, where the lists are not loading, I wouldn't remove any more friends at this time. We can't give you any specific number that will allow the lists to load, only Facebook knows what those limits are. As that one is not affecting everyone and we have new issues today that is stopping them load don't do any more with those. Look at it again when this latest problem is resolved.

I did not say you collected coins before you got farmcash, I said the quest was completed, it got the green check mark for the last step, before you collected your farm cash, that is why it was included for that week.

As soon as a quest is completed, it is included for that week, no matter if you collect the coins or not.

Not collecting the coins for a completed quest do not affect when it was completed. If you want to save a quest for the next week then you dont have to start the last step for it.

The developers are concentrating on getting the rest of the normal functions back into the game. What layering tricks will work and what won't work we do not know. It will depend on what will work in the Unity/HTML version that the developers can allow and that will not be until after the rest of the game functions are added back in.

I did not say you collected coins before you got farmcash, I said the quest was completed, it got the green check mark for the last step, before you collected your farm cash, that is why it was included for that week.

As soon as a quest is completed, it is included for that week, no matter if you collect the coins or not.

Not collecting the coins for a completed quest do not affect when it was completed. If you want to save a quest for the next week then you dont have to start the last step for it.

Thank you Mary, I still feel cheated.. I would not have had to even start the quest if the previous one would have allowed me to use the lifeline. But the lifeline only gave me 10 of the 25 needed... so had to wait 20 hours for my flowers to finish growing.
Started the next quest before the 20 hrs passed from the one above..thinking it might be an easier/faster one.. it was.. time for the last step in the first started quest was 3 hrs..time for last step in newest quest was 2 hrs.. I couldn't get back online for nearly 5 or 6 hrs due to real life (originally thinking I could get back in 2 hrs but something came up).
So when I got back I collected on the previously started quest. Collecting the coins. That gave me total of 8 quests in 7 days. So I checked and collected my farm cash.
Then I refreshed the page. Looked at my quests again.. it showed the last started quest there still and it was done.. That message is the same message that has been used since the beginning of the quests. If you wish to make a suggestions to change it then please post your suggestion in the Suggestions section. You can not start a new thread in that section, but you can reply to one that fits your suggestion.


As long as you have a space for a new quest, and the die shows you can start one. There isn't any reason to wait unti you finish the previous quest.

I am sure the developers would like to fix this, but they can't. This is a Facebook caused problem that is effecting some. It usually effects those with large amounts of friends, but not always. The only thing you can do is wait to see if Facebook will correct the change they made.

This happens when you encounter an error that the game does not have an error message for.

You can try just closing your browser and reopen to see if it corrects. Also try restarting your computer and see if that will correct it.
If those don't help you will need to clear your browser cache, close your browser, then reload your farms. The first time you load your farms after doing this it will be slower loading because it will have to redownload all the graphics.

Are the ones you have laid staying or are they disappearing? Are there already waters on that farm?

There are limits as to how much you can place on a farm and it doesn't have to be different items.

As I said it does not have to be multiple layers or multiple tabs open. There is a limit to how much you can put on a farm.
There was a problem before with working as SN designing where whatever you did would disappear as soon as you left the farm. I do not know for sure if that has been fixed or not.
Please get me an ID and farm number so we can look at it.

I have had this problem for 2 weeks now getting very frustrated, also getting sick of asking about it too, it is obvious fb doesn't care, normally I not post unless I have too, usually leave the problem for a few days as it gets sorted but this time I think it has gone on too long

Please check if your chrome browser is uptdated and also check if you have any update for windows.

If those are ok, then clear your browser cache. Please take in mind the first time you try to load the game after the clearing it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Before doing the clearing, please restart your computer and see if that fixes the problem.

We are not getting other posts saying they are not able to load the game and we have loaded your farms quickly.

Have you restarted your computer?

Please reset your router/modem for a minute and then check if you can load the game.

The game has no way of looping trying to restart, so maybe your computer is encountering an error and restarting it.

If you are having problems with 2 browsers and they are updated and all windows updates are done, then it could be an internet problem in your area. Sometimes one of the multiple links used to get facebook and then more links to get the game could have heavy traffic and then you have that kind of problems.


Im sorry you are having those problems but you will have to wait and continue trying to load the game from time to time.

Try clearing your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings, close that window and your farm if it is open in another tab. Then reopen your farms and check your buddy list again.

Maybe there was a change in the amount of buddies you can see.

That is the incorrect order for the trains. You should have bought them in the following order:
Standard, Enhanced, Supreme, Ultimate, and Turbo.
The only engine I see in your data is the Turbo and 5 cars that you bought today. The rule for buying in order may not be working yet in the HTML version.


The Turbo and 4 of the cars are showing on your farm 10. ONly 3 are dispatched with the engine. Looks like the last one you didn't place there until after dispatching the train or didn't get it set right before dispatching.

The 5th car (Long Fish Car) shows as being on a standard engine in the upper right corner and dispatched as well.

What have you already tried to resolve this yourself? If you have not already done the following please do so:

Clear your FT memcache. To do that Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window then load the game.

If you still can't see the facilities you want when it's set like that, please let us know which facilities you are not able to see in there on which farms.

I am not sure by what you mean about not seeing the facilities in the Quest Manager. Which type of Quests are you having problems with?

The last step facility is always greyed out until you have completed all the previous steps, so you should be able to see the facility greyed out if you haven't done them all yet.

Facilities for the steps prior to the last step which have not been completed yet won't show up until you have completed the previous steps required. For example in a regular Quest if a quest requires sugar and sugarcane, you won't see the facility on the step for the sugar until you have harvested enough sugarcane to complete that step.

Messages doesn't show as many previous messages in the new version, that may be something the devs will look at again when everything is added back in the game.

Show Facility Info, which is what I think you mean when you are looking in Show Work Info hasn't been added back yet.

From what I can see the problem is the long flower car is slightly off line and that may be why the last 2 cars won't connect.

just wondering not pestering but will the purple hand for SN work be fixed in a future update just tried to lay water on a different SN and its still not working at all for me. i have seen several reports on facebook groups of this still happening for other players so i can see i'm not the only 1 thanks.

We don't know what or when the developers are working on specific issues. I am sure it will be fixed at some point.
