what the difference between game messages received in red font,, vs the normal ones in grey font color?

From the current release:
4. Highlighting avatar label and communication messages between employers and employees:

a) While on a farm, show avatar label from employer in pink and from employees in red

b) Show messages from employer in pink and from employees in red, in chat and in offline messages

c) Add clarifying text in angle brackets <<employer>> OR <<employee>> next to the player name in chat and offline messages

d) If employee receive a chat message from employer, show a pink fading text 'Chat message received from employer.'

e) If employer receive a chat message from employee, show a red fading text 'Chat message received from employee.'

is there a way to change for marketplace from UK to USA without doing it manually each time go in? [i inherited a farm from a now deceased player] ---- not that big of an issue but i thought i ask as i couldn't find a way to do that,,,
i already updated email etc......

Hi JNelson :)

The Language setting you can change via the MAP is ONLY a temporary change allowing you to visit other markets where users may prefer another spoken language. That is only remembered for the session. When you reload the game it will reset to your preferences language setting.

No idea where to post this but here we go.
I have many friends/Neighbours who's first language isn't English and I only know English. I used to be able to copy and paste their messages into google translate and could reply very quickly, now I can't copy from the chat box to translate. Is there a way to be able to do this that I don't know about?

When you have a question or problem, please post it in Help and Support. Suggestions is only used to post new ideas for the game and we can't answer there.

WebGL provides very limited support for copy and paste so developers had to implement it from scratch.

If the method of using the mouse to highlight what you want to Copy/Paste/Cut and right clicking the menu options doesn't work, you can try highlighting only the word(s) you want to copy/cut or paste and then try using the following on your keyboard:

Windows Users:
CTRL+C (Copy)
CTRL+X (Cut)
CTRL+V (Paste)

Mac Users:
Command (or Cmd) ⌘-C (Copy)
Command (or Cmd) ⌘-X (Cut)
Command (or Cmd) ⌘-V (Paste)

When I report someone's behavior in the game chat, who sees and deals with it? Had someone message me complaining I wasn't "considerate" and left work undone. They have no idea why I left. I could've had something important come up offline. Just saying. I DID report and block the person and didn't "engage" them.

I go to the Market to sell my fish to make coin to make my farms bigger, I work hard at it, many hours, late nights, then I go to sell my fish to get coin, it takes my fish, Billions and Billions and Billions of fish away and freezes at giving me coins. A lil disappointing, no....very disappointing, can you help me plz. It will let me get and sell fish from one but freeze up on returns of sell on the other. Can you plz help me, I have lost hundreds of Billions, not sure if you can tell or not, but would appreciate you checking on this for me. Thank you so much!!!!!

You need to contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Where is the option to communicate with "employees"? I think I'm looking right at it but it's not where I thought it was.
